Description
Claims (7)
- ターボ機械翼の補修方法において、
a)損傷した翼部分を有する、補修を要するターボ機械翼または補修を要する翼一体型ロータを用意するステップと、
b)前記ターボ機械翼または前記翼一体型ロータから、前記損傷した翼部分を除去し、それを除去したあとに切株状翼根部が残るようにするステップと、
c)前記切株状翼根部の少なくとも流入側翼縁の部分及び流出側翼縁の部分を冷却装置にクランプするステップと、
d)前記切株状翼根部の前記流入側翼縁の部分及び前記流出側翼縁の部分に、レーザ粉末肉盛り溶接によって、夫々にスポット状の滴状溶着突起を形成し、その際に、それら滴状溶着突起が、再形成すべき翼の本来の輪郭形状からはみ出るよう、少なくとも前記流入側翼縁及び前記流出側翼縁から突出するようにするステップと、
e)前記滴状溶着突起どうしの間の除去された翼部分の領域に、レーザ粉末肉盛り溶接によって、材料を肉盛りして、除去された翼部分に対応する翼部分を再形成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記切株状翼根部が前記冷却装置に囲繞されるように前記切株状翼根部を前記冷却装置に対して位置付けることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記レーザ粉末肉盛り溶接の実行中に前記冷却装置を冷却動作状態にしておくことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記冷却装置を冷却動作状態にするために前記冷却装置に冷却媒体を流すことを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記ステップe)に続いて、流体力学的に好適な目標形状に仕上げるために少なくとも前記流入側翼縁の部分及び前記流出側翼縁の部分に対して材料除去加工を施すことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載の方法をガスタービン翼の補修に用いることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載の方法を翼一体型ガスタービンロータにおけるガスタービン翼の補修に用いることを特徴とする方法。
