Claims (10)
- 射出成形装置であって、
第1のキャビティ面を備える第1の金型と、第2の金型を含み、
該第2の金型は、
第1の面、この面と離れた第2の面、及び前記第1の面と前記第2の面の間に設置されて電熱ヒーターが挿入された溝と前記電熱ヒーターの空間に銅部材が充填され、該銅部材が前記電熱ヒーターと前記溝との間の熱伝達を促進するように形成された加熱板、前記第1の面は前記第1のキャビティ面に対向する第2のキャビティ面を含み、前記第1のキャビティ面と前記第2のキャビティ面が組み合って、成形のキャビティを形成し、前記電熱ヒーターは前記加熱板に熱を発生させるように設定される、と、
前記加熱板に面する冷却面を備える冷却板と、を含み、前記第1の金型に形成されたガイド孔に挿入されるように取り付けられ、前記加熱板に挿入され、前記加熱板を前後にだけ移動できるように拘束するためのガイドピンと、該ガイドピンが挿入され前記加熱板と前記冷却板との間に取り付けられた前記加熱板と前記冷却板を弾性力によって分離するコイルスプリングと、該コイルスプリングが前記冷却板に全く挿入される前記ガイドピンが固定された周囲に形成された深さの円形孔を含み、
前記加熱板は第1の位置と第2の位置の間を前記冷却板に対して移動可能であって、前記第2の位置で前記冷却面から分離されている前記第2の面は前記第1の位置で前記冷却面と接触することができ、型閉じ前に、前記加熱板を前記電熱ヒーターで加熱して射出成形に適切な温度に維持し、前記冷却板は冷却して、前記加熱板との接触の際に、前記加熱板を冷却させ得る状態を維持し、型閉じ後に、前記加熱板を前記冷却板で急速に冷却させながら射出成形することを特徴とする射出成形装置。 - 前記第1の金型は、成形材料を前記成形のキャビティに注入するために形成された通路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記冷却板が、冷却液を通して循環させる管を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第1の金型と、第2の金型を含み、
該第1の金型は、
第3の面、この面と離れた第4の面、及び前記第3の面と前記第4の面の間に設置された第2の電熱ヒーターを備えた第2の加熱板、この第3の面は前記第1のキャビティ面を含み、前記第2のヒーターは前記第2の加熱板に熱を発生させるよう設定されている、と、
前記第2の加熱板に面する第2の冷却面を備える第2の冷却板と、を含み、
前記第2の加熱板は第3の位置と第4の位置の間を前記第2の冷却板に対して移動可能であって、前記第4の位置で前記第2の冷却面から分離されている前記第4の面は前記第3の位置で前記第2の冷却面と接触する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。 - 前記第2の加熱板は、さらに、前記加熱板に関して移動可能で、前記加熱板と前記第2の加熱板が前記成形のキャビティを形成するために、前記第1の面と前記第3の面相互に接触するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の射出成形装置。
- 射出成形方法であって、
射出成形装置を供給し、該射出成形装置は、
第1のキャビティ面を備える第1の金型と、第2の金型を含み、
該第2の金型は、
第1の面、この面と離れた第2の面、及び前記第1の面と前記第2の面の間に設置されて電熱ヒーターが挿入された溝と前記電熱ヒーターの空間に銅部材が充填され、該銅部材が前記電熱ヒーターと前記溝との間の熱伝達を促進するように形成された加熱板、この第1の面は前記第1のキャビティ面に対向する第2のキャビティ面を含み、前記電熱ヒーターは前記加熱板に熱を発生させるように設定される、と、
前記加熱板に面する冷却面を備える冷却板と、を含み、
型閉じ前に、前記加熱板を前記電熱ヒーターで加熱して射出成形に適切な温度に維持し、前記冷却板は冷却して、前記加熱板との接触の際に、前記加熱板を冷却させ得る状態を維持し、型閉じ後に、前記成形のキャビティに成形材料を注入し、
注入中もしくは注入完了時点で電熱ヒーターの電源を遮断して、前記加熱板を前記冷却板で急速に冷却させながら射出成形する
ことを特徴とする射出成形方法。 - 前記第1のキャビティ面及び前記第2のキャビティ面の一つから、成形材料を分離するため、前記第1の金型に関して前記加熱板を移動すること、及び、前記加熱板の前記第2の面から、前記冷却面を分離するため、前記加熱板に関して前記冷却板を移動することを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記冷却板が、冷却液を通して循環させる管を含み、該管を通して冷却液を循環させることを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記電熱ヒーターのオフが前記成形のキャビティに前記成形材料を注入した後に生じることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記電熱ヒーターのオフが前記成形のキャビティに前記成形材料を注入している間に生じることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の射出成形方法。
