Claims (8)
- タイヤ内面に熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂及びエラストマーからなる熱可塑性エラストマーから構成されたインナーライナー層を設けた空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記インナーライナー層の表面にタイヤの空洞側に突出する多数の係合素子を一体成形した空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記係合素子の高さを0.5〜5.0mmにした請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記係合素子を前記空気入りタイヤのトレッド部に対応する領域に配置し、これら係合素子に多孔質材料からなる吸音材を装着した請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記インナーライナー層の前記係合素子とは反対側の表面に前記タイヤ内面に埋没する多数のアンカー素子を突設した請求項1,2又は3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記アンカー素子が、前記インナーライナー層に一体成形されている請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記アンカー素子が前記インナーライナー層に連結する支持部と該支持部先端の拡大部とからなり、該アンカー素子の高さをHとして、前記支持部の幅Wa及び前記拡大部の最大幅Wbを下記式(1)及び(2)の関係にした請求項4又は5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。

2.0Wa ≦ Wb ≦ 3.5Wa (2) - 前記アンカー素子の厚さTを前記幅Waに対して下記式(3)の関係にした請求項6に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
0.7Wa ≦ T ≦ 1.3Wa (3) - 前記アンカー素子の高さHが0.1〜0.5mmである請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
