透析処置期間中、第2の監視装置29は特定された時間におけるダイアリサンスを決定するために測定を連続的に行う。このダイアリサンスの値は評価装置32中で評価される。
Claims (10)
- 処置される血液が体外血液回路中で半透膜により血液室および透析流体室へ分割される透析装置の血液室を通って流れ、透析流体は透析流体回路中で透析装置の透析流体室を通って流れるように構成されており、
監視装置を具備し、その監視装置は、
体外血液回路(6) 中の血液の物理的または化学的特徴量を変化する手段 (18) と、
透析流体回路(7) 中の透析流体の物理的または化学的特徴量を変化する手段(18)と、
血液または透析流体の物理的または化学的特徴量を測定する手段(13,17:25,26)と、
再循環が血液の物理的または化学的特徴量の変化に基づいて監視されることができるように、血液の物理的または化学的特徴量を変化する手段および血液または透析流体の物理的または化学的特徴量を測定する手段を協同して動作する血液処置の再循環を監視する第1の装置(27)と、
ダイアリサンスまたはクリアランスが測定された透析流体の物理的または化学的特徴量の変化に基づいて監視されることができるように、透析流体の物理的または化学的特徴量を変化する手段および血液または透析流体の物理的または化学的特徴量を測定する手段と協同して動作する血液処置のダイアリサンスまたはクリアランスを監視する第2の装置(29)とを具備している血液処置装置により体外血液処置期間中に再循環を監視する装置において、
前記ダイアリサンスまたはクリアランスを監視する第2の装置(29)は再循環がダイアリサンスまたはクリアランスの変化を確認することにより監視するように構成され、
前記再循環を監視する第1および第2の装置(27、29)と協同して動作するように構成された評価装置(32)を具備し、前記血液処置中に再循環を監視する第2の装置(29)が連続する時間点で付勢されることができるように第1の装置は第2の装置が再循環の変化を確認した後に動作を開始するように制御されて再循環が監視されるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 評価装置(32)は再循環の変化を確認したとき制御信号を発生する手段を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 制御信号を発生する手段は、第2の監視装置(29)が再循環の変化を確認した後に第1の監視装置(27)が再循環の変化を確認したとき第1の制御信号が発生されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- 第1の制御信号が発生されるとき、警報発生手段および/または血液処置装置の機械制御の介入の実行をする手段が動作を開始するように制御されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 制御信号を発生する手段は、第2の監視装置(29)が再循環の変化を確認した後に第1の監視装置(27)が再循環中の変化を確認しなかったとき第2の制御信号が発生されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 第2の制御信号が発生されるとき、警報発生手段および/または血液処置装置の機械制御の介入の実行をする手段が動作を開始するように制御されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- 評価装置(32)は、ダイアリサンス、クリアランス、または再循環のプリセット値を記憶するメモリ装置と、特定された時間に確認されたダイアリサンスまたはクリアランス或いは再循環値をプリセット値と比較するための比較装置とを具備し、プリセット値と、特定された時間における確認された値との差の量が予め設定されたしきい値よりも大きいならば、再循環、ダイアリサンスまたはクリアランスの変化が確認されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 再循環を監視する第1の装置(27)は、血液の温度を変化するための手段(18)と、血液回路中の血液の温度を測定するための手段(25、26)とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 再循環を監視する第2の装置(29)は透析流体中の物質の濃度を変化する手段(18)と、透析流体回路中の透析流体の物質の濃度を測定する手段(13、17)とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 半透膜(8a)により血液室(10)と透析流体室(9)とに分割されている透析装置(8)と、 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項記載の再循環を監視する装置とを具備し、
前記血液室(10)は体外血液回路(7) へ組み込まれ、透析装置(8) の透析流体室(9)は透析流体回路(6) 中へ組み込まれている血液処置装置。
