Description
投光レンズへの光を通すための穴部が形成されたベース板に上記穴部を囲んで植設された上記投光レンズの光軸方向に延びる複数の軸部材の先端側に、永久磁石を有し光軸を取り巻く一対のヨークを上記光軸方向に所定間隙を隔て且つ磁気回路を形成するように連接し、
レンズ保持枠の上記光軸方向に直交する方向の外周に固着された駆動コイルを上記間隙部に配置するように、上記ベース板に上記穴部を囲んで且つ上記軸部材よりも上記光軸側に植設された上記光軸方向に延びる複数の線バネ部材の先端側に上記レンズ保持枠を取り付けることで、上記複数の線バネ部材によって上記レンズ保持枠を揺動自在に弾性支持する、
ことを特徴とする。
即ち、レーザ70より発光したレーザ光は、レンズ系72を介し、本実施形態に係るレンズ駆動装置10の投光レンズ12を左右に動かすことにより矢印Dのように左右に振られ、投光される。この投光された光74が障害物76に当たって反射した光78は受光レンズ80を介してフォトディテクタ82に至り、電気回路により障害物76までの距離が計算される。なお、実際は、投光レンズ12は左右だけでなく、上下にも振られ、光74も上下に振られる。
また、柱状部材108は、カラー48A〜48Dに相当するものと、カラー60A〜60Dに相当するものとが、一直線上に並んでいなくとも良い。
Claims (5)
- 投光レンズへの光を通すための穴部が形成されたベース板に上記穴部を囲んで植設された上記投光レンズの光軸方向に延びる複数の軸部材の先端側に、永久磁石を有し光軸を取り巻く一対のヨークを上記光軸方向に所定間隙を隔て且つ磁気回路を形成するように連接し、
レンズ保持枠の上記光軸方向に直交する方向の外周に固着された駆動コイルを上記間隙部に配置するように、上記ベース板に上記穴部を囲んで且つ上記軸部材よりも上記光軸側に植設された上記光軸方向に延びる複数の線バネ部材の先端側に上記レンズ保持枠を取り付けることで、上記複数の線バネ部材によって上記レンズ保持枠を揺動自在に弾性支持する、
ことを特徴とするレンズ駆動装置。 - 上記レンズ保持枠と上記複数の軸部材との間に、ダンパ部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレンズ駆動装置。
- 上記ヨークには上記レンズ保持枠の位置を検出する位置検出部材が取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレンズ駆動装置。
- 上記ヨークは、光軸方向から見て一字状またはL字状の部材を組み合わせた構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレンズ駆動装置。
- 上記ベース板の上記穴部を通して上記投光レンズに対向するレーザ光源を有し、上記投光レンズを二次元方向に走査することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレンズ駆動装置。
