Description
Claims (1)
- 第一の2次電池と、
前記第一の2次電池のプラス側端子に直列接続される第二の2次電池と、
前記第一の2次電池の両端に接続されて、正常電圧である下限電圧以上且つ上限電圧以下でハイレベル信号を出力する第一の電圧検出回路と、
前記第二の2次電池の両端に接続されて、前記下限電圧以上且つ前記上限電圧以下でハイレベル信号を出力する第二の電圧検出回路と、
前記第一の電圧検出回路の出力がゲートに供給される第一のNチャンネル電界効果トランジスタと、
前記第二の電圧検出回路の出力がゲートに供給される第二のNチャンネル電界効果トランジスタと、
前記第一の2次電池及び前記第二の2次電池の両方が正常な状態であるか否かを検出するための検出信号出力端子と、
前記第一のNチャンネル電界効果トランジスタのドレイン電圧がゲートに供給されると共に、ドレインが開放端として前記検出信号出力端子に接続される第一のPチャンネル電界効果トランジスタと、
前記第二のNチャンネル電界効果トランジスタのドレイン電圧がゲートに供給されると共に、前記第一のPチャンネル電界効果トランジスタのソースがドレインに接続され、所定の電圧がソースに印加される第二のPチャンネル電界効果トランジスタと、
前記第一の2次電池、前記第二の2次電池、前記第一の電圧検出回路、前記第二の電圧検出回路、前記第一のNチャンネル電界効果トランジスタ、前記第二のNチャンネル電界効果トランジスタ、前記検出信号出力端子、前記第一のPチャンネル電界効果トランジスタ及び前記第二のPチャンネル電界効果トランジスタを収納する電池パックと
を有する2次電池装置。
