Description
以下、本発明の実施形態を、図を参照し詳細に説明する。
電源102(スイッチング電源)の内部構成を図3で説明する。電源102に対して、商用電源101を供給する。その商用電源101の電圧がフィルタ301を介し、整流平滑1(301)で直流電圧に変換される。この直流電圧は絶縁トランス303の一次巻線の一方の端子に入力される。他方の端子には、共振コンデンサ305とスイッチング(SW)素子304が接続され、スイッチング(SW)信号のON・OFF信号で、SW素子304が駆動され、絶縁トランス303の二次巻線に出力電圧が変換される。絶縁トランス出力に変換された電圧は整流平滑2(306)で直流電圧に整流平滑され、電源102の出力となる。電源102の出力電圧を所定の電圧(24V)に制御するために、電圧検出手段307で電圧検出を行う。電圧検出手段307の電圧はフォトカプラ308を介して、一次側に帰還している。このフォトカプラ308は、二次側と一次側を絶縁するために配置されている。一次側に帰還された電圧は、SW素子304を制御するための制御用IC309に入力され、SW信号を生成することで、所定の電圧に制御が行われる。

Claims (10)
- スイッチング電源と、
前記スイッチング電源の電力を供給している複数のユニットを結ぶ電力線の間に設けられた通信手段と、
前記複数のユニットに送信すべき制御信号を発生する制御手段と、
前記スイッチング電源の出力を監視し、電源出力に存在するスイッチングノイズを検出し、検出信号を生成するスイッチングノイズ検出手段と、
を有し、前記通信手段は、前記検出信号を同期信号として前記制御信号を電力線に重畳することを特徴とする電力線通信装置。 - スイッチング電源と、
前記スイッチング電源の電力を供給している複数のユニットを結ぶ電力線の間に設けられた通信手段と、
前記複数のユニットに送信すべき制御信号を発生する制御手段と、
を有し、前記通信手段は、前記スイッチング電源の内部に設けられスイッチング素子を駆動するスイッチング制御信号を同期信号として前記制御信号を電力線に重畳することを特徴とする電力線通信装置。 - 前記スイッチング電源は、オンタイム幅可変、オフタイム幅固定で制御されるスイッチング電源であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電力線通信装置。
- 前記通信手段は、前記スイッチング電源の設定電圧が所定値以上である場合のオンタイム期間中に前記制御信号を電力線上に重畳することを特徴とする請求項3記載の電力線通信装置。
- スイッチング電源と、
前記スイッチング電源の出力が電力線を介して供給される制御対象のユニットと、
前記ユニットを制御するための制御信号を生成する制御手段と、
前記スイッチング電源に設けられたスイッチング素子をオンオフ制御しているときのオン期間中のみ或いはオフ期間中のみに前記制御手段により生成される制御信号を前記電力線に重畳し、前記ユニットに送信する送信手段と、
を有することを特徴とする電力線通信装置。 - 前記スイッチング電源と前記ユニットは同一の装置内に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜5記載の電力線通信装置。
- 前記同一の装置は画像形成装置であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の電力線通信装置。
- 装置内に設けられたスイッチング電源と前記スイッチング電源の出力が供給される制御対象であるユニットとの間の電力線に制御信号を重畳して前記ユニットに前記制御信号を通信する電力線通信装置の制御方法であって、
前記スイッチング電源で生じるスイッチングノイズが発生したことを示す検出信号に同期信号として前記制御信号を前記電力線に重畳する特徴とする電力線通信装置の制御方法。 - 装置内に設けられたスイッチング電源と前記スイッチング電源の出力が供給される制御対象であるユニットとの間の電力線に制御信号を重畳して前記ユニットに前記制御信号を通信する電力線通信装置の制御方法であって、
前記スイッチング電源に設けられたスイッチング素子をオンオフするためのスイッチング信号を同期信号として前記制御信号を前記電力線に重畳する特徴とする電力線通信装置の制御方法。 - 装置内に設けられたスイッチング電源と前記スイッチング電源の出力が供給される制御対象であるユニットとの間の電力線に制御信号を重畳して前記ユニットに前記制御信号を通信する電力線通信装置の制御方法であって、
前記スイッチング電源に設けられたスイッチング素子をオンオフ制御しているときのオン期間中のみ或いはオフ期間中のみに前記制御信号を前記電力線に重畳することを特徴とする電力線通信装置の制御方法。
