Description
以下の手順により、熱板溶着法を用いてポリアミド樹脂一体成形物(以下、「一体成形物」という。)を製造した。初めに、熱板溶着法を用いた一体成形物の製造方法の概略について、図1〜図5を用いて説明する。
一方、上記実施例に係る一体成形物の製造において、上記接合助剤を塗布しなかった以外は実施例に係る一体成形物と同様にして比較例に係る一体成形物を製造した。
上記のようにして製造された一体成形物つき、耐圧試験による破壊強度を測定した。この際、耐圧試験装置には、油圧タイプの手動昇圧ポンプを使用し、1ヶ3分程度で昇圧して破壊するピーク強度を測定した。また、サンプル数は、N=3とした。
次に、(A)成分として、1,2,3トリヒドロキシベンゼン、3,5ジヒドロキシ安息香酸、3,4,5トリヒドロキシ安息香酸、1,3ジヒドロキシベンゼン、(B)成分として、メタノール、イソプロピルアルコールを、後述する表2〜6の配合となるように所定量秤量し、これらをスターラーを用いて良く混合して得た接合助剤を用いた以外は、上記と同様の手順に従い、実施例1〜30に係る一体成形物を製造した。また、上記接合助剤を塗布しなかった以外は実施例に係る一体成形物と同様にして比較例1に係る一体成形物を製造した。

Claims (5)
- ポリアミド樹脂成形物が有する接合部位および/または別のポリアミド樹脂成形物が有する接合部位に接合助剤を塗布する工程と、
前記接合部位表面のポリアミド樹脂を加熱溶融する工程と、
前記接合部位同士を互いに圧着して溶着する工程と、
前記溶着されて一体化されたポリアミド樹脂一体成形物を冷却する工程とを有し、
前記接合助剤は、
(A)成分として、1,2ジヒドロキシベンゼン、1,3ジヒドロキシベンゼン、1,4ジヒドロキシベンゼン、2,3ジヒドロキシ安息香酸、2,4ジヒドロキシ安息香酸、2,5ジヒドロキシ安息香酸、2,6ジヒドロキシ安息香酸、3,4ジヒドロキシ安息香酸、3,5ジヒドロキシ安息香酸、1,2,3トリヒドロキシベンゼン、1,2,4トリヒドロキシベンゼン、1,3,5トリヒドロキシベンゼン、2,3,4トリヒドロキシ安息香酸、2,4,6トリヒドロキシ安息香酸、3,4,5トリヒドロキシ安息香酸、および、これらの水和物から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物(但し、1,3ジヒドロキシベンゼン、3,5ジヒドロキシ安息香酸、および、これらの水和物から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物は除く)、
(B)成分として、前記(A)成分を溶解または分散可能な有機溶剤を含むことを特徴とするポリアミド樹脂一体成形物の製造方法。 - 前記(A)成分の含有量は1重量%以上50重量%以下、前記(B)成分の含有量は50重量%以上99重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリアミド樹脂一体成形物の製造方法。
- 前記(B)成分は、前記有機溶剤が複数種類混合された混合有機溶剤であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のポリアミド樹脂一体成形物の製造方法。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂の加熱溶融は、前記ポリアミド樹脂を溶融可能な温度に加熱された板状部材を前記接合部位表面に近接または接触させることによることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド樹脂一体成形物の製造方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド樹脂一体成形物の製造方法により製造されたポリアミド樹脂一体成形物。
