Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paper cup used in a microwave oven.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, paper cups have been widely used for hot beverages and instant foods in vending machines. Moreover, although it is not common, the paper cup containing a drink, a side dish, etc. is also cooked directly using a microwave oven.
[0003]
However, when the contents are put into a general-shaped paper cup and cooked with a microwave oven, there is a problem in that the stringing portion at the bottom of the paper cup may be burnt. The cause is considered as follows. The cellulose in the paper material pulp basically absorbs microwave microwaves. Therefore, the paper thickness increases and the heat generation amount increases in the overlapping portion of the paper. However, the surface area is small and the amount of heat released is small, so that the generated heat is accumulated, causing the temperature to rise and causing scorching. However, if the contents are present, the heat generated and accumulated on the paper is taken away by the contents, so that it is difficult for charring to occur. In addition, irradiation with microwaves from both the inside and outside of the yarn twisting portion also causes a burn. That is, in the normal paper cup, as shown in FIG. 8, since it has a structure having a threaded portion 3 as a joining portion of the body member 1 and the bottom member 2, the threaded portion 3 touches the contents. However, it is easy to heat up, and it is easy to be burnt because microwaves are irradiated from both inside and outside.
[0004]
In order to solve this problem, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-11541 discloses a microwave oven paper cup having a shape that does not have a yarn twisting portion. Actually, in the microwave oven paper cup having a shape not provided with the yarn twisting portion as shown in FIG.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the microwave oven paper cup not provided with the above-described yarn twisting portion, the joining portion of the body member 1 and the bottom member 2 is insufficient as compared with the case where the yarn twisting portion is provided. There is a problem that occurs.
[0006]
The present invention provides a microwaveable paper cup that does not leak and does not burn in any part of the paper cup when contents such as beverages and instant food are placed in the paper cup and cooked in a microwave oven.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of studying to solve the above problems, the first invention consists of a body member that is wound and formed into a cylindrical shape, and a bottom member that is formed by bending an outer peripheral edge portion to form a bent portion, A paper cup in which the bent portion is sandwiched between a folded portion obtained by folding back a lower end portion of the body portion and the body portion to form a yarn twist portion, and a lower portion of the yarn twist portion is an inner side The microwave oven paper cup is characterized in that a bent portion is formed by being bent into a bent portion, and a convex portion that is convex toward the inside is provided at the inner central portion of the bottom surface portion of the bottom member. The gap width of the space between the portion and the bottom surface portion is 5 mm or less at the maximum portion.
[0008]
Next, in the second invention, a cylindrical body member is wound to form a bent portion by bending an outer peripheral edge portion of the bottom member, and the bent portion is formed at the lower end portion of the body portion of the body member. The threaded part is sandwiched and joined between the folded part and the body part to form a threaded part, and the lower part of the threaded part is folded inward to form a folded part. Without forming an air escape hole, the receiving part is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape, and an air escape hole is provided, thereby forming a convex portion that is convex inward at the inner central portion of the bottom surface portion of the bottom member. This is a method for manufacturing a microwave oven paper cup.
[0009]
According to the present invention, by forming a bent portion by bending the lower part of the thread twist portion of the paper cup inward, and by providing a convex portion convex toward the inside in the inner central portion of the bottom portion, Microwave paper cup that does not cause leakage of contents and does not cause scorching in any part of the paper cup when contents such as beverages and instant food are put in a paper cup and cooked in a microwave oven Can be obtained.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
First, the microwave oven paper cup which is the first invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 8, the general paper cup “a” bends the outer peripheral edge portion of the bottom member 2 downward to form a bent portion 22, and the bent portion 22 is a folded portion in which the lower end portion of the body member 1 is folded inward. 12 and the lower end portion of the body portion 11 are formed by thermocompression bonding and joining. This joined portion is referred to as a yarn twisting portion 3, and the bottom surface portion 21 of the bottom member 2 is raised to the bottom. A part of the yarn twisting portion 3 is heated in a microwave oven and burnt.
[0012]
FIG. 1 shows an example of an embodiment of a microwave oven paper cup according to the present invention. The microwave oven paper cup A is composed of a body member 1 and a bottom member 2 as in a general paper cup, and has a thread twist portion 3 that is a joint portion between the body member 1 and the bottom member 2. The lower portion of the thread twist portion 3 is bent inward to form a bent portion 3a, and has a shape having a space O between the bottom portion 21 of the bottom member 2.
[0013]
The position where the bent portion 3a is bent, that is, the width h of the bent portion 3a is within a range of 1/2 to 3/4 of the width H of the thread twist portion 3, as shown in the partial enlarged view of FIG. To do. Further, as shown in FIG. 2B, the gap width o of the space O between the bent portion 3a and the bottom surface portion 21 of the bottom member 2 is preferably 5 mm or less, more preferably 3 mm or less. When the thickness is 5 mm or more, the risk of burning is increased.
[0014]
The angle at which the bent portion 3a is bent is not particularly limited, but is preferably approximately 90 degrees.
[0015]
As the shape of the bent portion 3a, there are a shape bent in an arc shape as shown in the present embodiment, or a linear shape as shown in FIG. Further, the shape of the front end of the linear bent portion 3a as shown in FIG. 3B is bent at right angles to the bottom surface portion 21 side, and the front end of the bent portion 3a as shown in FIG. It can also be made into the shape bent in circular arc shape. Furthermore, as shown to FIG. 3-d, e, f, and g, it can be set as the shape which supports the bottom face part 21 with the front-end | tip of the bending part 3a.
[0016]
Further, in the microwave oven paper cup A of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a circular convex portion 21 a that is convex toward the inside is provided at the inner central portion of the bottom surface portion 21. By providing the convex portion 21a at the center of the bottom surface portion 21, when the contents are put into the microwave oven paper cup A and used in a microwave oven, the bottom surface portion 21 faces the inside of the microwave oven paper cup A. The shape of the convex portion 21a, which is a convex shape, is reversed to a convex shape toward the outside, which has the effect of reducing the occurrence of scorching of the thread binding portion 3 of the microwave oven paper cup A. Yes. The convex portion 21a is formed in an arc shape, and the shape is not particularly limited, but the maximum height d is preferably 0.2 mm or more.
[0017]
Next, a method for manufacturing a microwave oven paper cup according to the second invention will be described.
[0018]
The paper cup a before folding the lower part of the yarn twisting part 3 inward to form the bent part 3a has the shape of a general paper cup, and a body member blank 10 and a bottom member blank 20 as shown in FIG. And then molded with a paper cup molding machine. Generally, the body member blank 10 is punched in advance in the previous process, and the bottom member blank 20 is punched on a paper cup molding machine.
[0019]
The process for producing the paper cup a using the body member blank 10 and the bottom member blank 20 will be briefly described. First, in order to bond the body member blank 10 into a cylindrical shape, a bonding portion of the body member blank 10 is attached. Is preheated with hot air to melt the resin on the surface. Next, the body member blank 10 is wound around a body winding mold (mandrel), crimped, and bonded to the cylindrical body member 1. Subsequently, the cylindrical body member 1 is punched in advance and fitted into a mandrel on which a bottom member blank 20 formed in a paper dish shape is placed, and at the same time, the resin at the bonding portion of the cylindrical body member 1 and the bottom member blank 20 Preheat with hot air. And the lower end of the cylindrical trunk | drum member 1 is turned inside, the outer periphery bent below the bottom member blank 20 is inserted | pinched, and it crimps | bonds, the thread twist part 3 is formed, and the trunk | drum member 1 and the bottom member 2 are attached. Join. Further, the upper end of the cylindrical body member 1 is curled outward to form the top curl portion 13, and the formation of the paper cup a as shown in FIG. 8 is completed.
[0020]
And in the manufacturing method of the microwave oven paper cup of this invention, the lower part of the thread binding part 3 of this paper cup a is bend | folded inside, and the bending part 3a is formed. This process is first shown to FIG. 5-a. With a simple method, the lower part of the yarn twisting part 3 is tilted inward by 30 degrees or more. Next, by the method as shown in FIG. 5B and FIG. 5C, the bent portion 3a that has been pushed down by hot pressing or ultrasonic welding from above and below is crushed and formed into an arc shape. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5D, the pressure clamping portion R of the press die P is not provided with an air escape hole, but the receiving portion Q is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape to provide an air escape hole, thereby increasing the internal pressure. A circular convex portion 21 a that is convex toward the inside can be formed at the inner central portion of the bottom surface portion 21 of the bottom member 2. Further, by providing the convex portion 21a at the inner center portion of the bottom surface portion 21, when the contents are put into the microwave oven paper cup A and used in the microwave oven, the bottom surface portion 21 is convex toward the inside. The shape of the convex portion 21a, which is the reverse, becomes a convex shape toward the outside, and the effect of reducing the risk of scorching of the thread binding portion 3 of the microwave oven paper cup A can be provided. .
[0021]
Next, the composition of the material used for the microwave oven paper cup of the present invention is based on the fact that paper is the main strength material and the innermost layer has a thermoplastic resin. Examples thereof include paper layer / polyethylene resin layer, polyethylene resin layer / paper layer / polyethylene resin layer, foamed polyethylene resin layer / paper layer / polyethylene resin layer, polypropylene resin layer / paper layer / polypropylene resin layer, and the like.
[0022]
As the paper used as the main strength material, it is preferable to use a cup base paper having good suitability for paper cup molding. The basis weight is not particularly limited, but is preferably in the range of 150 to 300 g / m @ 2 in view of paper cup molding suitability.
[0023]
The thermoplastic resin used in the innermost layer protects the contents, especially the function that does not leak even when liquid substances are added, and the function that enables the body part to be bonded together and the body part and the bottom part to be bonded by heat sealing It is necessary to have. Specific examples include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, and ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer. As thickness, the range of 15-60 micrometers is preferable. These thermoplastic resins are formed in the innermost layer by extrusion processing or laminating processing.
[0024]
Actually, when the microwave oven paper cup having the above-described configuration is used in a microwave oven, the contents are heated, so that it is difficult to hold it directly by hand, and a microwave oven paper cup with better heat insulation is required. Therefore, in order to provide heat insulation, a microwave oven paper cup A ′ as shown in FIG. 6 in which the heat insulating cover 4 is wound around the outer periphery of the body portion of the microwave oven paper cup A can be used.
[0025]
As for the shape of the heat insulating cover 4, the upper end portion of the cover body portion 41 of the heat insulating cover 4 is curled inward in addition to the shape attached in close contact with the outer surface of the body portion 11 of the microwave oven paper cup A as described above. Then, the cover upper curl portion 42a (FIG. 7A) or the upper end portion may be folded inward to form the cover upper bent portion 42b (FIG. 7B). Further, the lower end portion of the cover body portion 41 of the heat insulating cover 4 is curled inward, and the lower cover curl portion 43a (FIG. 7C) or the lower end portion is folded inward to form the lower cover bent portion 43b (FIG. 7D). The formed shape can be obtained. Further, the cover upper curl portion 42a or the cover upper bent portion 42b is formed at the upper end portion of the cover body 41 of the heat insulating cover 4, and the cover lower curled portion 43a or the cover lower bent portion 43b is formed at the lower end portion. be able to. By adopting this shape, the diameter of the upper cover curl portion 42a or the lower cover curl portion 43a or the upper cover bent portion 42b or the cover is provided between the body portion 11 of the microwave oven paper cup A and the cover body portion 41 of the heat insulating cover 4. Since the gap 5 having an interval corresponding to the thickness of the lower bent portion 43b is formed, heat insulation can be secured over the entire length in the vertical direction of the microwave oven paper cup A ′.
[0026]
The heat insulating cover 4 is attached to the outer periphery of the body 11 of the microwave oven paper cup A, but is not necessarily attached to the entire outer periphery, and is shorter than the length of the body 11 of the microwave oven paper cup A in the vertical direction. 11 can also be attached to the top of the outer surface.
[0027]
Moreover, the material used for the heat insulation cover 4 is a material which has heat insulation, for example, a paperboard, a piece of corrugated paper, corrugated paper, embossed paper, foamed paper, etc. can be used.
[0028]
The mainly used paperboard is a paperboard having a smooth surface such as a coated ball, a manila ball, and an ivory, and the thickness is preferably in the range of 200 to 400 g / m 2 .
[0029]
There are various types of corrugated cardboard such as A, B, E, and F stages. From the viewpoint of winding the paper cup body a, flexible F or E stages are preferable. Further, a so-called single-sided cardboard without a single-sided liner may be used, and a stepped core may be used by being exposed to the outer surface. Furthermore, corrugated cardboard that has been corrugated can be used.
[0030]
Unlike normal cardboard, this embossed paper is obtained by embossing a core paper with a depth of 1 to 2 mm such as a dotted pattern or a lattice pattern and bonding it to a liner paper. The liner paper can be bonded to one side or both sides. Corrugating medium in the range of 100~180g / m 2, the liner paper can be used in a range of 200~270g / m 2. Further, like the cardboard, there is a heat insulating effect, and the design can be enhanced by printing a pattern or the like on the liner paper on the surface.
[0031]
The configuration of the foamed paper is basically a foamed thermoplastic resin layer / paper layer / thermoplastic resin layer. Specifically, a laminate having a constitution of a foamed low density polyethylene resin layer / coated paper / a mixed resin layer of a low density polyethylene resin and a high density polyethylene resin is used. In the case of winding in the microwave oven paper cup A, a foamed resin layer may be provided on the surface or a non-foamed resin layer may be provided on the surface.
[0032]
Applications of the microwave oven paper cup of the present invention are containers for instant foods that are warmed such as instant noodles, or containers for hot beverages such as coffee, tea, and soup.
[0033]
【Example】
Next, the microwave oven paper cup of the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples.
[0034]
〔Example〕
As an example of the microwave oven paper cup of the present invention, a microwave oven paper cup A shown in FIG. 1 was produced. First, the body member 1 is composed of a material of cup base paper 280 g / m 2 / low density polyethylene resin 25 μm from the surface, and the bottom member 2 is composed of cup base paper 255 g / m 2 / low density polyethylene resin 25 μm from the surface. Using this material, a body member blank 10 as shown in FIG. 4 was produced by a punching process, and this body member blank 10 was wound around a mandrel to form a tubular body member 1. Next, with a general paper cup molding machine, the bottom member blank 20 is fitted from the lower side of the barrel member 1, the bonded portion is heated with hot air, and the lower end portion of the barrel member 1 is folded inward to form a folded portion 12 in FIG. 8. A paper cup a as shown was produced. Subsequently, in the next step, the lower part of the yarn twisting part 3 is bent inward to form an arc-shaped bent part 3a that swells outward, and at the same time, the receiving part Q of the press die P has a hollow cylindrical shape. A microwave oven paper cup A was prepared by providing a circular convex portion 21a having a convex shape toward the inside at the inner central portion of the bottom surface portion 21.
[0035]
In the microwave oven paper cup A of this embodiment, the lower portion of the thread binding portion 3 of the paper cup a is bent inwardly in a circular arc shape, and the circular convex shape convex toward the inside at the inner central portion of the bottom surface portion 21. By providing the shape portion 21a, when the contents are put in the microwave oven paper cup A and used in the microwave oven, the shape of the convex portion 21a that protrudes inward in the bottom surface portion 21 is reversed to the outside. , And the risk of scorching of the stringing portion of the microwave oven paper cup A is extremely reduced. When the contents are put and cooked in the microwave, the scoring portion 3 is scorched. It was never generated.
[0036]
As described above, at least a part of the lower part of the yarn twisting part is bent inwardly in a circular arc shape, and a circular convex part protruding inward is provided at the inner center part of the bottom part. 【The invention's effect】
In the microwave oven paper cup of the first invention, a bent part is formed by bending the lower part of the threaded part of the paper cup inward, and the convex part is convex inward at the inner central part of the bottom part Therefore, when the contents are put in the microwave oven paper cup and used in the microwave oven, the shape of the convex portion that protrudes inward on the bottom surface is reversed to face outward. Therefore, the microwave oven paper cup has a very low risk of scorching of the yarn twisting portion of the microwave oven paper cup.
[0039]
In the method for manufacturing a microwave oven paper cup according to the second invention, the lower part of the threaded portion of the paper cup is bent inward to form a bent portion, and at the same time, an air escape hole is provided in the press mold pressing portion. Instead, by forming the receiving portion as a hollow cylinder and providing an air escape hole, it is possible to easily form a convex portion that is convex toward the inside at the inner central portion of the bottom surface portion of the bottom member as the internal pressure increases. It has the effect of being able to.
