Claims (2)
- 光学板と、前記光学板の表面に形成された赤外線遮断膜とを備え、
前記赤外線遮断膜は、前記光学板の表面に積層されて、それぞれ光学膜厚をaとした高屈折材の光学薄膜及び低屈折材の光学薄膜を交互に重ねてなる第1積層膜と、
前記第1積層膜に積層されて、それぞれ光学膜厚をbとした高屈折材の光学薄膜及び低屈折材の光学薄膜を交互に重ねてなる第2積層膜と、を有する光学ローパスフィルタにおいて、
前記第1積層膜と前記第2積層膜との間に、それぞれ光学膜厚をcとした高屈折材の光学薄膜及び低屈折材の光学薄膜を重ねてなる第3積層膜とを介在させ、
光学膜厚を「n×d/(λ/4)」(ただし、nは屈折率、dは物理的厚み、λは設計波長とする)で定義したとき、設計波長λは650nmであり、前記光学膜厚aは1.0〜1.3、前記光学膜厚bは1.40〜1.70、前記光学膜厚cは1.301〜1.399であることを特徴とする光学ローパスフィルタ。 - 前記第3積層膜は前記高屈折材及び低屈折材の光学薄膜からなる2層である請求項1の光学ローパスフィルタ。
