Description
本発明は、コンタクトレンズ又は他の眼科装置に組み込んでホログラフィー感知技術により正確かつ最小限の侵襲性で眼科検体を検出する方法の提供という認識に基づく。この感知技術により、グルコース又は他の炭水化物の連続的かつリアルタイムの感知が可能であろう。従って本発明により、糖尿病患者の生活を改善可能であり、かつ、糖尿病患者の低血中グルコース又は高血中グルコース発症の危険性を低減可能である。
用語「グルコース」は本明細書中において環状グルコース及び線形グルコースを指す。
(a)スライドガラス等の表面上に重合性ホログラフィックセンサを(例えばボロン酸フェニルリガンドにより)形成する;
(b)センサ表面上にポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、好ましくは「ネルフィルコン(商標)」の層を被覆した後でこの層を架橋させる;

(e)コンタクトレンズ及びPVA、好ましくはネルフィルコン(商標)を入れたコンタクトレンズ型の中にディスクを挿入し、架橋させた後で成分をオートクレーブし、最終的なレンズを形成する。
Claims (10)
- 媒体、及び、前記媒体上に配置したホログラムを含むホログラフィック素子を有し、媒体物性が変化すると素子の光学特性が変化し、媒体と眼液中の検体との相互作用により変化が生じ、
前記検体がグルコースであって、
前記媒体がフェニルボロン酸基を含み、
グルコース結合に対して支持媒体の物性が可逆変化する、
コンタクトレンズ、または移植可能な眼科装置。 - 媒体はポリマーである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズ、または移植可能な眼科装置。 - アクリルアミドを含むモノマーの重合により媒体を得る
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコンタクトレンズ、または移植可能な眼科装置。 - ホログラフィック素子は銀を含まない
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のコンタクトレンズ、または移植可能な眼科装置。 - 3−アクリルアミドフェニルボロン酸又は5−フルオロ−2−メタクリルアミドフェニルボロン酸を含むモノマーの重合により媒体を得る
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズ、または移植可能な眼科装置。 - ボロン酸基のホウ素は実質上負電荷を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のコンタクトレンズ、または移植可能な眼科装置。 - アクリルアミドグリコール酸を含むモノマーの重合により媒体を形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコンタクトレンズ、または移植可能な眼科装置。 - 媒体はアミン基を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のコンタクトレンズ、または移植可能な眼科装置。 - 眼液中の検体の検出方法であって、
目の中で液体と共に存在する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のコンタクトレンズ、または移植可能な眼科装置のホログラフィック素子の光学特性におけるあらゆる変化の検出を含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - ホログラフィック素子とコンタクトレンズとの接触を含み、素子とレンズとの接触領域は架橋可能であって、この接触領域の架橋を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンタクトレンズの製造方法。
