Description
Claims (9)
- 内燃機関(1)の排気ライン(4)に設けられる排気ガスタービン(3)と、
吸気ライン(6)に設けられるコンプレッサ(5)と、を備え、
タービンホイール(12)の上流に配置される流入ダクト(13)が、前記排気ガスタービン(3)のタービンハウジング(14)に形成され、
可変タービンジオメトリ構造(11)が、前記タービンホイール(12)への前記流入ダクト(13)の流入口断面(16)に配置され、
前記可変タービンジオメトリ構造(11)が、端面に保持される案内羽根(19)を有するサポートリング(18)を備える調節可能な案内格子として構成され、前記サポートリング(18)が浮動した状態でハウジング(14、17)の部分(21)に装着され、
少なくとも1つのスペーサスリーブ(24)が前記流入口断面(16)に取付けられ、前記スペーサスリーブ(24)が前記案内羽根(19)の端面作動隙間を規定する排気ガスターボチャージャにおいて、
前記案内羽根(19)と反対側になる前記サポートリング(18)の後面には、前記流入ダクト(13)内の圧力が作用し、
温度勾配が生じたときに、前記スペーサスリーブ(24)が、前記案内羽根(19)と同じ膨張率を有するように構成されることを特徴とする排気ガスターボチャージャ。 - 低温状態で測定されたときの前記案内羽根の前記端面作動隙間が、0.02mm〜0.1mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記スペーサスリーブ(24)が、前記案内羽根(19)の材料と同じ熱膨張率を有する材料で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記スペーサスリーブ(24)が、前記サポートリング(18)の反対側の前記スペーサスリーブの面に開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記スペーサスリーブ(24)が前記サポートリング(18)に着脱可能に固定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記着脱可能な固定がねじ接続であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記スペーサスリーブ(24)が前記サポートリング(18)と一体に成形されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記スペーサスリーブ(24)が軸(26)を有し、該軸(26)が前記サポートリング(18)に着脱可能又は着脱不能に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記軸(26)が前記スペーサスリーブ(24)とは別個に形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
