本発明は、家具若しくは調度、特に住居用家具のための引き出し案内機構であって、家具本体若しくは調度本体に固定可能な案内レール、引き出しに取り付け可能でかつ転動体を用いて案内される走行レール及び、転動体のために一方の端部区分(Endbereich)若しくは両方の端部区分に走行路を有する成形レールから成っている形式のものに関する。

【従来の技術】
前記形式の引き出し案内機構は種々の構造のものが公知である。引き出し案内機構が部分引き出しとして形成されている場合には、案内レールが成形レールと一体的である。従って走行レールが引き出しに取り付けられている。このような構造においては、引き出しが家具本体から部分的にしか引き出されない。完全引き出しにおいては、引き出し案内機構が2つの走行レールを備えており、一方の走行レールが引き出しに取り付けられ、他方の走行レールが案内レールに取り付けられている。定置の走行レールを案内レールと一体に形成する構造も公知である。

このような構造においては、成形レールが両方の端部に転動体のための走行面(Laufflaeche)、若しくは走行路を備えている。引き出しの走出に際して、成形レールも走行する。公知の構造においては、部分引き出しの場合にも完全引き出しの場合にも、走行路に隣接する区分が家具本体の、案内レールの取り付けられる側壁に対して平行に延びている。即ち通常は、隣接する区分は垂直に位置している。引き出しの走出に際して、側方の力(seitliche Kraft)が案内機構にも作用する。公知の構造においては、案内機構の側方安定性(Seitenstabilitaet)が低い。従って、特に引き出しの出し入れに際して不都合が生じ、それというのは特に成形レールの走行路の外側に位置する区分が弾性的に変形されるからである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の課題は、冒頭に述べた形式の引き出し案内機構を改善して、構成部分を高くすることなしに簡単な構造で引き出し案内機構の側方安定性を著しく高めることである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するために本発明の構成では、成形レールの走行路に続く区分(anschliessender Bereich)が、少なくとも部分的に垂直線に対してずらされていてかつ、引き出し案内機構に作用する側方力の合力の方向若しくはほぼ該方向に位置している。

【発明の効果】
従来公知の構造と逆に、走行路に続く区分が家具本体の、案内レールの取り付けられる側壁に対してもはや平行に延びているのではなく、少なくとも部分的に傾斜して延びている。該区分は、完全引き出しとして形成された引き出し案内機構においては、両方の端部の走行路間に位置しており、従って中間の区分(mittlerer Bereich)である。前記区分は、部分引き出しとして形成された引き出し案内機構においては、アングル状の案内レールと走行路との間に位置している。垂直線に対する傾斜角度は、引き出し案内機構の構造に応じて規定される。前記区分の適切な傾斜に基づき、該区分は、作用する側方力によって弾性的に変形させられることはない。

成形レールの前記区分は種々に形成されていてよい。1つの実施態様では、成形レールの走行路に続く区分はほぼ直線的に、しかしながら垂直線に対して傾斜して配置されている。さらに、成形レールの走行路に続く区分を1回若しくは複数回、同じ方向若しくは相対する方向に折り曲げることも考えられる。この場合、折り曲げ部は、互いに同列に位置するウエブ区分(Steg)が垂直線の方向に延びるように、形成されていてよい。さらに前記区分は鋸歯状(saegezahnfoermig)、円弧若しくは類似の形で形成されていてよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1及び図2に示す引き出し案内機構(Schubkastenauszugfuehrung)10は、案内レール(Fuehrungsschiene)11を有しており、案内レールがアングル状(winkelfoermig)に形成されて、家具本体の側壁12(家具本体の該側壁のみが示してある)に取り付けられている。図1の実施例では、成形レール(Profilschiene)13が案内レール(Fuehrungsschiene)11と一緒に一体の1つのレールを形成している。

図2の実施例では、一体のレールが案内レール11及び定置の走行レール(Laufschiene)14によって形成されている。横断面でほぼ同じ構造の走行レール15が、部分的に示す引き出し(Schubkasten)16に取り付けられている。図1の実施例では走行レール14は省略されている。成形レール13は図1の実施例では3つの走行路(Laufbahn)を備えている。図2の実施例では成形レールは両方の端部(End)を同じに形成され、従って各端部にそれぞれ3つの走行路を備えている。成形レール13の各走行路には、球体の形の相前後して並べらて配置された複数の転動体17が設けられている。特に図2に示してあるように、成形レールの端部側の走行路間に位置する区分が、垂直線(Vertikale)に対して傾斜して延びている。このことは図1の実施例にも当てはまる。走行路に隣接(angrenzen)する区分若しくは走行路間に位置する区分の成す角度は、該区分が引き出し案内機構10に作用する側方の力の合力の方向に延びるように規定されている。該区分は直線的若しくは円弧状に延びるのではなく、1回、折り曲げ(kroepfen)られ、有利には複数回、折り曲げられていてよい。

さらに成形体は、例えばジグザグ状の構造(zick-zack-foermige Anordnung)であってよく、これによって前記区分の構造に応じて特定の部分が垂直線に対してずらされ、若しくは斜めに位置している。この場合、残りの部分は垂直線の方向に延びていてよい。

図示の実施例においては、各走行レール14,15に対応して設けられた3つの走行路が複数回の折り曲げ(Abwinkeln)によって形成されている。これによって、溝(Nut)18が形成され、溝内に端縁区分(Endsteg)19が折り曲げによって入れられている。

本発明は図示の実施例に限定されるものではない。重要なことは、走行路に隣接する若しくは走行路間に位置する区分が、垂直線からそれて、多様に形成されていてよく、その結果、側方力(Seitenkraft)による弾性変形が減少されることである。
