Description
Claims (7)
- レシピエントの皮膚と直接接触させられる作用面をもつ一組の電極を有する、前記レシピエントの生理的活動をモニタするためのモニタリングシステムであって、
各電極は、導電性の弾性材料体を有し、前記導電性の弾性材料体は、レシピエントの皮膚とほぼ一定の位置での接触を可能にするように複数の突起を示す前記作用面を備え、
前記導電性の弾性材料体の層が、絶縁材料の2つの層の間にはさまれ、前記複数の突起の各先端が、前記2つの絶縁材料層の間にはさまれた前記導電性の弾性材料体の層から、前記絶縁材料層の一方の本体を突き出て延びることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記突起が、それぞれの間に間隔をもって前記作用面上にほぼ均一に分布されるパターンで設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記突起が金属粒子を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記突起は、前記電極がレシピエントの皮膚に対して小さい並進運動を示す場合でも、レシピエントの皮膚に対してほぼ一定の位置にとどまるように、並進方向を含む2方向にある程度の弾力性を有する、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、心停止モニタリングシステムであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記電極が、着用できるガーメントの布地をベースにした弾性ベルトに取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のモニタリングシステムに用いられる電極であって、
前記電極は、レシピエントの皮膚と直接接触させられる作用面をもち、
各電極は、導電性の弾性材料体を有し、前記導電性の弾性材料体は、レシピエントの皮膚とほぼ一定の位置での接触を可能にするように複数の突起を示す前記作用面を備え、
前記導電性の弾性材料体の層が、絶縁材料の2つの層の間にはさまれ、前記複数の突起の各先端が、前記2つの絶縁材料層の間にはさまれた前記導電性の弾性材料体の層から、前記絶縁材料層の一方の本体を突き出て延びる、電極。
