【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はパチンコ機の遊技盤に植設した障害釘を抜取るための抜取り方法と、この抜取りに使用する遊技盤を切り分けるための装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
周知のようにパチンコ機の遊技盤には通常200数十本の障害釘が植設されている。この遊技盤が使用済みとなり廃棄処分する場合、或いは資源回収のためリサイクル処理する場合に問題となるのが遊技領域内に集中して植設される障害釘の抜取りである。
遊技盤には前述にように200本を超える障害釘が打込まれるが、これらの釘は安定するために深く打込まれており、更に抜止めのため打込みの軸部分には通常螺旋溝が形成されていて一層引き抜きが困難なものになっている。

従って、1本づつの引き抜きの場合はこの様に抜け止めが施されていても差ほど問題とならないが、効率を挙げるため多数本を一度に引き抜き処理しようとするとその負担は極めて大きなものとなり簡単なものではなくなる。
この様なことからその効率的な抜き取り方法乃至装置の提案が求められているが、現在これに充分応じられる抜き取る方法乃至装置の提供がなく、従って使用済み遊技盤の廃棄処分にあたり、またリサイクル処理において大きな障害となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上述の実情に鑑み、使用済となった遊技盤から効率的に障害釘を抜き取る方法と、この方法を実施するための装置を提供しようとするものである。
遊技盤に植設される障害釘は通常前述したように抜止めのため軸部に螺旋溝が形成しており、引き抜きに当たっては大きな抵抗を発揮する一方、遊技盤の中でも遊技領域の特定の範囲に集中的に植設され、密生した状態にあるため抜き取ること自体が困難な状況にある。

本発明は特にこの様な状況に鑑み、障害釘の1本づつの抜き取りではなく、この障害釘が植設されている遊技盤に着目して、遊技盤を分解することによって障害釘の植設状態を壊し、遊技盤からの障害釘の抜き取りを図る一方、この方法を実施するのに有効な遊技盤の切り分け装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
即ち、本発明は上記目的を達成するためなされたもので、その特徴とするところは、遊技領域内に障害釘を植設してなる遊技盤を固定し、縁部木口面に盤面に並行する方向から切断刃を切込んで前記遊技盤を表面側と背面側の板部に切り分け、表面側板部に残る前記障害釘の打込み軸部を露出させ、これにより障害釘の打込保持力を減少喪失させて脱落可能にしてなることを特徴とした障害釘の抜取り方法を提供しようとするものである。

また本発明は、前記切断刃により分けた表面側板部の縁部木口面に再度切断刃を切込み、該表面側板部を切り分けて障害釘の打込み軸部の露出域を拡大し打込保持力を更に削減することを特徴とした障害釘の抜取り方法を提供しようとするものである。

また本発明は、前記切断刃は遊技盤の対向する2縁部木口面から切り込み切り分けることを特徴とした障害釘の抜取り方法を提供することにある。

また本発明は、前記切断刃は遊技盤の縁部木口面から障害釘の植設領域を避けた非植設領域に向けて刃先を切込み前記遊技盤を切り分けることを特徴とした障害釘の抜取り方法を提供することにある。

更にまた本発明は、遊技盤を定位置に支持する載置台と、前記遊技盤を前記載置台の定位置に固定する固定手段と、前記固定手段により固定される前記遊技盤の縁部木口面に盤面に並行に切断刃を切り込ませて前記遊技盤を表面側板部と裏面側板部に切り分ける切断手段とを備えてなる遊技盤の切り分け装置を提供することにある。

また本発明は、前記固定手段は相対向する一対の挟持部材を有し、該両挟持部材を遊技盤の対向する2縁部木口面に当接し圧締挟持して載置台の定位置に固定することを特徴とした遊技盤の切り分け装置を提供することにある。

また本発明は、前記切断手段は一対の切断刃を相対向して有し、該切断刃を挟持部材が当接しない遊技盤の相対向する2縁部木口面にそれぞれ盤面に並行する方向から切り込んで前記遊技盤を表面側板部と裏面側板部に切り分けることを特徴とした遊技盤の切り分け装置を提供することにある。

次に、本発明を図示する実施例に基づいて具体的に説明し、その特徴とするところを明らかにする。

【発明の実施の形態】
図面は本発明の一実施例を示したものである。図1は本発明方法を実施するための使用済み遊技盤の切り分け装置の一部を欠截した要部の概略説明斜視図であり、図2は遊技盤と、この遊技盤を固定する手段及び遊技盤を切り分ける切断手段の位置関係を説明する概略説明斜視図である。

図面において、1は使用済みとなった遊技盤を示す。この遊技盤1は本体を積層合板とするもので、ここでは一般に使用されている略1.5mm厚の単板を積層したものを使用しており、表面には合成樹脂製の化粧シートを貼着しこのシートを通して障害釘3を植設している。尚、本発明では使用済みの遊技盤として打球の案内レール、更には入賞装置等が止着されたまゝのものも含んでいる。

2は前記遊技盤1を切り分けて遊技盤に植設した障害釘3の軸部3aを露出させ植設状態を破壊する切り分け装置である。4,4は遊技盤の切り分けに当たってこの遊技盤を定位置に固定する固定手段となる一対からなる挟持部材であり、5,5は遊技盤を切り分ける切断手段となる切断刃である。また、6は上記切り分け装置2の遊技盤切断位置に使用済み遊技盤1を搬入するベルトコンベアであり、7は切断分解した遊技盤1の板部分を搬出するベルトコンベアである。

本発明の障害釘の抜き取り方法は、障害釘3を植設した使用済み遊技盤1を板厚を分けるように遊技盤の表面側板部1aと裏面側板部1bとに切り分け、裏面側板部1bを切り離すことによってこれに打込まれていた障害釘3の軸部3aを露出させ、表面側板部に残される障害釘3の保持力を減少喪失させ、これにより表面側板部に残る障害釘3の脱落を誘導して抜き落とすようにした抜き取り方法にある。

前記切り分け装置2は前記本発明方法を実施するための装置であって、実質的には前記遊技盤1を板厚に沿ってこれを表面側板部1aと裏面側板部1bに切り分ける装置である。
前記ベルトコンベア6は装置2の切断位置に使用済み遊技盤1を送り込む手段であり、箱形に形成された固定台8の中を通してベルト6aを水平に張架し、その上面帯域に載せる遊技盤1をベルトの運行により載置台9が待つ中央位置に送り込むことができる。

一方、ベルトコンベア7は前記ベルトコンベア6の延長線上に同じく箱形をなす固定台10の中にベルト7aを通して水平に張架され、後述するように切断分解される遊技盤1の板部を上面帯域に載せて搬出するようにしてある。
これらの両ベルトコンベア6,7は共に回転ローラ11,12に張架され、図示しない各一方のローラの駆動手段によって一方のベルトコンベア6は搬入方向に、また他方のベルトコンベア7は搬出方向に回転運行されるようにしてある。

前記ベルトコンベア6,7を通す2つの固定台8,10は向い合せに間隔をおいて対設し、その上面に前記挟持部材4,4をガイドするチャンネル形のガイド枠13,13を備え、このガイド枠を案内にして2つの挟持部材4,4を接近させる前進と、離反する後退方向に摺動自由となるよう支持する。またこの挟持部材4,4の各後方には摺動操作のための油圧シリンダ14,14を備え、それぞれロッド15,15を介して挟持部材に連結し、これを前進,後退動するようにしてある。

尚、前記挟持部材4,4は、やゝ肉厚の板状鋼材によって形成してあり、互いに向き合う端面部4a,4aは遊技盤1の上下の木口面の長さに合わせて横長に形成してある。そして、この端面部4aには長さ方向に沿って突条形の歯16を突設し、遊技盤1の木口面に噛み付かせることができるようにしてある。

一方、遊技盤を切断する切断刃5,5は向かい合わせに設けられ、前記対をなす挟持部材4,4を結ぶ直線に対して直交する直線上に位置して向かい合うようにしてある。そして、ここでは2つの切断刃5,5は昇降台17,17の各上面に設置して、この昇降台の上下動によって上下に移動できるようにしてある。

昇降台17は、スライドし伸縮する4本の脚18と、座19から起立する油圧シリンダ20のロッド21に支持されて高さを変えられるようにしてあり、上面に備えるチャンネル形のガイド枠22に前記切断刃5を保持する。

切断刃5は後方に備える油圧シリンダ23のロッド24に連結し、この油圧シリンダ23の伸縮操作によって前記ガイド枠22を案内に前進後退し、遊技盤1の木口面に切り込むことができるようにしてある。

この切断刃5は挟持部材4,4と同様にやゝ肉厚の板状鋼材によって形成してあり、切込みの刃が形成される一辺、つまり刃先5aとなる先端縁は遊技盤1の側縁の長さに揃えて略同じ長さにしてある。
そして、ここに示す切断刃5は刃先5aを上面の位置に揃えてその下方の部分を切り落とし、傾斜面5bを設けて片刃形に形成してあり、更にこの刃先5aの中央部分を弧状に切り欠いて2又状に形成してある。

この刃先5aを2又に形成する欠落部25は後述するように遊技盤1を切り分けるとき、障害釘3が集中的に植設される遊技領域26に刃先5aの侵入を避け、障害釘の軸部3aとの直接的衝突を回避するための手段であって、ここでは円形状に形成される遊技領域26内に植設される障害釘3を避けるため図示するようにそれぞれ半円形状をなすように形成してある。

上記構成に係る切り分け装置2について次に実際の作業手順に従って詳述することにする。
図6、図7は搬入のベルトコンベア6によって遊技盤1を装置2に持ち込み、次にこの遊技盤1を固定したのち、切り分けのため切断するまでの工程を示した概略説明図である。

図6は、搬入のベルトコンベア6によって送り込んだ遊技盤1をその前方に待ち受ける載置台9に載置した状態を示しており、この遊技盤1を受け取るため載置台9は油圧シリンダ20のロッド21を操作してその上面をベルト6aの上面帯域に揃えることになる。
上記載置台9は前述したように、2つの挟持部材4,4の中間にあり、また2つの切断刃5,5の中間である中央部に位置して、遊技盤1を受け取ったのちシリンダ20の操作によってこれら挟持部材4,4と切断刃5,5が待つ上部へと上昇操作される。

載置台9が上昇位置に達したところで、ロッド21の上昇を止め固定し、次に挟持部材4,4の油圧シリンダ14,14を操作して前進させ、その歯16,16を遊技盤1の木口面27,27に噛み込ませながら端面部4a,4aをこれに押圧し挟持する。

上記挟持部材4,4に対面する遊技盤1の木口面27,27は並行する遊技盤の上下の縁部であって、それぞれの歯16,16は図3に示したようにこの木口面に噛み込み、遊技盤1をしっかり挟持し、固定することになる。
そうしたのち後退し待機させていた切断刃5,5を各油圧シリンダ23,23の操作でロッド24を伸長させ遊技盤1の両側縁の木口面28,28に向け前進させ切り込ませる。

切断刃5,5の刃先5a,5aの切込み位置は、図7に示したように挟持部材4,4が遊技盤1を固定する位置、更に具体的にはその歯16,16が噛み付く位置より下に設定してあり、刃先5a,5aの侵入に伴ってこの固定位置より下の部分、つまり遊技盤1の裏面側の板部1bが表面側の板部1aを残して剥がされるように切り分けられる。

図8及び図9は、上記の関係を示したもので、遊技盤1の上下両縁部の木口面27,27を挟持部材4,4で挟み固定したのち(図8)、次に左右の側縁部に向けて切断刃5,5を前進させ、その木口面28,28に刃先5a,5aを切り込む(図9)と、両切断刃5,5は共に遊技盤1の中程まで侵入することになり、表面側と裏面側の板部1a,1bに切り分けることになる。

このとき、切断刃5は刃先5aを片刃形に形成してあることから切込み侵入と共に、その傾斜面5bによって切り口を押し開き、裏面側板部1bを下に押し出すようにして切り分けを進行させることになる。
また同時に刃先5aは2又に形成されていることから遊技盤1の上縁部と下縁部に沿った2ヶ所に侵入し、遊技領域26内に植設される障害釘3を避けて切り込まれることになる(図9参照)。

この場合、遊技盤1の多くは積層合板によって形成されていることから、木口面から切断刃5が侵入すると、剥離する状態で分離し容易に切り分けが進行すると同時に、刃先に形成される傾斜面5bがこれを誘導するため更に容易且つ迅速に切り分けが進行することになる。

勿論、この様なことから、予め遊技盤には適当位置に容易に切断し、或いは剥離し易い層を介挿して前記切り分けの際この層を通して切り分けるようにすると、一層本発明の実施が容易になることは言うまでもない。

前記切断刃5,5による切り分けが行なわれる間、載置台9は下降し、切り分けられる遊技盤の裏面側の板部1bを下で待ち受け、切り分けが完了した時点でこれを受け取り、搬送コンベア6,7のレベルまで下降させ、その後搬出コンベア7に移して装置外に送り出す。
図11,12はこの状態を図示した物で、切り残された表面側板部1aは挟持部材4,4によって保持した状態におかれる。

図4は切り分けられた表面側板部1aを示したものである。裏面側板部1bの切り離しによって植設された障害釘3はその軸部3aを露出させ、この表面側板部1a、延いては遊技盤1に対する保持力を減少喪失させることになる。
尚、遊技盤に対する切り分けは前述の如く一回であってもよいが、更に障害釘の保持力を喪失させるために、切り残された表面側板部1aに対して再度の切り分けを行なってもよい。

切り分けの回数を複数回にすることは遊技盤の構造,強度、そして障害釘の保持力等を勘案して選択すればよく、表面側板部1aを基準において、裏面側を徐々に切り落とし、障害釘が残る表面側板部1aとこの障害釘3との結合関係が最も小さくなる関係を求めて行なえばよい。

図5は、上記複数回の切り分けによって障害釘の軸部3aが露出したのち、更に表面側板部1aを2つに切り分け、この2枚の板部分29,30に障害釘の軸部3aが掛かった状態においてこの板部分29,30を異なる方向に水平移動させ、各板部分29,30に貫通する軸部3aを揺るがせて打込み孔径、つまり釘孔を拡大させ、障害釘の抜け落ちを容易にする場合を示したものである。

前記表面側板部1aを板部分29,30に切り分けたのち、上の板部分29を挟持部材4,4で挟んだまゝにして、下の板部分30を切断刃5,5で押し下げる際、軸部3aから離れない状態を保ち、この状態において挟持部材4,4と切断刃5,5をそれぞれの油圧シリンダ14と14、23と23を各同調させて微伸縮作動させ、これにより90度異なる方向に水平移動させて釘孔を拡張させるのである。

図13は、表面側板部1aと裏面側板部1bに分離したのち、障害釘3を残した表面側板部1aを挟持部材4,4で引き続き保持した状態を保ち、この状態において裏面側板部1bを排出した載置台9を再び上昇させてその上面を表面側板部1aの下面から突出する障害釘3の軸部3aの先端に当接させた状態を説明したものである。

この抜き落としに当たって前記釘孔を拡張させておくことが有効に作用するものとなる。またこのとき、反転後前記回転ハンド31,31に振動を付与すると釘の脱落が誘導され抜け落ち易くなる。

以上、本発明を切り分け装置の作業工程を通して説明したが、遊技盤1に植設した障害釘3を直接引き抜くことによらず、遊技盤をその厚さ方向に切り分け、この切り分けを通して障害釘3の軸部3aを露出させ、これによって遊技盤に対する保持力(係止力)を減少させ、喪失させて抜け落ち易くすることにより遊技盤と障害釘を分離するとするものであって、1本づつを引き抜く場合に比較して遙に効率的に障害釘を取り除くことができる。

しかも、この分離作業に当たって個々の障害釘の植設位置や、本数に関係することなく、遊技盤に植設される全部の釘の植設状態を壊して分離し、結果的に障害釘の引き抜きと同一の効果をもたらすものとしたことから、機種の違い等に影響されることなく殆どの使用済み遊技盤に対して実施することが可能である。

ところで、遊技盤1を表面側と裏面側に切り分ける切断刃5,5につきその刃先5aの中央部に欠落部25を設けて切り込みに当たって障害釘3の植設領域への刃先の侵入を回避する構造としたことから、障害釘との衝突による刃先の損傷がなく、これによる故障を有効に回避できるものとなっている。

尚、上記切断に当たって木口面に突き入れた挟持部材4の歯16と切り込み侵入する切断刃5の刃先5aとが衝突しないように、刃先5aの幅は挟持する歯16,16間の距離より狭く設定することは言うまでもない。
また、上記切断刃5には切り分けを補助するため図2に2点鎖線で示したように前記欠落部25の中央部から刃先方向に突き出し刃32を設けて切り分けの際に遊技盤の遊技領域26の中心部に向けて突き入れ、切り分けを誘導するようにしてもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上説明のように本発明方法によれば、遊技盤を板厚方向に切り分けて表面側から植設された障害釘の軸部を露出させ、これによって障害釘の遊技盤に対する係止力,保持力を削減、喪失させて最終的に切り残される表面側板部からの脱落を図る構成としたことから、1本づつの抜き取りを要せず、全ての障害釘を一度に遊技盤から外すことができる。
従って、使用済み遊技盤を廃棄処分する場合、或いは資源回収のためリサイクル処理する場合、遊技盤素材の木板部分と障害釘の金属質とを容易に分離し、処理することができる。

尚、上記処理において本発明の場合、遊技盤及び障害釘を再使用のためそのまゝ回収するものではないので、遊技盤を切り分けるように分解すること、或いは障害釘が曲がる等それぞれ原形を止めないことは全く問題とならない。

また一方、上記方法を実施する切り分け装置によれば、挟持部材による遊技盤の固定と、この固定した遊技盤の木口面に切断刃を切り込ませることで、遊技盤を表裏2面に切り割り、表面側から植設した障害釘の軸部を露出させることができることから、この障害釘を遊技盤から外すための前処理が容易に、且つ迅速にでき、従って大量に廃棄される使用済み遊技盤の処分において有利に実施できる利点がある。

また本発明方法及び装置は遊技盤に植設される障害釘の位置や本数に関係なく、殆どの機種に対して等しく実施できるため実用性に優れ、また遊技盤を切断する刃については障害釘に衝突することなく切り分けることができるため損傷の危険が少なく故障等の問題を最小限に抑えることができる。
