Claims (4)
- 太陽電池単セルまたは複数並列接続された太陽電池セルと、
前記太陽電池単セルまたは前記複数並列接続された太陽電池セルの出力端子に接続された複数の昇圧回路からなるDC/DCコンバータと、
前記太陽電池単セルまたは前記複数並列接続された太陽電池セルの出力端に接続された電圧検出回路と、
前記DC/DCコンバータの出力端に接続された電流検出回路と、
前記電圧検出回路から得られる電圧値と前記電流検出回路で検知する信号レベルとから、前記太陽電池単セルまたは前記複数並列接続された太陽電池セルの電圧−電流特性における最大出力電力点の近傍を予めメモリに記録されたデータから算出し、当該算出した近傍で前記DC/DCコンバータのスイッチングの周波数およびデューティを制御して走査することにより、前記DC/DCコンバータの出力が最大となる駆動条件を選定する制御回路とを具備した太陽光発電装置。 - 請求項1記載の太陽光発電装置をm個並列に接続したことを特徴とする太陽光発電装置。
- 請求項1記載の太陽光発電装置をm個直列に接続したことを特徴とする太陽光発電装置。
- 請求項1記載の太陽光発電装置の受光面に光を反射・照射するための反射体を備えたことを特徴とする太陽光発電装置。
