Description
(1)S11(反射性)
図2に示す通り、ノイズ抑制シートにより、単体状態より利得が高くなっており、広い周波数帯において、反射性が大きくなっている。ただし、最大でも約−14dBであり、これは電力として約4%の反射が生じているに過ぎない。従って、このノイズ抑制シートを実際の電気回路に貼付した場合、入力信号と出力信号の干渉は小さく、電気回路の動作に大きな影響を与えることはないと考えられる。
(2)S21(減衰性)
図3に示す通り、測定した全周波数帯において、単体状態よりも減衰性が増加している。つまり、このノイズ抑制シートを実際の電気回路に貼付した場合、該周波数帯において信号線路を伝搬する電磁波ノイズを減衰させることができると考えられる。
(3)S31(結合性)
図4に示す通り、0.4〜0.8GHzの周波数帯において単体状態よりも結合性が低下していることから、このノイズ抑制シートを実際の電気回路に貼付した場合、該周波数帯において近接する複数の信号線路間の電磁的結合を抑制することができ、該信号線路間を伝搬する電磁波ノイズを抑制することができると考えられる。
(4)S41
図5に示したS41は、ノイズ抑制シートの特性を直接的に表すものでなく、後述の損失量を算出する際に使用される。
(5)損失量
損失量とは、上述の式からも分かるとおり、ノイズ抑制シートに吸収される信号を入力信号に対する比率で表した量である。図6に示す通り、測定した全周波数帯において単体状態よりも損失量が増加していることから、このノイズ抑制シートを実際の電気回路に貼付した場合、該周波数帯において電磁波ノイズを吸収することができると考えられる。

Claims (1)
- 分布定数型の対称型方向性結合器と、上記対称型方向性結合器に接続されたSパラメータ測定装置と、からなる物質の電気的特性の評価装置を用いた物質の電気的特性の評価方法であって、評価すべき物質を上記対称型方向性結合器の結合線路に載置した状態のSパラメータを上記Sパラメータ測定装置で測定し、測定されたSパラメータのS 11 を反射性、S 21 を減衰性、及び、S 31 を結合性を示す指標として評価し、さらに、式{1−(|S 11 | 2 +|S 21 | 2 +|S 31 | 2 +|S 41 | 2 )}×100で示される量を損失量として評価することを特徴とする物質の電気的特性の評価方法。
