Claims (9)
- 一連の生産トレーン(15)と予備ガス発生器群(40)とを含み、前記一連のトレーン(15)の各生産トレーンもまた一連のガスタービン群(20)を備え、前記ガスタービン群の各々もまたガス発生器を含む生産プラント(10)によって、プラントのガスタービンの耐用年数をコントロールする方法であって、
a)前記ガスタービン(20)のガス発生器群の一連のもの(20I、20II、20III・・・)を整備するように計画するステップと、
b)前記一連のもの(20I、20II、20III・・・)のうち前記ガスタービンの第1のガス発生器群(20I)を前記予備ガス発生器群(40)で置き換えて、前記生産プラント(10)を継続的に作動させ続けるステップと、
c)前記ガスタービンの前記置き換えた第1のガス発生器群(20I)に日常整備作業を行うことによって該第1のガス発生器群(20I)を調整するステップと、
d)前記一連のもの(20I、20II、20III・・・)のうちガスタービンの第2のガス発生器群(20II)を、前記ガスタービンの前記調整した第1のガス発生器群(20I)で置き換えるステップと、
e)前記ガスタービンの前記置き換えた第2のガス発生器群(20II)に日常整備作業を行うことによって該第2のガス発生器群(20II)を調整するステップと、
f)前記プラント(10)の全てのガスタービン(20)のガス発生器群を調整しかつ整備するまで、前記一連のもの(20I、20II、20III・・・)のうちの全てのガスタービン(20)のガス発生器群について前記ステップb)、c)、d)及びe)を反復するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記一連のもののうちのガスタービンのガス発生器群を置き換えるステップの間に、置き換えられることになるガスタービン群(20)のみを停止することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のプラントのガスタービンの耐用年数をコントロールする方法。
- 前記ガスタービン(20)のガス発生器群を置き換える作業の間に、置き換えられることになる群が、置き換えを行うのに必要な最小時間の間のみ停止されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2記載のプラントのガスタービンの耐用年数をコントロールする方法。
- 前記ステップc)の終了時点で、前記第1の調整したガスタービンのガス発生器群(20I)が、前記第2のガスタービンのガス発生器群(20II)と置き換えられることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項記載のプラントのガスタービンの耐用年数をコントロールする方法。
- 前記生産プラント(10)が、4つの生産トレーン(15)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項記載のプラントのガスタービンの耐用年数をコントロールする方法。
- 前記一連のトレーン(15)の各生産トレーンが、圧縮及び冷却によってガスを液化する2つのガスタービン群(20)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項記載のプラントのガスタービンの耐用年数をコントロールする方法。
- 各ガス発生器群が、少なくとも前記ガスタービン群内に存在するガスタービンの数に等しい数のガス発生器を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項記載のプラントのガスタービンの耐用年数をコントロールする方法。
- 前記ガスタービン(20)が、産業用ガスタービンであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のプラントのガスタービンの耐用年数をコントロールする方法。
- 前記ガス発生器が、出力タービン(34)と排出口(36)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のプラントのガスタービンの耐用年数をコントロールする方法。
