Description
Claims (4)
- 透過性パイプと、水が前記透過性パイプに到達するために通る透過性リーフとを備えるメンブレンを含む直立型フィルタユニットを操作する方法であって、
前記フィルタユニットの下端部に未処理給水を供給するステップと、
前記フィルタユニットの下端部から透過水を抽出するステップと、
加圧気体の供給源への恒久的な結合を用いて前記フィルタユニットの上端部内で大気圧以上の圧力を保持するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記メンブレンを洗浄するために、
未処理給水の流れを終了させるステップと、
前記フィルタユニットの下端部と連通する排水流出管路を開くステップと、
水、気体および固体粒子が前記フィルタユニットから前記排水流出管路を通って流れるように前記フィルタユニットの上端部への前記気体の供給源を保持しながら前記フィルタユニットの上端部へのフラッシング水の流れを生じさせるステップと
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - フラッシングの間、前記気体の供給源の圧力が脈動する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- フィルタユニットを備える装置であって、
前記フィルタユニットが、
垂直の透過性パイプと、水が前記透過性パイプに到達するために通る透過性リーフとを備えるメンブレンと、
前記フィルタユニットの下端部にある未処理給水用の入口と、
前記フィルタユニットの下端部にある透過水用の出口と、
未処理給水の供給源を閉じるための弁手段と、
前記フィルタユニットの上端部にある入口と、
前記フィルタユニットが混入した固体と液体を分離する働きをする間、前記フィルタユニットの上端部にある前記入口に恒久的に連結される加圧気体の供給源と、
前記フィルタユニットの上端部にある前記入口に通じるフラッシング水送りパイプと、
前記フラッシング水送りパイプを通常閉じるための弁手段であり、洗浄が行われるべきときに前記フラッシング水送りパイプを加圧フラッシング水の供給源に連結するために開かれる前記弁手段と、
フラッシング水および固体粒子が前記フィルタユニットから通って出て行く、前記フィルタユニットの下端部にある排水出口と
を含む、装置。
