(異方性導電材料の導電性評価)

2枚のガラス基板を、圧力10N、温度180℃の条件で熱圧着した後、電極間の抵抗値を測定した。実施例4、実施例5、実施例6、及び比較例2で得られた異方性導電フィルムについてそれぞれ測定した。
また、作製した試験片に対してPCT試験(80℃、95%RHの高温高湿環境下で1000時間保持)を行った後、電極間の抵抗値を測定した。
評価結果を表2に示す。
