Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to disposable wearing articles such as napkins, disposable diapers, and disposable pants, and more specifically, because it does not use defibrated pulp fibers that are used in ordinary absorbents, The present invention relates to a disposable wearing article exhibiting good absorption characteristics.
Background Art As an absorbent for absorbing bodily fluids used as disposable diapers, disposable pants or napkins, conventionally, defibrated pulp fibers, water-absorbing resin powders, hot-melt fibers, etc. are molded into a mat shape, An absorbent mat in which this is wrapped and fixed with thin paper or the like has been used.
Such an absorbent mat has a thick mat because it contains pulp fibers. Attempts have also been made to constrain the pulp fibers with heat-meltable fibers by heat compression treatment to form a thin shape, but the pulp fibers after water absorption have a strong force to spread to the surroundings. The inseam of the crotch bulges outward, giving the wearer discomfort.
Recently, a superabsorbent composite composition in which microfibrils having a hydration property obtained from cellulose or a cellulose derivative and a superabsorbent resin are combined and integrated has been found, and these can be applied to disposable wearing articles. It has been studied (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-168230, etc.).
When applying the above superabsorbent composite composition to disposable wearing articles, if the pulp fiber that has been conventionally used is not used at all, the superabsorbent composite composition has a slow water absorption rate. There was a problem that side leakage was likely to occur when there was bleeding or the like. In addition, the sheet-shaped absorbent body having a structure in which the superabsorbent composite composition is supported by a non-woven fabric has a problem that even if it is used for a worn article, it is too thin and easily slid when worn.
In the present invention, instead of the conventional absorbent core consisting of pulp fibers and superabsorbent resin powder, on the premise that the superabsorbent composite composition is used, it is ultra-thin, without causing shape loss or distortion, And it aims at providing the disposable wearing article which can fully exhibit absorption capacity.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The disposable wearing article of the present invention is a disposable wearing article having a top sheet as the uppermost layer and a back sheet as the lowermost layer, and is formed from a non-woven fabric having a basis weight of 20 to 100 g / m 2 under the top sheet. A layer of a superabsorbent composite composition formed from microfibrils having a hydration property obtained from cellulose or a cellulose derivative and a superabsorbent resin is provided on the lower side of the temporary reservoir. A sheet-like absorbent body that is partially joined according to a predetermined pattern is provided on the lower side of the support body, and the top sheet, the temporary water storage layer, and the sheet-like absorbent body are integrally joined at the joint portion. .
Even if a large amount of urine, menstrual blood, etc. are discharged at a time due to the presence of the temporary reservoir, the bulky and thick nonwoven fabric is provided as a temporary reservoir, so that the discharged liquid diffuses in the surface direction of this nonwoven fabric, Gradually, it penetrates toward the lower sheet-shaped absorber. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the amount of discharged liquid exceeding the absorption capacity of the sheet-shaped absorbent from concentrating on a part of the sheet-shaped absorbent layer, and to fully exhibit the absorption capacity of the sheet-shaped absorbent. It became. As a result, inconvenience such as side leakage is eliminated. Furthermore, since the top sheet, the temporary water storage layer, and the sheet-like absorbent body are joined together integrally, it is possible to prevent kinking and to improve the shape stability of the worn article.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The disposable wearing article of the present invention is a disposable wearing article having a top sheet as the uppermost layer and a back sheet as the lowermost layer, and has a basis weight of 20 to 100 g below the top sheet. / M 2 non-woven temporary water storage layer, and under the temporary water storage layer, a superabsorbent composite formed from hydrated microfibrils obtained from cellulose or a cellulose derivative and a superabsorbent resin The composition layer includes a sheet-like absorbent body that is partially joined to the lower side of the nonwoven fabric support according to a predetermined pattern, and the top sheet, the temporary water storage layer, and the sheet-like absorbent body are joined together at the joint. It is what has been.
A preferred embodiment of the present invention is a structure in which two or more sheet-like absorbers are laminated so that the superabsorbent composite composition layer of each sheet-like absorber is positioned on the lower side, leading to an increase in absorption capacity. It is. When the composite composition layer is positioned on the lower side, since the nonwoven fabric support is positioned on the upper side, the discharged liquid reaches the composite composition layer while diffusing in the surface direction of the nonwoven fabric support, so that the sheet-like absorption Effluent concentrates less on only part of the body, which is effective in preventing leakage.
The nonwoven fabric for the temporary water storage layer contains heat-meltable fibers and rayon fibers, and preferably contains 10% by mass or more of rayon fibers. A thermal bonding nonwoven fabric that melts and bonds a part of fibers by an air-through method (also referred to as a through-air method) is bulky and is therefore preferable as a temporary water storage layer of the present invention. Therefore, it is desirable to use a heat-meltable fiber as an essential component. However, since the nonwoven fabric is inferior in hydrophilicity with only the heat-meltable fiber and may not be able to serve as a temporary water storage layer, it is preferable that 10% by mass or more of rayon fiber is contained.
A water absorbent paper is further laminated on the lower side of the sheet-shaped absorbent body, and the top sheet, the temporary water storage layer, the sheet-shaped absorbent body and the water absorbent paper are partially joined together, and the back sheet on the lower side of the water absorbent paper. The most preferred embodiment of the present invention is a construction in which the water absorbent paper and the water absorbent paper are not joined at this integral joint. Since the sheet-like absorbent body and the back sheet can be easily joined together by an integral joint, the back sheet and the water-absorbing paper are made of a hot melt adhesive or the like that is applied intermittently, such as a dot or spiral. It is preferable to join.
In the disposable wearing article of the present invention, a layer of a superabsorbent composite composition formed from hydrated microfibrils obtained from cellulose or a cellulose derivative and a superabsorbent resin is provided on the lower side of the nonwoven fabric support. A sheet-like absorbent body that is partially bonded according to a pattern is provided. The microfibril and the composite composition formed from the microfibril and the superabsorbent resin are described in detail in JP-A-10-168230. That is, the microfibril is a very fine fibrous material having a diameter of 2.0 μm or less obtained by microfibrillation of cellulose or a cellulose derivative, and wood pulp is ground and highly beaten (MFC, S-MFC), It is obtained by microbial metabolism (BC) such as acetic acid bacteria. It exhibits extremely strong hydration properties, and when dispersed in a water-containing medium, it hydrates and exhibits a large viscosity. The superabsorbent resin is a known superabsorbent resin powder such as polyacrylate, cellulose, starch / acrylonitrile.
In a mixed solvent in which a hydrophilic organic solvent such as methanol or acetone and water are mixed in a range of 90/10 to 40/60 (mass ratio), 0.3 to 1.0% by mass of microfibrils, high water absorption The dispersion liquid in which 5 to 50% by mass of the conductive resin powder is dispersed on the nonwoven fabric support, for example, in the form of streaks with a width of 10 mm and 5 mm intervals, and dried to remove the solvent, thereby removing the solvent on one side of the nonwoven fabric support. A sheet-like absorbent body in which the composite composition is separated and joined can be obtained.
The surface of the superabsorbent resin particles is covered with microfibrils, and the microfibrils are self-bonded to form a network structure and are also strongly bonded by ionic hydrogen bonding, and the nonwoven fabric support and the microfibrils are physically entangled. Therefore, the superabsorbent composite composition becomes a sheet-like absorber firmly bonded to the nonwoven fabric support.
Arrangement of the composite composition in a streaky shape is due to the fact that the superabsorbent resin in the composite composition swells after water absorption. What joined with the nonwoven fabric support body may be sufficient. In addition, the arrangement pattern can be appropriately changed according to the use, the sex of the wearer, and the like. On the other hand, the basis weight and constituent fibers of the nonwoven fabric support are not particularly limited, but those having a basis weight of 15 to 80 g / m 2 are preferable, hydrophilic fibers such as cotton, rayon, and pulp, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, and the like. A composite fiber or the like that has been hydrophilized as necessary can be used. Air through thermal bonding nonwoven fabric, spunbond nonwoven fabric, card dry nonwoven fabric and the like are preferable.
In the sheet-like absorbent body, the composite composition layer can be provided on both surfaces of the nonwoven fabric support. In the present invention, this layer is provided on one surface of the nonwoven fabric support, and in the wearing article, the composite composition is provided. It is preferable to arrange so that the layer is on the lower side. Since the effluent comes into contact with the nonwoven fabric support first, the liquid diffusing in the surface direction of the nonwoven fabric support and penetrates into the composite composition layer, so that the effluent is only in a part of the composite composition. Concentration can be prevented. The sheet-like absorber may be laminated in a plurality of layers, and in each layer, the composite composition layer is preferably disposed on the lower side.
Hereinafter, the configuration of the disposable wearing article of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the illustrated example, a wearing article having a shape that can be used for a napkin or a disposable urine pad is shown. However, the wearing article of the present invention is not limited to the shape shown in FIG. It is also possible to change.
FIG. 1 shows a partially cutaway plan view of an embodiment of the disposable wearing article 1 of the present invention. The wearing article 1 in FIG. 1 has an eyebrow-shaped top sheet 2 positioned in the uppermost layer and a back sheet 5 having the same shape as the top sheet 2 positioned in the lowermost layer. Both sheets 2 and 5 are bonded at least at the peripheral edge portions by heat sealing or hot melt adhesive. Between the two sheets 2 and 5, a rectangular temporary water storage layer 3 and a sheet-like absorber 4 that is slightly smaller than the top sheet 2 are laminated from the upper side (top sheet 2 side). As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 2, the sheet-like absorbent body 4 is obtained by laminating a composite composition layer 42 on a nonwoven fabric support 41 in a streak shape.
As the top sheet 2, a non-woven fabric made of hydrophilic fibers such as cotton, rayon, pulp, etc., a water-permeable non-woven fabric obtained by hydrophilizing a non-woven fabric made of hydrophobic fibers such as fibers of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, or composite fibers thereof. A non-woven fabric formed by mixing the hydrophilic fiber and the hydrophobic fiber, or a plastic film having a large number of openings is used.
As the back sheet 5, a liquid-impervious plastic film, a finely or non-perforated moisture-permeable film, a water-repellent nonwoven fabric, a laminate of a nonwoven fabric and a film, and the like can be appropriately selected.
3 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. Reference numeral 6 denotes a joint, and the top sheet 2, the temporary water storage layer 3, and the sheet-like absorber 4 are integrally joined by the joint 6. The back sheet 5 is not joined at the joint 6. By joining the sheet-like absorbent body 4 not only with the temporary water reservoir 3 but also with the top sheet 2 at the joint portion 6, the sheet-like absorbent body 4 can follow the movement of the top sheet 2. It is effectively prevented that only the scrambled. Although not shown in the drawing, the back sheet 5 and the sheet-like absorber 4 are preferably joined with a hot melt adhesive or the like applied intermittently, such as a dot shape or a spiral shape. The same applies when water absorbent paper is interposed.
The length, position, number, and shape of the joint 6 are not limited to the illustrated example, and may be three or more, or may extend over the entire length of the temporary water reservoir 3. In addition to the linear shape in the longitudinal direction, bending lines, curved lines, dots, patterns, and the like can be selected as appropriate. As a joining method, heat sealing is simple. In addition, since it is difficult to heat-seal the part in which the composite composition layer 42 exists, it is recommended to join at the part of the nonwoven fabric support 41.
In the case of adopting a configuration in which the water absorbent paper 7 is further laminated as shown in FIG. 5, the top sheet 2, the temporary water storage layer 3, the sheet-like absorbent body 4, and the water absorbent paper 7 may be pressure-bonded while integrally heat-sealing. . Since the water absorbent paper 7 is not sufficiently joined only by heat sealing and pressurization, a hot melt adhesive is previously applied to a portion corresponding to the joint 6 of the water absorbent paper 7 (sheet contact surface side of the absorbent body 4). It is recommended to apply. Instead of water-absorbent paper, an absorbent layer made of pulp fibers, or a layer in which the absorbent layer is wrapped with water-absorbent paper, nonwoven fabric, or the like may be provided as long as the thickness of the entire disposable worn article is not too thick.
The composite composition layer 42 swells after water absorption. However, when the adjacent composite composition layers are in close contact with each other after being swollen, the water absorption ability is reduced. Therefore, the separation distance of the composite composition layer 42 is taken into consideration. It is preferable to leave a space around the composite composition layer 42 when forming the portion 6.
As the temporary water reservoir 3, it is necessary to use a nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 20 to 100 g / m 2 . This is because the thickness of the entire disposable worn article can be fulfilled as a temporary water reservoir without increasing the thickness of the article. That is, since the non-woven fabric having the basis weight in the above range is bulky, the drained liquid that has passed through the top sheet 2 slowly permeates toward the lower side in the thickness direction of the non-woven fabric for the temporary water storage layer 3. The passing speed of the discharged liquid permeates into the lower sheet-like absorber 4 becomes slow, and can play a role of temporarily storing the discharged liquid. As a result, it is possible to prevent an amount of discharged liquid exceeding the absorption capacity of the sheet-like absorbent body 4 from penetrating into the sheet-shaped absorbent body 4 at once. Further, since the discharged liquid diffuses in the surface direction of the nonwoven fabric for the temporary water storage layer 3, the speed at which the discharged liquid penetrates into the sheet-like absorbent body 4 can be further reduced, and the sheet-shaped absorbent body It is also possible to prevent the discharged liquid from concentrating on a part of 4.
As the temporary water storage layer 3, an air-through thermal bonding nonwoven fabric is particularly preferable because it is bulky and thick. Since this nonwoven fabric melts and bonds a part of the fiber with hot air, it is necessary to contain the heat-meltable fiber. Examples of the heat-meltable fiber include polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester fiber, and these composite fibers (core sheath, side-by-side, etc.) are also preferable. Only the heat-meltable fiber is inferior in hydrophilicity and lacks the ability to draw the liquid from the top sheet 2 into the temporary water storage layer 3, and the discharged liquid may stay on the surface of the top sheet 2. Therefore, in order to impart hydrophilicity to the nonwoven fabric, it is preferable that 10% by mass or more of hydrophilic fibers, for example, rayon fibers are contained. It is also effective to perform a hydrophilic treatment before or after making the nonwoven fabric. Further, two or more thermal bonding nonwoven fabrics or other nonwoven fabrics obtained by other production methods may be laminated so that the overall weight per unit area is within the specified range.
The shape of the temporary reservoir 3 is not limited to the illustrated rectangle. Considering the diffusion effect of the liquid in the surface direction, since a larger area is preferable, it may be the same shape as the sheet-like absorber 4, but when the spot from which the discharged liquid is discharged is limited, for example, male In the case of a urine collecting pad, a configuration in which a temporary reservoir is provided only in the vicinity of the spot, such as the front side of the center in the longitudinal direction of the pad, and in the case of a napkin, near the center.
The sheet-like absorber 4 may be laminated in a plurality of layers as described above, and is disposed so that the composite composition layer 42 is located on the lower side. Moreover, you may employ | adopt the structure by which the temporary water storage layer 3 and the sheet-like absorber 4 were laminated | stacked alternately.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has been possible to provide a disposable wearing article that is excellent in water absorption performance even with an ultra-thin shape and that has little deformation. Therefore, it can be used for disposable pants, disposable diapers, urine pads, napkins and the like. The disposable wearing article of the present invention can be used for agricultural water retention / absorption materials, concrete curing mats, anti-condensation sheets, poultices, patches, cosmetics, etc., in addition to the sanitary material field.
