Description
a)互いに相違する方向から前記身体のX線投影を発生するステップと、
b)前記投影に基づいて前記身体の互いに相違する深さの断面画像を再構成するステップと、
c)関心のある組織を繰り返し指示することができるようにするために前記投影と前記断面画像のうちの少なくとも一方から取得した基準画像を表示するステップと、
d)前記断面画像を用いて前記身体における前記組織の深さの見積もりを行うステップとを具えることを特徴とする方法に関する。
a)前記基準画像上の表示された前記関心のある組織の基準特徴ベクトルを決定するステップと、
b)全ての断面画像の対応する位置の前記特徴ベクトルを決定するとともに前記基準特徴ベクトルに対する類似を定量化するステップと、
c)前記特徴ベクトルの類似が極値を有する深さを決定するステップとを具えることができる。
Claims (11)
- 身体を検査する、特に、乳癌を診断するシステムであって、
互いに相違する方向から前記身体の投影を発生するX線装置と、
前記X線装置に結合されるとともに前記身体の互いに相違する深さの断面画像を再構成するのに適合したデータ処理ユニットと、
前記投影と前記断面画像のうちの少なくとも一方から取得した基準画像の関心のある組織をインタラクティブに指示する指示装置とを具え、
前記データ処理ユニットが、前記断面画像を用いて前記身体における前記組織の深さを見積もるのに適合されたことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、
前記データ処理ユニットが、
a)前記基準画像上に表示された関心のある組織の基準特徴ベクトルを決定し、
b)全ての断面画像の対応する位置の前記特徴ベクトルを決定するとともに前記特徴ベクトルの前記基準特徴ベクトルとの類似を定量化し、
c)前記類似が極値を有する深さを決定するように適合されたことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、
前記X線装置が、所定の軌跡、好適には、円弧又はラインに沿って移動させることができるX線源と、デジタルX線検出器とを具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、
前記データ処理ユニットが、前記身体の断層撮影画像を発生するように適合されたことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、
前記身体の前記投影及び/又は断面画像を表示する表示装置を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、
処理すべき断面画像の選択を制御する連続的な値を入力する入力装置、好適にはマウスホイールを具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、
前記関心のある組織のサンプルを抽出する針を有し、前記データ処理ユニットによって制御される生検装置を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、
前記深さの見積もりを微調整するために前記身体の追加の断面画像を再構成するように適合されたことを特徴とするシステム。 - 身体を検査する方法であって、
a)互いに相違する方向から前記身体のX線投影を発生するステップと、
b)前記投影に基づいて前記身体の互いに相違する深さの断面画像を再構成するステップと、
c)関心のある組織をインタラクティブに指示することができるようにするために前記投影と前記断面画像のうちの少なくとも一方から取得した基準画像を表示するステップと、
d)前記断面画像を用いて前記身体における前記組織の深さの見積もりを行うステップとを具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9記載の方法において、
前記関心のある組織の深さの見積もりが、
a)前記基準画像上の表示された前記関心のある組織の基準特徴ベクトルを決定するステップと、
b)全ての断面画像の対応する位置の前記特徴ベクトルを決定するとともに前記基準特徴ベクトルに対する類似を定量化するステップと、
c)前記特徴ベクトルの類似が極値を有する深さを決定するステップとを具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9記載の方法において、
前記関心のある組織の見積もられた深さまで前記身体の中を進められる器械を制御するためにデータ処理ユニットを使用するステップを具える方法。
