Description
組み立ては次のように行われる;
−基軸8がギアボックス内で取り付けられる。
−スリーブ部27が基軸8上で肩部32に当接するまで挿入される。
−次に電気機械のハブ7がスリーブ部7a上で肩部31に当接するまで挿入される。
Claims (8)
- 逆回転可能な回転電気機械(1)のロータ(6)と自動車のハイブリッド型推力系熱機関のギアボックスの基軸(8)との連結装置であって、
ロータ(6)は、基軸(8)と同心となるように、かつ、ロータ(6)とのエアギャップを画定する電気機械(1)の固定子(5)を有する固定ケース(10)に対して回転するように取り付けられたハブ(7)と連動し、
基軸(8)は、クラッチ切断用ストッパー(18)の制御により切断可能なクラッチを介して、エンジンのクランク軸(12)を回転状態で切り離すことができ、
ロータ(6)のハブ(7)は、連結部品(25)を介して基軸(8)に連結され、該連結部品は、ロータ(6)のハブ(7)の内側で噛み合うクラウン歯車(26)と、溝(28)への連絡によって連結されることにより、基軸(8)に直接取り付けられた中央スリーブ部(27)とを有することと、
クラウン歯車(26)と、連結部品(25)の中央スリーブ部(27)とは、2つの円筒状の末端部(29,30)を有し、ロータ(6)のハブ(7)及び基軸(8)での連結関係において対向配置され、滑らかにあるいは滑動して嵌合することによってロータのハブの内部で、かつ、基軸上でそれぞれセンタリングされることとを特徴とする連結装置。 - ロータ(6)のハブ(7)内部で、かつ、基軸(8)上でセンタリングされた連結部品(25)におけるクラウン歯車(26)と中央スリーブ部(27)との二つの末端部(29,30)が、基軸(8)に平行で同じ側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 連結部品(25)が、一方ではクラウン歯車(26)の滑らかな末端部とロータ(6)のハブ(7)の歯に隣接した末端部との間のクラウン歯車(26)内において、それらのハブの歯の先端部がクラウン歯車の肩部で当接されるように形成される肩部(31)によって、他方では中央スリーブ部(27)との連結溝に隣接し、中央スリーブ部(27)の内側の突出部(33)が当接される基軸(8)の肩部(32)によって、ロータ(6)のハブ(7)と基軸(8)とに対して並進するように固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- クラッチ切断用ストッパー(18)の制御は、クラウン歯車(26)を連結部品(25)の中央スリーブ部(27)に連結する、基軸に対して横断方向の仕切り壁(35)を通り抜け、基軸に平行に誘導されてスライドするように取り付けられる少なくとも二つの円筒状の圧力軸の末端部に作用することができ、その作用は、クラッチ切断用ストッパー(18)の制御によって駆動する圧力軸(34)の末端部とは反対側の末端部と連動する環状ストッパー(37)を介して、クラッチの仕切り板(21)を弾性的に移動させて、仕切り板(21)をクラッチの切断位置に導くように行われることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 仕切り板(21)を移動させるストッパー(37)とは反対側の圧力軸(34)の末端部が、基軸を同軸に囲む中央穿孔部(40)を有する、基軸(8)に垂直な略円形の板(39)と連動し、クラッチ切断用制御のストッパー(18)が円形の板(39)で支えられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- クラッチ切断用ストッパー(18)の制御が、連結部品(25)の横断仕切り壁(35)の3つの穿孔部(36)をそれぞれ通り抜ける3つの圧力軸(34)に作用し、3つの穿孔部は互いに120度の角度で周方向に規則的に間隔が置かれることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 円形板(39)が、固定ねじ(41)によって圧力軸(34)の末端部に固定され、仕切り板(21)を移動させるストッパー(37)は固定ねじ(38)によって圧力軸(34)の反対側の末端部に固定されることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- クラッチ切断用ストッパー(18)の制御が油圧式であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
