Description
Claims (12)
- 大腿骨の髄質空間に挿入される髄間ピンであって、
身体の中心から近い近方領域と、前記近方領域より身体の中心から遠く直線状部分を有する遠方領域と、を備え、
且つ、前記近方領域及び前記遠方領域の両方において骨ねじのための孔を備えており、
前記近方領域の孔は、骨ねじを前記大腿骨の頭部に挿入するための前記髄間ピンの長手軸に対して斜めに走る孔を含み、
前記近方領域の第1端の面と前記遠方領域の第2端の面がお互いに対して60°〜110°の角度で捻れており、
前記近方領域は湾曲部分を有し、その湾曲半径が300〜1300mmであることを特徴とする髄間ピン。 - 前記近方領域の孔は、前記髄間ピンの挿入方向に向かって伸び、前記長手軸に対して120°の角度で設けられた順行孔であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の髄間ピン。
- 前記遠方領域における前記直線上部分の長さは35〜70mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の髄間ピン。
- 太さ約6.5mmの軸ねじのために前記長手軸に対して130°の角度で設けられた頭部130°偵察孔と、
太さ3.9〜6.0mmの軸ねじのために前記長手軸に対して130°の角度で設けられた尾部130°偵察孔と、
前記近接領域における太さ3.9〜6.0mmのロッキングねじの静的及び動的位置決めのための楕円孔と、
前記髄間ピンを横切るように且つお互いに平行に走る2つの孔と、当該孔に対して前記髄間ピンの周方向に25°回転した孔と、
を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の髄間ピン。 - 前記近方領域に楕円孔が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の髄間ピン。
- 前記近方領域の端面に前記長手軸に対して10°〜60°の角度を有する横方向傾斜面を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の髄間ピン。
- 前記近方領域に単一の位置決め溝を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の髄間ピン。
- 前記近方領域に、ねじ山を有する円筒形状の凹部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の髄間ピン。
- 前記円筒形状の凹部を通るピン軸が屈曲した金属と同軸に位置合わせされることができて、前記ねじ山が接触圧力のみを作用することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の髄間ピン。
- 前記遠方領域は、全長が20〜50mmであり、円形形状とは異なった断面である先端表面を有しており、その長さが10〜40mmであり、且つその半径が4〜10mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の髄間ピン。
- 前記遠方領域は、全長が20〜50mmであり、円形形状とは異なった断面である先端表面を有しており、その長さが10〜40mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の髄間ピン。
- 前記遠方領域の先端が、ねじによるロッキングさえ無しに回転を防ぐことを確実にするために、大腿骨の遠方領域にて海綿組織内に回転無しで取り付けられることができるような方法で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の髄間ピン。
