Claims (4)
- リガンドの固定される平坦面の形成された誘電体ブロックと、この誘電体ブロックの前記平坦面上に密着されこの平坦面との間に流路を構成すると共に前記流路と連通され上側に開口された供給口及び排出口の形成された流路部材と、を含んで構成された測定セルと、
前記誘電体ブロックに当接され、前記誘電体ブロックを前記流路部材側から押圧する誘電体ブロック押圧手段と、
前記流路部材を前記誘電体ブロックの配置されている側と逆側から前記誘電体ブロック押圧手段よりも小さい押圧力で押圧する流路部材押圧手段と、
前記誘電体ブロック押圧手段及び流路部材押圧手段による押圧力を受けるベース部材と、
を備えた測定セル保持機構。 - 前記誘電体ブロック押圧手段、及び、前記流路部材押圧手段の駆動源が、共通とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定セル保持機構。
- 前記流路部材に、上面から前記誘電体ブロックとの密着面まで貫通する貫通孔が形成され、
前記誘電体ブロック押圧手段は、前記貫通孔に挿入されて前記誘電体ブロックと当接されること、を特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の測定セル保持機構。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載された測定セル保持機構と、
前記測定セルの前記平坦面に前記誘電体ブロックを介して光ビームを入射させる光源と、
前記平坦面で反射された光ビームの反射光を受光する受光部材と、
前記供給口に上方から進入して前記流路へ液体を供給する液体供給部材と、
を備えたバイオセンサー。
