Description
前述のGT型及びTGZ型のタンクの構造は、特許文献1、特許文献2、特許文献3、特許文献4、特許文献5、及び特許文献6などに記載されている。
また、このような二次密封壁の結合構造は、二次密封壁を各断熱壁及び船体とは関係無く独立的に結合することによって、断熱壁に自由度をある程度提供でき、特に船体内部面の変形に伴う断熱壁の損傷を防止することができる。

Claims (21)
- 二個の連続する密封壁及び二個の断熱壁を含み、前記密封壁の中で一次密封壁は、保存タンクに保存される液化天然ガスと接し、その下部に一次断熱壁、二次密封壁、及び二次断熱壁の手順で配置される液化天然ガスの保存タンクであって、
前記一次密封壁は、前記タンクの底面と機械的に結合されるアンカー部によって支持され、前記断熱壁は、前記一次密封壁とタンクの底面の間にスライディングできるように設置され、
前記二次密封壁は、前記一次断熱壁及び二次断熱壁の断面より突出するように形成されており、
前記一次断熱壁及び二次断熱壁は、前記二次密封壁の上下部面にそれぞれ接着剤で接着される、液化天然ガスの保存タンクにおいて、
該液化天然ガスの保存タンクは、
前記タンクの内部のコーナー部に結合されるコーナー構造体と、
前記タンクの内部の平面上で、スライディング移動ができるように位置する平面構造体と、
前記タンクの底面に結合されて、前記平面構造体を前記タンクの内部に付着させるアンカー構造体と、を含んでおり、
前記コーナー構造体と前記平面構造体は、予備組立体として予め製作された後に、該液化天然ガスの保存タンクにおいて組み立てられることにより前記液化天然ガスの保存タンクを形成しており、
前記平面構造体は、平面部の二次断熱壁と、その上部面に形成される平面部の二次密封壁及びその上部面に形成される平面部の一次断熱壁とが設置されており、
前記コーナー構造体の、前記一次断熱壁及び二次断熱壁の断面より突出する前記二次密封壁と、前記平面構造体の、前記一次断熱壁及び二次断熱壁の断面より突出する前記二次密封壁とは、締結する、
ことを特徴とする液化天然ガスの保存タンク。 - 前記二次断熱壁は、ポリウレタンフォーム材質の断熱材と、その下部面に接着されるプライウッド材質の板材とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記一次断熱壁は、ポリウレタンフォーム材質の断熱材と、その上下部面に接着されるプライウッド材質の板材とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記アンカー構造体は、前記平面構造体が合うコーナー部位に機械的に固定される、アンカー下部板に固定されるアンカーロッドと、前記アンカーロッドに中心部を挿入し固定して、前記平面部の二次断熱壁に同一の高さで設置されるアンカー部の二次断熱壁と、前記アンカーロッドに中心部を挿入してアンカー部の二次断熱壁の上部面に固定されながら、隣接する平面部の二次密封壁に機械的に締結されるアンカー部の二次密封壁と、前記アンカーロッドに中心部を挿入して、アンカー部の二次密封壁の上部面に固定されるアンカー部の一次断熱壁と、前記アンカー部の一次断熱壁の上部中心部である前記アンカーロッドの上端部に固定される上部キャップとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記アンカー下部板は、それに接する平面構造体の二次断熱壁の下部板材を、船体内部面に固定することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記アンカー部の二次密封壁は、外周部面に形成されたしわ部を含めることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記アンカー部の二次密封壁は、前記アンカー部の一次断熱壁の側面から突出するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記アンカー部の一次断熱壁とアンカー部の二次断熱壁とは、前記アンカー部の二次密封壁の上下部面にそれぞれ接着剤によって接着されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記アンカー構造体は、前記タンクの内部に形成される空間の底面及び左右隔壁に一定間隔で設置され、締結孔が形成されてロッド支持キャップが内蔵されたアンカーベース板を固定するアンカー下部板と、
前記ロッド支持キャップに垂直となるように固定されるアンカーロッドと、
前記アンカーロッドに中心部を挿入し固定されるアンカー部の二次断熱壁と、
前記アンカー部の二次断熱壁の上部面に固定され、前記アンカーロッドに中心部を挿入し固定されるアンカー部の二次密封壁と、
前記アンカー部の二次密封壁の上部面に固定され、前記アンカーロッドに中心部を挿入し固定されるアンカー部の一次断熱壁と、
前記アンカーロッドの上端部に固定され、前記アンカー部の一次断熱壁を固定する上部キャップと、
隣接配置される一次断熱壁の側部及び二次密封壁の上部面に固定され、前記アンカー部の一次断熱壁に所定の距離を離隔するように結合されて隣接する前記二次密封壁と、
前記アンカー部の二次密封壁の端部の上部に固定される平面部の連結断熱壁とを、
含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。 - 前記平面部の連結断熱壁は、隣接配置される各一次断熱壁の側面と隣接する二次断熱材の上部に固定される二次密封壁の上部面とに固定されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記平面部の連結断熱壁は、その下部の前記平面部の二次密封壁とアンカー部の二次密封壁とを、接着剤によって固定されることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記平面部の連結断熱壁と前記アンカー部の一次断熱壁との間の空間部には、断熱材が充填されることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記コーナー構造体は、前記タンクに形成された、面が合うコーナー地点にそれぞれ面するように、L形態に形成されるコーナー部の二次断熱壁と、その上部面に形成されるコーナー部の二次密封壁及びその上部面に形成されるコーナー部の一次断熱壁と、前記コーナー部の一次断熱壁の上部面に保存タンクの荷重を受けることができるようにL形態のコーナー支持板とがより多数設置された、予備組立体として製作され、前記タンクの内部面にそれぞれ形成されるコーナー部の突出部材によって固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記コーナー支持板は、熱による収縮及び伸長ができるように、前記コーナー部の一次断熱壁にスライディング移動ができるように設置されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記一次断熱壁と二次断熱壁は、前記二次密封壁の上下部面に、それぞれ接着剤によって接着されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記一次断熱壁、二次密封壁、二次断熱壁、及びコーナー支持板は、予備組立体として製作されることを特徴とする、請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記予備組立体は、前記タンクの内部面にそれぞれ形成されるコーナー部の突出部材によって固定されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記一次断熱壁及び二次断熱壁の下部面には板材が形成されて、前記板材は、その側面の端部が前記断熱材から突出するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記二次断熱壁と一次断熱壁は、前記二次断熱壁を貫通して突出する下部支持ロッドの上端部と、前記一次断熱壁を貫通して上部支持ロッドの下端部とを連結固定する、連結補強台によって機械的に結合することを特徴とする、請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記下部支持ロッドは、前記二次断熱壁の下部面に固定されるロッド支持キャップに挿入し固定され、二次断熱壁を貫通した後に、その上端部を前記連結補強台に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
- 前記上部支持ロッドは、前記一次断熱壁の下部に固定され、且つ前記連結補強台に固定されるロッド支持キャップに挿入し固定されて、前記一次断熱壁を貫通して前記コーナー支持板を支持することを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の液化天然ガスの保存タンク。
