Claims (19)
- 第1金属でできた外側シェル、及び前記シェル内部に配置する複数のワイヤ要素であって、各前記ワイヤ要素には、第2金属でできた金属製シェルを備え、前記金属製シェルには第3金属を有し、前記複数のワイヤ要素を纏めて圧縮して前記ワイヤ要素および前記金属製シェルの断面を変形させて前記外側シェル内部に空隙を存在させない状態とした前記ワイヤ要素を備えること、を特徴とする金属製ワイヤ。
- 前記第1金属は生体適合性を有すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製ワイヤ。
- 前記第1金属をプラチナとすること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製ワイヤ。
- 前記第3金属を銀とすること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製ワイヤ。
- 前記第2金属をASTM規格F562とすること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製ワイヤ。
- 前記ワイヤ要素を纏めて捩り束とすること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製ワイヤ。
- 複数のワイヤ要素には少なくとも1本の中空管を含むこと、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製ワイヤ。
- 前記複数の金属製シェルの少なくとも2つを、異なる金属で充填すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製ワイヤ。
- 前記金属製シェルの1つを銀で充填し、別の前記金属製シェルをタンタルで充填すること、を特徴とする請求項8に記載の金属製ワイヤ。
- 前記外側シェルを被覆する電気絶縁材料の層を含むこと、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製ワイヤ。
- 前記外側シェルを被覆する第2外側シェルを含み、前記第2外側シェルを第4金属製とすること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製ワイヤ。
- 金属製ワイヤを作製する方法であって、前記方法には:
第1金属でできた第1管を設け、前記第1管には第1直径を有すること;
複数のワイヤ要素を束に形成し、前記ワイヤ要素には其々、第2金属でできた金属製シェルを備え、前記金属製シェルを第3金属で充填すること;
前記束を前記第1管に挿入して、組立体を形成すること;及び
その後、前記組立体を延伸させて第2直径まで減じ、前記ワイヤ要素および前記金属製シェルの断面を変形させて、前記第1管の内部の空隙を無くしてワイヤを形成すること、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1金属は生体適合性を有すること、を特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤ要素の少なくとも2つを異なる金属で充填すること、を特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第3金属を銀とすること、を特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1金属をプラチナとすること、を特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第2金属をASTM規格F562とすること、を特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記延伸工程前には、第4金属でできた第2金属製管を設ける工程、及び前記組立体を前記第2金属製管に挿入する工程を更に備えること、を特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記方法には、前記第1管を電気的に非導電性の絶縁材料で被覆する工程を更に含むこと、を特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
