Claims (4)
- 軸部材と、軸部材の外周面に固定されたフランジ部と、軸部材の外周面に面するラジアル軸受隙間に生じる潤滑膜で軸部材をラジアル方向に支持するラジアル軸受部と、スラスト軸受隙間に生じる潤滑膜で軸部材をスラスト方向に支持するスラスト軸受部とを備えた流体軸受装置において、
軸部材の外周面にフランジ部の内周面を嵌合し、両部材を加締めと接着とで結合し、被加締め部の塑性変形を、予めフランジ部の内周面に形成した凹部で吸収した流体軸受装置。 - 被加締め部をフランジ部の内径端に設けた請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- 前記加締めによる塑性変形で接着剤溜りを形成した請求項1又は2記載の流体軸受装置。
- フランジ部の大気開放側の端面に被加締め部を設けた請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
