Description
Claims (11)
- 外枠部(2)と、磁気コア、および、その磁気コアの両端(19、20)間に形成されたエアギャップ(18)内に検知セル(25)を載置した磁界検知器(5)を備える磁気回路(4)とを具備し、前記磁界検知器がその上面に前記検知セルを実装した支持基板(26)を備え、前記支持基板が、前記磁気コアの中央面にほぼ直交するよう配置されており、その中央面は、前記磁気コア内の磁束線にほぼ平行な平面である電流センサーであって、
前記支持基板には、前記支持基板の端から伸び前記検知セルに対向するU字形状の切り込み部(30)が設けられており、前記磁気回路(4)のコア(17)の片方の端(19)が前記切り込み部(30)内に配置され、前記切り込み部は前記コアの前記中央面にほぼ直交する方向から前記コアの端が挿入されるように構成されていることを特徴とする電流センサー。 - 前記支持基板(26)が、測定信号を処理するための外部プロセッサーへの接続端の役目をするセンサーの接続部の接続端子(6)へ、前記検知セル(25)の接続端子(29)を接続する導電体パターン(27)を備えたプリント回路基板の形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電流センサー。
- 前記切り込み部(30)が、前記磁気回路のコアが前記検知セルとの関連で位置決めされる、単数または複数の基準面(37、38、39)をもつことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電流センサー。
- 前記外枠部が、前記磁気コアの中央面にほぼ直交する軸方向へ、その外枠部内の前記支持基板(26)に挿入できるよう設定された軸方向レールを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電流センサー。
- 前記切り込み部の開口が、前記磁気回路を前記外枠部内に前記磁気回路の中央面にほぼ直交する軸方向へ組み込めるよう前記センサーの外枠部を閉止するカバーに対向していることを特徴とする請求項1又は4記載の電流センサー。
- 前記磁気コア(17)が、非ラミネート形状磁性材からなり、前記磁気回路が、さらに、前記コアのエアギャップの片側端に溶接または接合された非磁性材のブラケット(21)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記ブラケット(21)が、プレス成形された金属シート材からなることを特徴とする請求項6記載の電流センサー。
- 前記ブラケットが、回転防止部材(23)を備えることを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の電流センサー。
- 前記磁気回路が、前記ブラケットを溶接した後にアニール処理されることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- さらに、前記外枠部の凹部内に、前記磁気回路を気密状態に取り囲むよう、前記外枠部に超音波で密閉または接合取り付けされたカバーを具備することを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記カバーが、組立工程後に前記外枠部内に配置できるよう前記磁気回路に対して接触する突起を備えることを特徴とする請求項10記載の電流センサー。
