Claims (2)
- 砂を粘結剤で固めた中子(37)およびこの中子を固定する中空ケレン(38)であってその中空部に崩壊性砂(41)が残されている中空ケレン(38)またはその中空部の先をタップ(38d、38e)で蓋をした中空ケレン(38)を鋳鉄で埋設させた機枠(30)であって、この機枠(30)は鋳鉄と砂の容積比が、砂 1重量部に対して鋳鉄 7〜10重量部の割合で構成されていることを特徴とする、金属工作機械の機枠(30)。
- 鋳型(31a,31b)のキャビティ(32)に、砂をフラン樹脂粘結剤で固めた中子(37)を鋳鉄製または鋼製の中空ケレン(38)を用いて固定し、砂を珪酸ナトリウムで粘着させ、これに炭酸ガスを吹き込んで珪酸ナトリウムと反応させて硬化させた崩壊性砂(41)で前記中空ケレン(38)の中空部を充填した後、キャビティ(32)に鋳鉄溶湯を注湯し、溶湯を冷却して固化することを特徴とする、砂と鋳鉄と重量比が、砂 1重量部に対して鋳鉄 7〜10重量部の割合で構成されている金属工作機械の機枠(30)を鋳造する方法。
