Description
上記目的を達成するために、本発明によれば、セパレータを介して積層した電極板を、樹脂−金属薄膜ラミネート材からなる外装部材に収容して封止すると共に、前記電極板に接続された電極端子が前記外装部材の外周縁から導出したリチウムイオン二次電池が複数個積層された電池積層体と、前記電池積層体の最上段及び最下段にそれぞれ積層された一対の板状部材と、前記一対の板状部材の四隅に設けられ、前記一対の板状部材を介して前記複数の二次電池を加圧する4つの加圧手段と、を少なくとも備えた組電池であって、前記板状部材の表面に複数のリブが形成されており、前記リブ同士の間に、前記二次電池を冷却するための冷却風が流通可能であり、前記リブ同士の間隔は、複数の前記加圧手段により加圧される当該板状部材の中心部に近づくに従って狭くなる組電池が提供される。
また、この正極板101の正極層101b、101cは、例えば、ニッケル酸リチウム(LiNiO2)、マンガン酸リチウム(LiMnO2)、又は、コバルト酸リチウム(LiCoO2)等のリチウム複合酸化物や、カルコゲン(S、Se、Te)化物等の正極活物質と、カーボンブラック等の導電剤と、ポリ四フッ化エチレンの水性ディスパージョン等の接着剤とを混合したものを、正極側集電体101aの一部の両主面に塗布し、乾燥及び圧延することにより形成されている。

Claims (6)
- セパレータを介して積層した電極板を、樹脂−金属薄膜ラミネート材からなる外装部材に収容して封止すると共に、前記電極板に接続された電極端子が前記外装部材の外周縁から導出したリチウムイオン二次電池が複数個積層された電池積層体と、
前記電池積層体の最上段及び最下段にそれぞれ積層された一対の板状部材と、
前記一対の板状部材の四隅に設けられ、前記一対の板状部材を介して前記複数の二次電池を加圧する4つの加圧手段と、を少なくとも備えた組電池であって、
前記板状部材の表面に複数のリブが形成されており、
前記リブ同士の間に、前記二次電池を冷却するための冷却風が流通可能であり、
前記リブ同士の間隔は、複数の前記加圧手段により加圧される当該板状部材の中心部に近づくに従って狭くなる組電池。 - 前記リブは、前記板状部材の外周部から前記板状部材の対角線に沿って前記中心部に向かい、前記中心部近傍で折り返して、前記対角線に沿って前記外周部に戻ってくるように形成されている請求項1記載の組電池。
- 前記二次電池の外装部材は、合成樹脂材料から成る合成樹脂層と、金属材料から成る金属層とを有する請求項1又は2に記載の組電池。
- 前記二次電池の電極板は、リチウム−マンガン系複合酸化物、リチウム−ニッケル系複合酸化物、又は、リチウム−コバルト系複合酸化物から成る正極活物質を有する正極板を含む請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の組電池。
- 前記二次電池の電極板は、結晶性炭素材、又は、非結晶性炭素材から成る負極活物質を有する負極板を含む請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の組電池。
- 一の前記二次電池と、他の前記二次電池とを電気的に直列及び/又は並列に接続した少なくとも2以上の前記二次電池を含む請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の組電池。
