Claims (10)
- 主発光物質として金属ハロゲン化物及び水銀が共に充填されるプラズマランプシステムのバルブであって、
前記金属ハロゲン化物の作動圧力は、0.1〜10気圧の範囲を有し、前記水銀の作動圧力は、30〜150気圧の範囲を有することを特徴とするプラズマランプシステムのバルブ。 - 前記金属ハロゲン化物の作動圧力は、0.5〜3気圧の範囲を有する請求項1に記載のプラズマランプシステムのバルブ。
- 前記金属ハロゲン化物は、ヨウ化ガリウム(GaI3)である請求項1に記載のプラズマランプシステムのバルブ。
- 前記金属ハロゲン化物は、ヨウ化ストロンチウム(SrI2)である請求項1に記載のプラズマランプシステムのバルブ。
- 前記主発光物質は、マイクロ波エネルギーにより励起される請求項1に記載のプラズマランプシステムのバルブ。
- 前記主発光物質は、電気放電により励起される請求項1に記載のプラズマランプシステムのバルブ。
- マイクロ波エネルギーを発生するマグネトロンと、前記マイクロ波エネルギーが共振される共振領域を有する共振器と、前記共振器で共振されるマイクロ波エネルギーにより励起されながら発光する主発光物質が充填されるバルブと、を有するプラズマランプシステムであって、
前記バルブの内部には、主発光物質として金属ハロゲン化物及び水銀が共に充填され、前記金属ハロゲン化物の作動圧力は、0.1〜10気圧の範囲を有し、前記水銀の作動圧力は、30〜150気圧の範囲を有することを特徴とするプラズマランプシステム。 - 前記金属ハロゲン化物の作動圧力は、0.5〜3気圧の範囲を有する請求項7に記載のプラズマランプシステム。
- 前記金属ハロゲン化物は、ヨウ化ガリウム(GaI3)である請求項7に記載のプラズマランプシステム。
- 前記金属ハロゲン化物は、ヨウ化ストロンチウム(SrI2)である請求項7に記載のプラズマランプシステム。
