Claims (11)
- 少なくとも一つの電子放出素子を上部に設けた電子放出基板と;
前記電子放出素子から放出される電子によってイメージを具現する画像形成基板と;
前記電子放出基板と前記画像形成基板を離隔して支持する少なくとも二つ以上のスペーサと;
を含み,
中心領域から周辺領域の少なくとも一方向に向かって,単位面積当たりの前記スペーサの設置面積が増加し、
中心領域から周辺領域の少なくとも一方向に向かって,前記スペーサの高さが減少する
ことを特徴とする,電子放出表示装置。 - 単位面積当たりの前記スペーサの設置面積は,中心領域から周辺領域へ放射状に増加する
ことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電子放出表示装置。 - 前記中心領域に対する周辺領域の,前記単位面積当たりのスペーサの設置面積比は,1.05〜1.35である
ことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電子放出表示装置。 - 前記中心領域に対する周辺領域の,前記単位面積当たりのスペーサの設置面積比は,1.1〜1.3である
ことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電子放出表示装置。 - 前記スペーサの高さは,中心領域から周辺領域へ放射状に減少する
ことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電子放出表示装置。 - 前記周辺領域に対する中心領域の,前記スペーサの高さの比は,1.002〜1.018である
ことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電子放出表示装置。 - 前記周辺領域に対する中心領域の,前記スペーサの高さの比は,1.005〜1.015である
ことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の電子放出表示装置。 - 中心領域から周辺領域の少なくとも一方向に向かって,前記スペーサの断面積が増加する
