Claims (2)
- 樹脂基材の表面に吹き付け塗装又はデッピング塗装又はスピンコート又はインモールド転写でUV硬化性樹脂又は1液アクリルシリコン樹脂の接着層を形成する工程と、該接着層の上面に酸化化合物又は酸化金属又は金属をエレクトリックビーム型の真空蒸着機又はスパッタリング装置又はCVD装置又はイオンプレーティング装置で多色多層膜を形成する工程と、該多色多層膜の上面に1液アクリルウレタン系樹脂又は2液アクリルウレタン系樹脂又は1液アクリルシリコン系樹脂又は2液アクリルシリコン系樹脂又は2液塩ビ系樹脂又はUV硬化性樹脂で1〜50ミクロンの特殊金属プライマー層又は特殊プライマー層を形成する工程と、該特殊金属プライマー層又は特殊プライマー層の上面にUV硬化性樹脂又は1液アクリルウレタン系樹脂又は2液アクリルウレタン系樹脂又は2液アクリルシリコン系樹脂で1〜50ミクロンのハードコート層を形成する工程と、を含み、レインボーカラー又は玉虫色の加飾をすることを特徴とする樹脂基材の加飾方法。
- 金属基材の表面に化学前処理や化成処理や陽極酸化法と電気メッキ法や電解発色法で表面被膜を形成する工程と、該表面被膜の上面に吹き付け塗装又はデッピング塗装又はスピンコート又は熱転写加工でUV硬化性樹脂又は1液アクリルシリコン樹脂の接着層を形成する工程と、該接着層の上面に酸化化合物又は酸化金属又は金属をエレクトリックビーム型の真空蒸着機又はスパッタリング装置又はCVD装置又はイオンプレーティング装置で多色多層膜を形成する工程と、該多色多層膜の上面に1液アクリルウレタン系樹脂又は2液アクリルウレタン系樹脂又は1液アクリルシリコン系樹脂又は2液アクリルシリコン系樹脂又は2液塩ビ系樹脂又はUV硬化性樹脂で1〜50ミクロンの特殊金属プライマー層又は特殊プライマー層を形成する工程と、該特殊金属プライマー層又は特殊プライマー層の上面にUV硬化性樹脂又は1液アクリルウレタン系樹脂又は2液アクリルウレタン系樹脂又は2液アクリルシリコン系樹脂で1〜50ミクロンのハードコート層を形成する工程と、を含み、レインボーカラー又は玉虫色の加飾をすることを特徴とする金属基材の加飾方法。
