このため、開閉爪17の把持力を大きくしなくても、ワークWをローダチャック7Aから落下しないように確実に把持することができる。特に、ローダチャック7Aが下向き位置にある場合には、ワークWに対して、コイルばね16の付勢力にワークWの重量が下向きに加わるので、ローダチャック7AからワークWが落下し易くなるが、上記のようにワークWを開閉爪17が把持する状態では、コイルばね16の付勢力が軽減されるので、この状態でのローダチャック7AからのワークWの落下を確実に防止することができる。

対象装置にワークを供給するローダ装置であって、対象装置に対して移動するローダヘッドと、このローダヘッドに設けられて対象装置側に移動自在に弾性部材により付勢され対象装置にワークを供給するときにワークを押し出すプッシャーと、このプッシャーの移動方向と直交する方向に開閉してワークを把持する開閉爪と、この開閉爪を開閉させる開閉機構とを備え、前記開閉機構は、駆動源により駆動されてプッシャーの移動方向と平行に移動自在な進退部材と、この進退部材の移動を開閉爪の移動に変換する変換機構とよりなり、前記弾性部材を前記進退部材と前記プッシャーとの間に設けて、前記進退部材とプッシャーとの距離が、開閉爪が開くときよりも閉じたときの方が長くなるようにしたことを特徴とするローダ装置。   A loader device for supplying a workpiece to a target device, the loader head moving with respect to the target device, and being supplied to the target device by being urged by an elastic member so as to be movable toward the target device.
