Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention uses a disaster prevention monitoring panel to monitor fires in each dwelling unit and common area of an apartment house, and in the event of a fire, for example, a disaster prevention monitoring facility that sends an alarm signal to a fire receiver for a fire unit on the fire floor and directly above the floor, etc. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in disaster prevention monitoring equipment for apartment houses, a fire detector is connected to a sensor line drawn from a fire receiver for a dwelling unit with an intercom cordless handset installed in the dwelling unit, and the fire is monitored for each dwelling unit. The fire receiver for each unit is connected to a disaster prevention monitoring panel installed in the manager's room for centralized monitoring.
[0003]
In such a disaster prevention monitoring facility for an apartment house, when a fire breaks out, an alarm message including the location of the fire is modulated and sent from the disaster prevention monitoring panel, demodulated by a fire receiver for dwelling units, and alarmed by a speaker. -2825854 is known.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, it is necessary to monitor fires not only in dwelling units but also in common areas such as lobbies, stairs, and corridors in the disaster prevention monitoring equipment for apartment buildings. A fire detector is connected to the line to monitor the fire directly.
[0005]
Also, in order to give an alarm by voice message in the event of a fire, it is necessary to install a speaker in the common area, and the same voice message signal as the dwelling unit is amplified by the power amplifier provided in the disaster prevention monitoring panel and sent to the common area speaker .
[0006]
In addition, there are alarms at the time of fires by the disaster prevention monitoring panel, such as a ringing of the entire building that alerts in all dwelling units and common areas, and a neighborhood alarm that warns in the dwelling units and common areas on the fire floor and directly above. The voice message signal is amplified by a power amplifier and sent to a large number of dwelling unit speakers and common-use speakers, and the power amplifier needs to have a capacity that satisfies the speaker load for simultaneous ringing of the entire building.
[0007]
For this reason, in an actual disaster prevention monitoring facility that also requires an alarm in a common area, the capacity of the power amplifier of the disaster prevention monitoring panel used for alarming a voice message becomes large, and there is a problem that the facility cost becomes expensive.
[0008]
An object of this invention is to provide the disaster prevention monitoring equipment which enabled it to make small the capacity | capacitance of the amplifier of the disaster prevention monitoring board used for the voice alarm of a common part by utilizing the amplifier of the fire receiver for dwelling units.
[0009]

Connect to the other end.
[0013]
For this reason, the sound alarm signal for the dwelling units during the entire building ringing and the neighborhood fire alarm is amplified by the amplifier provided in the fire receiver for dwelling units, so the capacity of the disaster prevention monitoring panel amplifier is installed in the common area A small capacity corresponding to the number of speakers is sufficient, and the equipment cost is reduced accordingly.
[0014]
In another embodiment of the present invention, an audio signal line is further provided between the disaster prevention monitoring panel and the dwelling unit fire receiver. That is, a fire detector for a dwelling unit installed in a dwelling unit equipped with an intercom control unit having an intercom function on a transmission line, a telephone line and a voice signal line drawn out from a disaster prevention monitoring panel equipped with a dwelling unit control unit having an intercom function Connect the fire receiver for the dwelling unit that monitors the fire by connecting the fire detector for the common unit to the sensor line drawn out from the disaster prevention monitoring panel to the common unit, and the fire confirmation signal or common unit from the fire receiver for the dwelling unit When a fire signal is received from the fire detector for the fire prevention panel and it is determined that there is a fire, the sound of the fire alarm is sent to the fire receivers for the dwelling units installed in the multiple dwelling units that are set in advance according to the location of the fire and the common part In disaster prevention monitoring equipment that transmits signals and outputs them from speakers for dwelling units and speakers for common areas, a sound alarm is output to the disaster prevention monitoring panel via a transmission line to a predetermined fire receiver for dwelling units when a fire is judged A monitoring control unit for transmitting a control signal and sending a voice alarm signal from the voice synthesis unit to the voice signal line; and a speaker for the common unit selected by the monitoring control unit by amplifying the voice warning signal from the voice synthesis unit Provided with an amplifier for common use to be sent to the line, and when the fire alarm for the dwelling unit receives an audio alarm output control signal from the disaster prevention monitoring panel, the input of the dwelling unit amplifier connected to the dwelling unit speaker is used for the dwelling unit A switching circuit that disconnects from the voice synthesis unit and switches to connection with the voice signal line is provided , and a voice alarm signal to be output from the voice synthesis unit of the disaster prevention monitoring panel is output from the speaker via the dwell unit amplifier of the dwelling unit fire receiver. It is characterized by that.
[0015]
In this case as well, the sound alarm signal for the dwelling units in the event of a ringing of the entire building or a nearby fire alarm is amplified by the amplifier provided in the fire receiver for dwelling units. A small capacity corresponding to the number of speakers in use is sufficient, and the equipment cost is reduced accordingly.
[0016]

[0025]
The disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 is provided with an interphone control unit 34 having an interphone function, and is provided with a transmission circuit 35 and a call circuit 36. The transmission circuit 35 provided in the intercom control unit 34 specifies the address of the dwelling unit fire receiver 2 connected via the transmission line 28 and the address of the repeater 40 built in the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1. An R-type transmission function for transmitting control signals (control commands) and data is realized. Part or all of the configuration of the intercom control unit 34 can be realized by a control function of the MPU.
[0026]
From the repeater 40 provided in the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1, a common part detector line 41 is drawn out to the common part of the house, a fire detector 42 for the common part is connected to this, and a termination resistor 42a is provided at the end. It is connected. Depending on the size and number of shared parts, a repeater 40, a shared part sensor line 41, and a shared part fire sensor 42 are provided as appropriate. A collective entrance machine 38 is connected to the transmission circuit 35 and the call circuit 36.
[0027]
For this reason, a call between the collective entrance machine 38 and the handset 37 of the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1, a call with the handset 22 of the fire receiver 2 for dwelling units, and the opening / closing control of the collective entrance door can be performed.
[0028]
The monitoring controller 30 of the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 is provided with a voice synthesizing unit 46 for performing a neighborhood fire alarm and a ringing of the entire building, and its output is connected to a line selection unit 49 via a power amplifier 47. . Shared line speakers 50 a to 50 n installed in the shared part are connected to the line selection part 49.
[0029]
The selection control of the line selection unit 49 is performed by an input / output control unit 48 provided for the monitoring control unit 30. That is, when the monitoring control unit 30 determines the fire and the fire occurrence area based on the reception of the fire confirmation signal from the residential fire receiver 2 or the fire signal from the repeater 40, the input / output control unit 48 is notified of, for example, a neighborhood fire alarm. If so, the line selection is instructed to the common part on the fire floor and directly above floor, and based on this, the input / output control part 48 drives the relay provided in the line selection part 49 corresponding to the fire floor and directly above floor, and the contact By turning on the power amplifier 47, the corresponding speaker among the shared-part speakers 50a to 50n provided in the common part on the fire floor and directly above the floor is connected to the output of the power amplifier 47.
[0030]
At the same time, the supervisory control unit 30 sends the voice alarm output control signal by designating the address to the fire receiver 2 for the dwelling unit on the fire floor and directly above the floor via the transmission circuit 35 of the intercom control unit 34, Switching relay contacts 24a and 24b are switched to the broken line side by driving relay 24 when 23 is turned on.
[0031]
Further, the intercom control unit 34 is provided with a first switching circuit including a transistor 51, a relay 52, and a switching relay contact 52 a, and the relay is activated by driving the transistor 51 with an audio alarm output control signal from the monitoring control unit 30. 52, the switching relay contact 52a is similarly switched to the broken line side, and in this state, the voice synthesizer 46 outputs a fire warning voice message signal, so that a fire warning voice message is output from the dwelling unit and the common use speaker. Output is enabled.
[0032]
Further, the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 is provided with a power supply unit 53, which generates a DC power supply voltage for the inside by a commercial AC100V.
[0033]
In addition, in the fire determination in the reception of the fire confirmation signal from the fire receiver 2 for dwelling units in the monitoring control unit 30 and the fire signal from the repeater 40, the fire may be immediately determined by reception, or publicly known A fire may be determined by performing an accumulation process.
[0034]
Next, the operation in the disaster prevention monitoring facility of FIG. 1 will be described. The fire alarm is taken as an example of the neighborhood fire alarm.
[0035]
Assuming that a fire has occurred in a certain dwelling unit where the fire receiver 2 for dwelling units is installed, the fire detector 20 for dwelling units will report, and the alarm signal will be received by the fire monitoring unit 17, from the fire monitoring unit 17. Upon receiving the fire alarm signal, the control unit 11 for dwelling unit turns on the fire indicator lamp 21 by the control unit 12 and blinks the outdoor indicator 27 a provided in the door phone 27.
[0036]
In addition, the voice synthesizer 15 is activated, and a voice message such as “Fire detector has been activated. Check fire” is output from the dwelling unit speaker 26.
[0037]
When the resident confirms a fire in response to the fire receiving operation in the fire receiver 2 for a dwelling unit, when a fire confirmation button (not shown) is operated, a fire confirmation signal is sent to the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 by the transmission line 28. Sent out.
[0038]
Even if the fire confirmation button is not operated, a fire confirmation signal is automatically transmitted from the transmission line 28 to the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 when a predetermined time, for example, within 2 to 5 minutes has elapsed since the reception of the fire. . If a warning sound stop button or recovery button (not shown) provided on the fire receiver for dwelling unit 2 is operated before a certain period of time has elapsed since the reception of the fire, a fire confirmation signal is not sent to the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 and the initial state is restored. To do.
[0039]
When the fire prevention signal is received by the monitoring control unit 30 via the transmission circuit 35 of the intercom control unit 34, the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 uses the function of the monitoring control unit 30. When the fire and the fire-generating unit are determined, the main sound synthesizing unit 43 is activated and amplified by the amplifier 44, and then the main sound audio message output indicating the occurrence of the fire is output from the main sound speaker 45, for example, “fire. The main sound message such as “There was a fire in room △△△△” was output.
[0040]
At the same time, the district name (fire-breaking dwelling unit) such as “Fire has occurred in room XX floor ΔΔΔΔ” is displayed on the liquid crystal display unit 4 as authentication of the fire-breaking dwelling unit. In addition, the fire prevention display and dwelling unit alarm display (not shown) are performed on the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1.
[0041]
Subsequently, the supervisory control unit 30 recognizes the addresses of the fire-occurring units, the directly-upper-level dwelling units, and the common unit, and the transmission circuit 35 of the intercom control unit 34 to the fire-occurring floor and the directly-upper-level dwelling units. Via, specify the address and send a voice alarm output control signal for neighborhood fire alarm.
[0042]
For this reason, in the dwelling unit on the floor where the fire occurred and the dwelling unit directly above, the sound alarm output control signal from the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 is discriminated in the dwelling unit control unit 11 of the dwelling unit fire receiver 2, and in the second switching circuit When the relay 24 is operated, the switching relay contacts 24a and 24b are switched to the bypass line 31 on the broken line side, and also in the first switching circuit of the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1, the intercom control unit 34 operates the relay 52 by the control output to switch the switching relay contact 52a. Is switched to the broken line side, and the output of the speech synthesizer 46 is connected to the call line 29.
[0043]
At the same time, the supervisory control unit 30 instructs the input / output control unit 48 to control the line selection of the fire occurrence floor and directly above the common floor, and in response to this, the line selection unit 49 sets the line on the fire occurrence floor and immediately above floor. The corresponding relay is activated, and the common floor speakers 50 a to 50 n on the fire floor and the directly above floor are connected to the output of the power amplifier 47.
[0044]
In the state where the output control of the neighborhood fire alarm is completed, the monitoring control unit 30 operates the voice synthesis unit 46 to output the voice message signal of the neighborhood fire alarm. The voice message signal for this neighborhood fire alarm is “Finphone Finphone Finphone” as the first signal, and then “Fire is fire. Fire is fired. "Please evacuate after confirming safety." Is output, and finally the second signal "Fififi" is output and this is repeated.
[0045]
By using the voice signal from the voice synthesis unit 46 for the neighborhood fire alarm, the common unit provided in the common unit on the fire floor and the directly above floor of the fire unit 2 of the fire receiver 2 on the fire floor and directly above the floor. The voice message of the neighborhood fire alarm is output from the speaker 50a-50n. In the case of a fire alarm, since the communication line 29 is used for an audio alarm, the intercom function is stopped.
[0046]
On the other hand, when a fire occurs in the common unit, the repeater 40 receives a notification signal from the fire detector 42 for the common unit and sends the fire signal to the monitoring control unit 30 via the transmission circuit 35 of the intercom control unit 34. In this case, similarly to the case where the fire confirmation signal is received from the fire receiver 2 for dwelling units, fire alarm control is performed in which the fire place is determined as the common part.
[0047]
The intercom call in the disaster prevention monitoring facility of FIG. 1 is as follows. If a call is made by designating the room number of the fire receiver 2 for dwelling units at the collective entrance 38, an intercom control signal is designated by the transmission line 28 from the transmission circuit 35 provided in the intercom control unit 34 of the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1. Sent to the fire receiver 2 for dwelling unit, received by the transmission circuit 13, the control unit 12 judges the intercom call, the voice synthesizer 15 generates a call signal by the voice synthesizer 15, and outputs it. After amplification at 25, the intercom ringing tone is output from the dwelling unit speaker 26.
[0048]
When the resident picks up the handset 22 in response to the intercom call, a communication line is established from the collective entrance 38 to the communication circuit 36, the communication line 29 of the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1, and the communication circuit 14 of the fire receiver 2 for dwelling units. And can make calls.
[0049]
FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing another embodiment of the disaster prevention monitoring facility according to the present invention. In this embodiment, in addition to the transmission line 28 and the communication line 29 from the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1, an audio signal line 32 is further drawn out, and the fire receiver 2 for dwelling units is connected to this. To do.
[0050]
That is, in the embodiment of FIG. 1, a voice alarm signal such as a ringing of the entire building or a neighborhood alarm is sent from the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 to the fire receiver 2 for dwelling units using the telephone line 29. In the embodiment, a dedicated audio signal line 32 is provided to send an audio alarm signal from the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 to the fire receiver 2 for dwelling units.
[0051]
By newly providing such an audio signal line 32, the output of the audio synthesis unit 46 of the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 is directly connected to the audio signal line 32. The fire receiver 2 for dwelling units is provided only with an amplifier switching relay contact 24b for switching the output of the audio signal line 32 and the sound synthesizing unit 15 for dwelling units.
[0052]
Based on the fire judgment from the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1, the amplifier switching relay contact 24 b is closed to the broken line side by driving the relay 24 by the operation of the transistor 23 when receiving the voice alarm output control signal from the transmission line 28, and the voice signal line 32 The voice alarm signal sent from the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 is amplified by the amplifier 25 and output from the dwelling unit speaker 26. Other configurations of the disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 and the fire receiver 2 for dwelling units are the same as those in the embodiment of FIG.
[0053]
In addition, although said embodiment took the disaster prevention monitoring equipment for apartment houses as an example, this invention is not limited to this, At the same time, monitoring fire prevention divisions, such as a partition-formed room, is provided, such as a corridor and a lobby. The present invention can be applied as it is to an appropriate place facility for monitoring a common part.
[0054]
In addition, the above embodiment is an example of a neighborhood alarm that gives a sound alarm to predetermined dwelling units and common areas on the fire floor and immediately above the floor in the event of a fire, but a sound alarm is given to all dwelling units and all common areas. As for the whole building simultaneous ringing, the whole building simultaneous ringing sound warning can be performed by transmitting a sound warning output control signal designating all the dwelling units and selecting a line for the speakers of all the common units by the line selection unit.
[0055]
In this case, as the voice alarm output control signal for each dwelling unit, the address for each dwelling unit 25 is sent to the amplifier 25 for the dwelling unit by sending a voice warning output control signal using a so-called shared address that designates all the dwelling units without designating the address of each dwelling unit. A connection of the telephone line 29 or the voice signal line may be created, and a voice alarm for simultaneous sounding to each dwelling unit may be performed. Further, the present invention is not limited by the numerical values shown in the above embodiments.
[0056]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the sound alarm signal to each dwelling unit when a fire occurs and the alarm sound signal for each dwelling unit at the same time is amplified and output by the amplifier provided in the fire receiver for dwelling units. Therefore, the capacity of the amplifier of the disaster prevention monitoring panel may be a small capacity amplifier corresponding to the number of speakers installed in the common area, and the equipment cost can be reduced by using a small capacity amplifier, and the reliability of the amplifier itself is further reduced. Can be guaranteed.
