Description

The present invention relates to an electronic watt-hour meter that measures the power consumption of a system under measurement.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, electronic watt-hour meters that measure power data such as the amount of power used by ordinary households, factories, and offices have become widespread. The electronic watt-hour meter includes a power calculation unit that measures and calculates the power of the system under measurement, and a control unit that edits the calculation result calculated by the power calculation unit into power data such as power consumption and maximum power consumption. And a display unit for displaying the power data edited by the control unit.

In addition, as a method of storing measurement data, a meter reading system (for example, Patent Document 1) in which an RF tag is provided outside the measuring instrument and necessary data such as measurement data is manually input to the RF tag via a handy terminal or the like. There is a measuring instrument and a measuring system in which an RF tag is provided inside or outside the instrument and necessary data such as measuring data is stored (for example, Patent Document 2).

Moreover, as a watt-hour meter that prevents unauthorized use of disconnecting the voltage-side input, there is a watt-hour meter characterized in that a voltage short circuit side that is difficult to remove is provided in the terminal block (for example, Patent Document 3).
JP2003-323686A (6th page, FIG. 1) JP 2001-147144 A (page 5, FIG. 1) Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-74780 (5th page, FIG. 1)

However, the conventional electronic watt-hour meter has no method for detecting when it is illegally used by a consumer. The electronic watt-hour meter detects voltage and current and calculates the amount of power. If no voltage is supplied, the power calculation result viewed from the electronic watt-hour meter can be reduced to zero or reduced. . Since the customer's own power supply is not hindered, the metering of the electronic watt-hour meter can be stopped or reduced, and in recent years, fraud that interrupts the voltage application to the voltage detector of the electronic watt-hour meter has frequently occurred. Has led to. Therefore, the watt-hour meter is used for a power charge transaction of a power user, and it is necessary to prevent fraud or detect fraud.

An object of this invention is to provide the electronic watt-hour meter which can detect the above unauthorized use of electric power.

To achieve the above object, an electronic watt-hour meter according to the present invention comprises a voltage detection means for detecting a voltage of a system under measurement, a current detection means for detecting a current of the system under measurement, and a detection of the voltage detection means. A power calculation means for multiplying the signal and the detection signal of the current detection means to measure the power consumption of the system under measurement, and abnormal when the current detection means detects a current when the voltage detection means does not detect a voltage. An abnormality determining means for determining that there is present is provided.

According to the present invention, since unauthorized use can be detected by an electronic watt-hour meter, it is possible to prevent unauthorized trading of power charges.

Examples of the present invention will be described below.

A first embodiment of an electronic watt-hour meter according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is an internal configuration diagram showing Embodiment 1 of an electronic watt-hour meter according to the present invention.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a terminal block provided to connect the electronic watt-hour meter main body and the power line, 1S, 2S, 3S terminals are connected to the power source side, 1L, 2L, 3L terminals are connected to the load side. Yes. In this embodiment, a single-phase three-wire electronic watt-hour meter is used. Reference numeral 2 denotes a power calculation unit that calculates power consumption. A current detection unit 2a that detects a current (1 side current) between 1S and 1L and a current detection that detects a current (3 side current) between 3S and 3L. Voltage detector 2c for detecting the voltage between unit 2b and 1S-2S and 3S-2S (1 side voltage and 3 side voltage, respectively), 1 side current and 1 side voltage, 3 side current and 3 side voltage It comprises a power multiplier 2d for multiplication. A control unit 3 is configured by a microcomputer or the like, and edits and stores the calculation result of the power calculation unit 2 as power data and controls display. Here, the electric power data refers to data relating to the electric power used by the consumer, such as the electric power used by the system under measurement and the maximum electric power used. 4 is a circuit breaker, which cuts off the current when the control unit 3 determines that an abnormality has occurred during unauthorized use. 4a cuts off 1S-1L (1 side current) and 4b cuts off 3S-3L current (3 side current). The blocking operation is controlled by the control unit 3. Reference numeral 5 denotes a display, which includes a liquid crystal display or the like, and displays abnormality information when the controller 3 determines abnormality such as unauthorized use, and displays power data calculated by the controller 3. A communication unit 6 includes an interface circuit such as a current loop, and is connected to a telephone line or connected to a network via an external transmission control device. Abnormal information when abnormalities such as unauthorized use are determined by the control unit 3 and the calculated power data are transmitted to the outside. Reference numeral 7 denotes a radio wave transmission unit, which is abnormal information and an electric power calculated when the control unit 3 determines that the radio wave transmission / reception storage device 8 attached to the outside of the electronic watt-hour meter in this embodiment is illegally used. Data is transmitted by radio waves, and the transmission operation is controlled by the control unit 3. Reference numeral 8 denotes a radio wave transmission / reception storage device, which is constituted by a so-called RF tag or IC tag, which is a nonvolatile semiconductor memory that can be written and called by radio waves, and stores abnormal information and power data transmitted by the radio wave transmission unit 7. This radio wave transmission / reception storage device 8 is affixed to the surface of the casing of the electric energy measuring unit 10A, which is an electronic watt-hour meter body. Here, the radio wave transmission / reception type storage device 8 is configured as shown in FIG. 2, for example. That is, 201 is an antenna that transmits and receives radio waves. A transmission / reception unit 202 transmits / receives a radio signal via the antenna 201. A storage unit 203 is configured by a nonvolatile memory such as a ferroelectric memory (F-RAM). When the transmission / reception unit 202 receives the data, the storage unit 203 stores and transmits data such as a previous data acquisition date and a customer ID number. Has a function of reading out stored data such as power data such as power consumption and maximum power consumption.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. The calculation unit 2 calculates the power used by the consumer and transmits the calculation result to the control unit 3. The control unit 3 converts the data into power data such as the amount of power used, stores the data, and displays the data on the display 5.

By the way, if the user can stop or reduce the metering of the watt hour meter, the power charge can be reduced. Thus, in recent years, many frauds have occurred due to the method of cutting the signal line connected to the voltage detection unit from the 1S terminal or 3S terminal to the 1S side or 3S side, or both sides of 1S and 3S. At this time, since the current line between 1S-1L and 3S-3L remains connected, power can be supplied to the load side, but metering of the watt-hour meter is stopped or reduced. For example, when the voltage is cut only on the 1S side or only on the 3S side, the weighing is about a half, and when the both sides are cut off on the 1S and 3S sides, the weighing is stopped.

However, the electronic watt-hour meter in the present embodiment detects fraud even in the case of such fraud. That is, the current detectors 2a and 2b detect the 1-side and 3-side currents respectively by using the load, but the voltage detector 2c detects that the voltages on the 1S terminal side and the 3S terminal side are zero respectively. If it is, it will be used illegally. Therefore, in the control unit 3, the current detection unit 2a determines that the current is abnormal when the 1S side voltage is substantially zero and the current detection unit 2b detects the current when the 3S side voltage is substantially zero.

The control unit 3 that has determined that there is a fraud causes the radio wave transmission / reception storage device 8 to store abnormality information indicating that there has been a fraud through the radio wave transmission unit 7. The weighing data of the electronic watt-hour meter is also stored in the radio wave transmission / reception storage device 8 via the radio wave transmission unit 7.

In this way, for example, when a measurement value is collected once a month by a meter reader or the like, the RF tag as the radio wave transmission / reception type storage device 8 is peeled off and taken home, and the measurement value is read at the sales office or the like. By investigating the presence or absence, it is possible to prevent unauthorized charges from being traded. When the RF tag is peeled off, if the RF tag with no data is attached at the same time, the measurement value and the abnormality information until the next meter reading can be acquired.

In addition, the control unit 3 that has determined that there has been a fraud displays abnormal information indicating that there has been a fraud on the display 5.

The control unit 3 that has been determined to be fraudulent can also transmit abnormality information to the effect of fraud to the center device installed in the sales office or the like via the communication unit 6, for example, by telephone line or e-mail. .

Further, the control unit 3 that has determined that there is a fraud issues a break command to the breaker 4a and the breaker 4b, and the breaker 4a and the breaker 4b cut off the current line to stop power supply to the load, thereby preventing fraud. Can also be planned.

As described above, according to the present invention, in the case of unauthorized use, an electronic watt-hour meter that can detect an abnormality, store, transmit or display the abnormality as abnormality information, and can stop power supply to the load. Can provide,

A second embodiment of an electronic watt-hour meter according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is an internal block diagram showing Embodiment 2 of the electronic watt-hour meter according to the present invention.

In FIG. 3, the difference from the first embodiment is that in the first embodiment, abnormal information and power data are stored in the radio wave transmission / reception storage device 8 attached to the outside via the radio wave transmission unit 7. The storage device 9 is provided inside the electric energy meter, and these data are stored in the storage device 9. The storage device 9 has a transmission function using radio waves, and its configuration is shown in FIG. The storage device 9 is constituted by a so-called RF tag or IC tag, which is a non-volatile semiconductor memory that can be written and called by radio waves. Storage and reading are controlled by an electrically connected control unit 3 and from the outside. It is also possible to read data by radio waves.

Next, the storage device 9 will be described with reference to FIG. An antenna 401 has a function of transmitting and receiving radio signals from an external device, for example, a handy terminal having a radio wave generation function. Reference numeral 402 denotes a transmission / reception unit that stores data such as the previous data acquisition date and customer ID number transmitted from the handy terminal having a radio wave generation function received by the antenna 401 in the storage unit 403, and the storage unit 403 stores the data. Power data such as the amount of power used and the maximum power used is transmitted from the antenna 401 by radio waves. A storage unit 403 includes a nonvolatile memory such as a ferroelectric memory (F-RAM), and data such as a previous data acquisition date and a customer ID number set by radio waves via the antenna 401 and the transmission / reception unit 402. In addition, data such as power data stored by the control unit 3 of the electronic watt-hour meter main body through the control circuit 404 is stored. Reference numeral 404 denotes a control circuit that controls electrical transmission with the outside, and is electrically connected to the control unit 3 through a bus or the like to write and read data.

The control unit 3 that has determined that there is fraud causes the storage device 9 to store abnormality information and power information. If the presence / absence of fraud is investigated by calling up abnormal information and power information stored in the storage device 9 with a handy terminal or the like having a radio wave transmission / reception function, it is possible to prevent unauthorized charges from being traded.

On the other hand, when performing transmission / reception using normal radio waves, a large amount of power is required for transmission / reception of radio waves. However, if unauthorized use is made to disconnect the voltage line, the electronic watt-hour meter cannot be expected to operate with an external power source, and operates with an internal backup battery or the like as a power supply source. When a normal radio wave transmission / reception circuit is used, as described above, since power consumption is large, a backup battery having a large capacity is required. However, in the present invention, the radio wave transmission / reception storage device 8 operates using external radio waves as a power source and does not require power from a backup battery or the like, so the power source of the electronic watt-hour meter can be reduced in size.

As described above, according to the present invention, in the case of unauthorized use, an electronic device of a small power source that can detect an abnormality and store, transmit or display the abnormality as abnormality information, and can stop power supply to the load. Can provide an electric energy meter,
