Description
また、本発明に係る眼科装置の技術的特徴は、被検眼角膜に位置検出用アライメント指標を投影する指標投影手段と、角膜で反射された指標像を検出する検出手段と、該検出手段で検出された指標像の時間的な変動量から被検眼の固視状態を判断する判断手段と、被検眼に固視標を投影する固視標投影手段とを備え、該固視標投影手段は前記判断手段で判断される前記固視状態に応じて被検眼に投影する前記固視標を変更することにある。
更に、本発明に係る眼科装置の技術的特徴は、被検眼角膜に位置検出用アライメント指標を投影する指標投影手段と、角膜で反射された指標像を検出する検出手段と、該検出手段で検出された指標像の時間的な移動速度及び移動量から被検眼の固視状態を判断する判断手段と、被検眼に固視標を投影する固視標投影手段とを備え、該固視標投影手段は前記判断手段で判断される前記固視状態に応じて被検眼に投影する前記固視標を変更することにある。

Claims (8)
- 被検眼の前眼部を撮像する撮像手段と、
被検眼の固視状態を判断する判断手段と、
被検眼に固視標を投影する固視標投影手段と、
前記固視標投影手段は、前記判断手段での不安定であるとの判断が所定回数以内であれば被検眼に投影する前記固視標を変更し、所定回数以上であれば測定を停止することを特徴とする眼科装置。 - 前記固視標投影手段は被検眼に投影する前記固視標を互いに異なる複数の前記固視標から選択することにより変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼科装置。
- 前記固視標投影手段は被検眼に投影する前記固視標を互いに異なる複数の前記固視標を順次に投影することにより変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼科装置。
- 前記固視標投影手段は前記固視標を表示する固視標表示手段を含み、該固視標表示手段によって表示される前記固視標を変更することにより、被検眼に投影する前記固視標を変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼科装置。
- 前記判断手段は瞳孔中心位置と前記検出手段で検出された前記指標像の位置との時間的な変動量に基づいて前記固視状態を判断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼科装置。
- 前記判断手段は瞳孔中心位置と前記検出手段で検出された前記指標像の位置とに基づいて被検眼の視線を検出し、該視線の時間的な変動状態から前記固視状態を判断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼科装置。
- 前記固視標投影手段は前記判断手段で判断される前記固視状態が不良である場合に、被検眼に投影する前記固視標の明るさ、色、形の何れかを変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼科装置。
- 前記固視標投影手段は前記判断手段で判断される前記固視状態が安定である場合に、被検眼の雲霧を促すように前記固視標を投影することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼科装置。
