Claims (8)
- 入力軸と連結した第1の歯車と、この第1の歯車と噛み合って回転する歯車Aを備え、この歯車Aの中心部に配置した第1の絶対回転角検出部と、出力軸と連結した第2の歯車と、この第2の歯車と噛み合って回転する歯車Bを備え、この歯車Bの中心部に配置した第2の絶対回転角検出部とから構成され、前記第1の歯車と前記第2の歯車の歯数を同一にし前記歯車Aと前記歯車Bの歯数を異なるようにすると共に、前記歯車Aと前記歯車Bの絶対回転角差より絶対回転角を算出し、さらに、前記歯車Aの絶対回転角と前記歯車Bの絶対回転角に前記歯車AおよびBの歯数比をかけたものとの差からの差動分によりトルクを算出する絶対回転角およびトルク検出装置。
- 入力軸と連結した第1の歯車と、この第1の歯車と噛み合って回転する歯車Aを備え、この歯車Aの中心部に配置した第1の絶対回転角検出部と、出力軸と連結した第2の歯車と、この第2の歯車と噛み合って回転する歯車Bを備え、この歯車Bの中心部に配置した第2の絶対回転角検出部とから構成され、前記第1の歯車と前記第2の歯車の歯数を異なるようにし前記歯車Aと前記歯車Bの歯数を同一にすると共に、前記歯車Aと前記歯車Bの絶対回転角差より絶対回転角を算出し、さらに、前記歯車Aの絶対回転角と前記歯車Bの絶対回転角に前記第1および第2の歯車の歯数比をかけたものとの差からの差動分によりトルクを算出する絶対回転角およびトルク検出装置。
- 第1および第2の絶対回転角検出部は、第1および第2の磁石とこれらの磁石に対向する位置に配置した第1および第2の磁気検知素子からなる請求項1または2に記載の絶対回転角およびトルク検出装置。
- 入力軸と出力軸の間にトーションバーを設けた請求項1または2に記載の絶対回転角およびトルク検出装置。
- 歯車Aと歯車Bの初期絶対回転角をそれぞれ不揮発性メモリに記憶し、前記初期絶対回転角からの回転角より算出した前記歯車Aと前記歯車Bの絶対回転角に基づき絶対回転角およびトルクを求める請求項1または2に記載の絶対回転角およびトルク検出装置。
- 回転角検出範囲にわたって歯車Aと歯車Bの絶対回転角の理想値と実力値との差である補正角を不揮発性メモリに記憶し、前記補正角で修正した前記歯車Aと前記歯車Bの絶対回転角に基づき絶対回転角およびトルクを求める請求項1または2に記載の絶対回転角およびトルク検出装置。
- 歯車Aの絶対回転角と歯車Bの絶対回転角に前記歯車AおよびBの歯数比をかけたものとの差がある値以上になった時、異常を知らせるようにした請求項1に記載の絶対回転角およびトルク検出装置。
- 歯車Aの絶対回転角と歯車Bの絶対回転角に第1および第2の歯車の歯数比をかけたものとの差がある値以上になった時、異常を知らせるようにした請求項2に記載の絶対回転角およびトルク検出装置。
