Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hoist beam for hoisting an overhead hoist crane, and more particularly to a hoist beam joint.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 3, the hoist type overhead crane has an I-shaped steel traveling rail (hoist beam) 2 attached to the ceiling beam 1 of the building, and the hoist crane 3 can travel on the hoist beam 2 via the traveling wheels 4. It is suspended.
[0003]
The hoist beam 2 is extended according to the cargo handling range of the hoist crane 3. In general, the ends of the hoist beams 2 and 2 were either arranged with a required gap as shown in FIG. 3 or welded.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the hoist crane 3 travels, particularly when traveling with the load 5 suspended, the hoist beam 2 bends at the suspended position of the hoist crane 3. In particular, as shown in FIG. 3, since the end portion of the hoist beam 2 is in a cantilever state, a large amount of bending appears. For this reason, when the hoist crane 3 moves to the adjacent hoist beam 2, a step is generated between the ends of the hoist beams 2 and 2. For this reason, when the hoist crane 3 is transferred to the adjacent hoist beam 2, it is necessary that the hoist crane 3 has a certain speed. A situation that would occur.
[0005]
In order to reduce the bending of the end of the hoist beam 2, there is a method of supporting the end of the hoist beam 2 by the ceiling beam 1. However, since the ceiling beam 1 itself is bent, a step at the time of transfer is reduced. It could not be completely resolved. In addition, due to restrictions on the building side, the end of the hoist beam 2 cannot always be supported.
[0006]
It is also conceivable to weld the ends of the hoist beams 2, but the thermal expansion of the hoist beams 2 must be taken into account, and when the hoist beams 2 are lengthened by welding, the hoist beams 2 are connected to the ceiling. The work of attaching to the beam 1 is difficult. Further, when welding is performed in a state where it is attached to the ceiling beam 1, there is a problem that it is a work at a high place and is dangerous.
[0007]
In view of such circumstances, the present invention eliminates the step between the hoist beam end portions when the hoist crane is transferred with a simple structure.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a hoist beam joint in which a joint fitting that is superposed on a hoist beam adjacent to the upper flange of the hoist beam end is fixed. When a downward load acts on the hoist beam end, the joint fitting is Since it overlaps with the adjacent hoist beam, the end of the hoist beam is displaced integrally with the end of the adjacent hoist beam, and no step is generated.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
The female joint fitting 8 is welded to the upper flange end of the hoist beam 2a, and the male joint fitting 9 is welded to the upper flange end of the hoist beam 2b adjacent to the hoist beam 2a.
[0011]
The female joint fitting 8 has a bifurcated fork shape in which a concave portion 8a is formed, and the tip portion protrudes so as to overlap the hoist beam 2b. The male joint fitting 9 has a tip portion 9a that tapers, protrudes so as to overlap with the hoist beam 2a, and loosely fits in the recess 8a. Thus, the female joint fitting 8 and the male joint fitting 9 have a degree of freedom corresponding to the gap between the concave portion 8a and the tip end portion 9a in two horizontal directions.
[0012]
The female joint fitting 8 and the male joint fitting 9 are welded after the hoist beam 2a is assembled to a ceiling beam (not shown). In this case, since the welding work is performed on the upper surface of the hoist beam 2, workability is good and safe.
[0013]
Further, since the female joint fitting 8 and the male joint fitting 9 are small fittings, they may be previously welded to the hoist beam 2a and hoist beam 2b and then assembled to the ceiling beam. Since the female joint fitting 8 and the male joint fitting 9 are merely loosely fitted, there is no need for exact alignment, and the female joint fitting 8 and the male joint fitting 9 are obstructed in assembling the hoist beam 2a and hoist beam 2b. Never become.
[0014]
Next, when a hoist crane (not shown) is suspended from the hoist beam 2a, the end of the hoist beam 2a is displaced downward due to bending, but the female joint fitting 8 is in contact with the hoist beam 2b. Therefore, the end portion of the hoist beam 2b is also displaced downward integrally with the end portion of the hoist beam 2a, and no step is generated between both end portions.
[0015]
When a hoist crane is suspended from the hoist beam 2b, the male joint fitting 9 is in contact with the hoist beam 2a. Therefore, when the end of the hoist beam 2b is displaced downward, the end of the hoist beam 2a Are integrally displaced downward, and no step is generated between both ends of the hoist beams 2a and 2b.
[0016]
Next, even if a lateral load is applied to the hoist beam 2 due to vibration during traveling or the like, the female joint fitting 8 and the male joint fitting 9 are in a fitted state. There will be no horizontal displacement beyond the gap with the tip 9a.
[0017]
Furthermore, the female joint bracket 8 and the male joint bracket 9 have a degree of freedom in the horizontal two directions, and even if the positional relationship of the end portion changes due to thermal expansion or the like between the hoist beam 2a and the hoist beam 2b. There will be no hindrance.
[0018]
Thus, the steps between the ends of the hoist beam when moving the hoist crane can be eliminated with a simple metal fitting.
[0019]
The shapes of the female joint fitting 8 and the male joint fitting 9 are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and any shape may be used as long as the tip portion overlaps with the end portion of the adjacent hoist beam 2. In addition, since the female joint fitting 8 and the male joint fitting 9 are welded to positions that do not hinder the traveling of the hoist crane, it goes without saying that the present invention can be applied to existing facilities.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to eliminate the step between the ends of the hoist beam when moving the hoist crane with a simple structure and to exhibit excellent effects such as restraining the mutual displacement in the lateral direction.
