Description
樹脂を含浸させた一方向繊維体(プリプレグ)を準備し、(サンドイッチパネルの一辺に対する)層配向の角度が、夫々0°、+45°、−45°、90°となるように積層し、所定の熱量を加えて硬化させ、板状のFRPを得た。このときの厚さは0.20mmであった。このFRP板を幅77mmに加工して使用した。尚、長さは610mmに設定した。
上記(1)と同様の配向となるように各一方向繊維体を積層し、各層をステッチ糸を用いて縫合して一体化する。この縫合一体化された一方向繊維体をフリーディッピングにより樹脂を含浸させ、所定の熱量を加えて硬化させ、板状のFRPを得た。このときの厚さは0.35mmであった。このFRP板を幅77mmに加工して使用した。尚、長さは610mmに設定した。
但し、Dは剛性、Eは材料の弾性率、Iは断面2次モーメントである。
但し、WはFRP板の幅(mm)、tはFRP板の厚さ(mm)である。
以上から、各一方向繊維体をステッチ糸により縫合し、樹脂を含浸させ一体化した積層材は、ステッチ糸により縫合せず樹脂を含浸させた一方向繊維体を夫々積層し一体化した積層材より、5倍以上の剛性を有することになる。

Claims (4)
- 中空柱状芯体の上面及び下面に、夫々内方から外方に複数の繊維体を積層して成る積層材と表面材とが積層せしめられて成るサンドイッチパネルであって、前記積層材は、繊維が一方向に引き揃えられた少なくとも4つの一方向繊維体が、その繊維方向が前記サンドイッチパネルの一辺に対して約0°,約+45°,約−45°,約90°となるように積層され、且つ、この各一方向繊維体は、ステッチ糸を最外側の前記一方向繊維体と最内側の前記一方向繊維体に夫々掛け回すと共に、これらの最外側の前記一方向繊維体と最内側の前記一方向繊維体に挟まれた前記一方向繊維体の交差間隙を挿通せしめてこれら各一方向繊維体が一体となるように縫合して成るものであり、前記積層材は樹脂含有率40%以上で樹脂含浸されたものであることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネル。
- 請求項1記載のサンドイッチパネルにおいて、前記一方向繊維体の繊維にはカーボン繊維が採用されていることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネル。
- 請求項2記載のサンドイッチパネルにおいて、前記表面材として、ポリフッ化ビニリデン系のフィルム若しくはガラス繊維を含む不織布が採用されていることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネル。
- 請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載のサンドイッチパネルにおいて、前記積層材にはレゾール系フェノール樹脂が樹脂含有率40%の割合で含浸せしめられていることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネル。
