INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is used in a device for sucking out liquid waste such as blood and other body fluids which are discharged by surgery or treatment at a medical site, and physiological saline used for washing an affected part or a wound part. The present invention relates to a medical drainage container.

Liquid waste such as blood and other bodily fluids that need to be discarded, such as physiological saline used to clean the affected or wounded area, which are discharged by medical treatment, especially surgery or treatment, are collected in a predetermined container by a suction device. However, such waste may contain highly infectious bacteria, etc., and may be discarded due to handling during cleaning or damage to the container. In the situation where things leak, there is a risk of secondary infection to medical workers and patients. Recently, a bag etc. is placed in a suction container with a hollow chamber. In this method, liquid waste is collected by suction, and after collection, only the bag or the like is detached and discarded or incinerated. In addition, a method of solidifying liquid waste by using a solidifying agent (coagulant) simultaneously with or after suction collection to reduce the risk of leakage is used (for example, see Patent Document 1).
JP 2001-190608 A

The bag body (liner) disclosed in the above document is “integrated by thermally welding a circular plastic lid 3 to an opening of a flexible cylindrical transparent bag 4 made of low-density polyethylene. Further, “the opening end of the bag 4 is formed with a flange 4a having a width corresponding to the width of the flange 3b of the lid 3”. As a manufacturing method of the bag body, a blow molding method or the like can be considered. Since the bag body obtained by the blow molding method is a molded body in which the heel part, the body part, and the bottom part are integrally formed, the overall bag body required for the medical drainage container and the strength of each part On the other hand, there is a disadvantage that it is relatively difficult to bend because of the rigidity of the body, and it is difficult to fold, and the manufacturing cost is high, resulting in poor economic efficiency. Further, for example, in a bag obtained by a high frequency welder method, the trunk portion is excellent in flexibility and easy to fold, but as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the joint portion between the trunk portion and the bottom portion that has been generally used is shown in FIG. Is formed by fusing treatment, and the welding width (hatched part in the figure) is narrow, and the strength required for the bag for medical drainage collection container is partially weakened and breakage due to impact such as dropping In addition to the fear of the bag, the joining work required individual manual work, resulting in high manufacturing costs and poor economic efficiency.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem, and improves the bonding between the bag body and the bottom, increases the partial strength at the body and the bottom, and improves the productivity. Another object of the present invention is to provide a bag for a medical drainage collection container that is excellent in economic efficiency.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention of claim 1 is a flexible plastic bag made of at least a substantially circular bottom and a substantially cylindrical trunk having an open top, and a flexible plastic bag. In a medical drainage collection container comprising a hard plastic lid body fitted at the upper end and fixed at the outer periphery of the insertion portion, the bottom of the bag body is connected to the lower end periphery of the substantially cylindrical body portion inside the bag body. Formed by welding a welding edge bent in a direction and an outer peripheral edge of a substantially circular bottom member, and the substantially cylindrical body portion is a tapered cylindrical shape opened upward, and is made of the soft plastic The cylindrical body portion of the flexible bag body is twisted using only the flexibility of the bag body, and is used by being folded in the direction between the lid body and the bottom portion. This is a medical drainage collection container.

The medical drainage collection container bag of the present invention has a welding edge formed by bending the lower end periphery of the substantially cylindrical body part inward of the bag body and the outer peripheral edge of the substantially circular bottom member. By forming the bottom portion, the strength of the joint portion between the bag body and the bottom portion is increased, and the productivity is improved, so that there is an effect that a bag body excellent in economic efficiency can be supplied.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view for explaining an embodiment of a bag body for a medical drainage recovery bag according to the present invention. The bag body A for a medical waste liquid recovery container is made of a synthetic resin sheet material such as LDPE (low density polyethylene). As shown in FIG. 1, a substantially cup-shaped bag body A is formed of a tapered cylindrical body 1 having an upper edge opened and opened upward and a closed bottom 2. In addition, the hatching part in a figure has shown the heat bonding part.
Fig.2 (a) is an expansion | deployment top view of the trunk | drum blank of an Example similarly. FIG. 2 (b) is also a developed plan view of the bottom member of the embodiment, in which a fan-shaped body blank E is wound, and the overlapping portions of both side ends 1a, 1b of the body blank E are in an envelope-attached state. A cylindrical body 1 with a taper that opens upward by heat bonding is formed, and a lower edge of the body 1 is bent toward the inside of the bag A to form a welding edge 3, and the welding edge 3 and a substantially circular bottom The bottom part 2 is formed by thermally bonding and closing the outer peripheral edge of the member F. In addition, the lower end dotted line part of the blank E of Fig.2 (a) has shown the bending line which forms the welding edge 3. FIG.

In manufacturing the bag body A, the LDPE ( A fan-shaped body blank E formed by punching a sheet material made of synthetic resin such as low-density polyethylene is wound around a tapered cylindrical support member M, as shown in FIG. The overlapping portions of both side edges 1a and 1b of the blank E are welded into an envelope-bonded state to form a tapered cylindrical body 1 and then, as shown in FIG. The bottom edge is bent inward of the bag body A to form a welding edge 3, and the welding edge 3 and the outer peripheral edge of the substantially circular bottom member F are welded and closed as shown in FIG. 2 is formed.
The welding edge 3 formed by bending the lower edge of the body portion 1 toward the inner side of the bag A can have a bending width necessary for a welding portion corresponding to the bonding strength between the body portion 1 and the bottom portion 2. It is possible to provide a wider width (thermal bonding part) than the conventional technology, reducing the risk of bag breakage due to partial weakening and drop impacts caused by the narrow welding width, and medical drainage Not only can the sufficient strength of the bag required for the collection container be obtained, but also there is no overhang of the fusing portion as seen in the prior art of FIG. In this case, no resistance is generated, and the efficiency of drainage recovery can be improved by inscribed more. Further, by automating the joining of the body 1 and the bottom 2, it is possible to reduce the cost by shortening the manufacturing time.

FIG. 4A is an exploded perspective view showing a state in which the molded lid of the embodiment can be attached, and FIG. 4B is a partially enlarged sectional view for explanation showing the attached state of the molded lid of the embodiment.
