Description

The present invention relates to an antenna device.

When a so-called smart entry system is constructed in a vehicle, an antenna for performing communication with an electronic key owned by the vehicle owner is provided. As such an antenna, an antenna described in Patent Document 1 described below is known.

This antenna includes a ferrite and a conductive wire. The antenna is formed by winding a conductive wire around a ferrite in a coil shape, and is housed in a resin case. A potting material (resin) is injected into the case for holding the antenna and waterproofing.
JP 2001-345615 A

Generally, ferrite has low mechanical strength and is easily cracked. Therefore, an antenna using ferrite needs to have vibration resistance and impact resistance. In the antenna described in Patent Document 1 described above, the ferrite is protected from vibration and impact by the potting material injected into the case.

However, the potting material requires a certain amount of time for curing. In other words, in a series of assembly work until the antenna is housed in the case and held in the case, a waiting time (the time during which the work is not performed) until the potting material is cured occurs, and productivity (assembly property) ), There was room for improvement.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the number of man-hours related to antenna assembly work.

In order to solve the above problems, the technical means taken in the present invention is, as described in claim 1, wound around the ferrite rod in a coil shape, leaving a ferrite rod and a lead-out portion having a predetermined length. An antenna device comprising: a wire to be wound; and a case fixed to a body panel of a vehicle while holding a ferrite rod around which the wire is wound, and an elastic member having a bottomed cylindrical shape at both ends of the ferrite rod The case holds the ferrite rod via the elastic member, and is provided in advance in the case, a holding portion for holding the lead-out portion of the wire, and provided in advance in the elastic member, and has a wedge shape. A fitting portion formed in advance, a handle portion provided in advance in the elastic member and formed to be continuous with the fitting portion, and a mounting hole provided in the case and fitted into the fitting portion. In addition, After passing the handle to the serial mounting hole, by fitting the fitting portion into the mounting hole by pulling the handle portion, that said resilient member is configured to be fixed to the casing is there.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the case holds the ferrite rod through the elastic member. In this structure, the elastic member reduces the shock and vibration transmitted from the vehicle body panel to the ferrite rod. Further, since the elastic member is solid when assembled, it occurs in the holding structure using the potting material (resin), and the resin curing time (waiting time) that occupies a part of the man-hour related to the assembly work of the antenna is eliminated. . Thereby, a ferrite rod can be held to a case in a shorter time, and the man-hour concerning the assembly work of an antenna can be reduced.

Further, according to the invention described in claim 1, the holding portion provided in advance on the case, lead portion of the wire wound on a ferrite rod is held. Thereby, since the wire wound around the ferrite rod becomes difficult to unwind, the antenna can be assembled efficiently, and the assembly of the antenna is improved.

Further, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the elastic member is provided with the fitting portion and the handle portion in advance, and the case is provided with the mounting hole to be fitted into the fitting portion. Then, after passing the handle portion through the attachment hole, the elastic member is fixed to the case by pulling the handle portion and fitting the fitting portion into the attachment hole. In this structure, since the elastic member and the case are fixed by a so-called snap-fit structure, it is not necessary to separately provide components when fixing the elastic member to the case. Thereby, the number of parts in an antenna is reduced.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

1 is a front view showing the appearance of a luggage antenna 10 (antenna apparatus) according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a top view showing the appearance of the luggage antenna 10, and FIG. 3 is a cross section taken along the line AA in FIG. FIG.

The luggage antenna 10 is a part of a smart entry system that can be used to open and close open doors and trunk lids (not shown) that cover the luggage space without operating mechanical keys or operating buttons on existing remote control keys. It is for locking. The luggage antenna 10 is provided in the vicinity of the luggage space of the vehicle.

When the user holding the electronic key presses a switch (not shown) provided in the vicinity of the opening / closing body with the opening / closing body locked, a radio wave is transmitted from the vehicle to the electronic key via the luggage antenna 10. Is done. In response to this, the ID code is collated between the electronic key and the vehicle, and when these ID codes match, the opening / closing body is unlocked.

The luggage antenna 10 includes a bar antenna 11 and a case 20.

The bar antenna 11 is used for communication between an electronic key held by a user of the vehicle and the vehicle. The case 20 holds the bar antenna 11 via the elastic member 30 and is fixed to the body panel 9 in the bumper cover of the vehicle. Hereinafter, the structure of these members will be described with reference to FIGS.

The bar antenna 11 includes an antenna core 12 and a wire 13.

The antenna core 12 (ferrite rod) is made of ferrite and has a rod shape. The wire 13 (covered wire) is formed of a core wire obtained by twisting copper wires and an insulating covering material that covers the core wire coaxially. The wire 13 is wound around the antenna core 12 in a coil shape. In this structure, lead-out portions 14 having a predetermined length are provided on the winding start side and winding end side of the wire 13 with respect to the antenna core 12.

The case 20 includes a main body 21 and a cover 22.

The main body 21 is made of resin and has a long shape roughly. The main body 21 is formed with an accommodating portion 21a and a fixing portion 21b. The accommodating portion 21a has a concave shape with respect to the thickness direction of the main body 21 (the T direction shown in FIG. 5A). The fixing portion 21b is provided on each side of the main body 21 in the longitudinal direction (the L direction shown in FIG. 5A). The main body 21 is fixed to the body panel 9 (see FIG. 3) of the vehicle using a fastening member (not shown) such as a bolt at the fixing portion 21b.

The cover 22 is formed of a resin like the main body 21 and has a roughly elongated plate shape. The cover 22 is fitted to the main body 21. The cover 22 and the main body 21 have a thickness direction of the main body 21 in the thickness direction of the cover 22 (T direction in FIG. 6A) and a longitudinal direction of the main body 21 in the longitudinal direction of the cover 22 (FIG. 6A). (L direction shown in the figure).

The cover 22 is formed with opposing wall portions 22a and 22b, a holding portion 22c, and an attachment hole 22d.

The opposing wall portions 22a and 22b are provided on each side of the cover 22 in the width direction (W direction shown in FIG. 6B) and face each other. The opposing wall portions 22 a and 22 b extend in the thickness direction of the cover 22. The bar antenna 11 described above is held between the opposing wall portions 22a and 22b.

The holding portion 22 c is provided adjacent to the facing wall portion 22 a in the width direction of the cover 22. The holding portion 22 c has a groove shape in the thickness direction of the cover 22. The lead-out portion 14 of the wire 13 in the bar antenna 11 described above is accommodated in the groove-shaped holding portion 22c. As a result, the lead-out portion 14 of the wire 13 is held against the cover 22.

The attachment holes 22d are provided on each side of the cover 22 in the longitudinal direction. The attachment hole 22d penetrates the cover 22 in the thickness direction. The elastic member 30 is fitted into the mounting hole 22d. Hereinafter, the structure of the elastic member 30 will be described with reference to FIG.

The elastic member 30 is formed of an elastic body such as rubber or elastomer, and roughly has a bottomed rectangular tube shape. The elastic member 30 includes a fitting part 31 and an attachment part 32.

The fitting portion 31 has a concave shape with respect to the left-right direction of the elastic member 30 (the left-right direction shown in FIG. 7A). The antenna core 12 of the bar antenna 11 described above is assembled to the fitting portion 31 by fitting. A protrusion 31 a is formed on the inner surface of the fitting portion 31. When the antenna core 12 of the bar antenna 11 is fitted into the fitting portion 31, the protruding portion 31 a is pressed against the antenna core 12. That is, the antenna core 12 is press-fitted into the fitting portion 31.

The attachment portion 32 is formed integrally with the fitting portion 31 and extends in the vertical direction of the elastic member 30 (the vertical direction shown in FIG. 7A). The elastic member 30 is fitted into the mounting hole 22 d of the cover 22 at the mounting portion 32.

The attachment portion 32 is provided with a wedge portion 33 and a handle portion 34 in order from the side close to the fitting portion 31.

The wedge portion 33 (fitting portion) is formed so as to taper downward in the downward direction of the elastic member 30 (the downward direction shown in FIG. 7A), and roughly forms a wedge shape. When the elastic member 30 is fitted into the mounting hole 22 d of the cover 22, the wedge portion 33 is fitted into the mounting hole 22 d of the cover 22.

The handle part 34 is formed so as to be continuous with the tip of the wedge part 33 and has a pin shape roughly. When the elastic member 30 is fitted into the attachment hole 22 d of the cover 22, the handle portion 34 is inserted into the attachment hole 22 d of the cover 22 before the wedge portion 33.

Next, the manner of assembling the luggage antenna 10 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIGS. 8 to 10 are diagrams schematically showing an aspect of the assembly work of the luggage antenna 10.

First, as shown in FIG. 8A, the elastic members 30 are respectively fitted to both ends of the antenna core 12 in the bar antenna 11.

Next, as shown in FIG. 8B, the handle portion 34 of the elastic member 30 is inserted into the attachment hole 22 d formed in the cover 22. In this state, when the handle portion 34 inserted through the attachment hole 22d of the cover 22 is pulled in the direction indicated by the arrow F in the figure, the wedge portion 33 of the elastic member 30 is inserted into the attachment hole 22d while being elastically deformed. In particular, the wedge portion 33 of the elastic member 30 is fitted into the attachment hole 22d. Subsequently, the lead-out portion 14 of the wire 13 in the bar antenna 11 is accommodated in a groove-shaped holding portion 22c formed in the cover 22 (see FIG. 6). At this time, as shown in FIGS. 8C, 9, and 10, the elastic member 30 is fixed to the cover 22 and the lead-out portion 14 of the wire 13 is held to the cover 22. . 9 is a view in the direction of the arrow G in FIG. 8C, and FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of a portion indicated by H in FIG.

Then, after assembling the tape, the protective tube, and the connector (not shown) to the remaining portion of the lead-out portion 14 of the wire 13, the cover 22 is fitted into the main body 21, whereby the bar antenna 11 is accommodated in the housing portion of the main body 21 21a. Thereby, the bar antenna 11 is held by the case 20 via the elastic member 30, and the assembly operation of the luggage antenna 10 is completed. In the state where the bar antenna 11 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 21a of the main body 21, the elastic member 30 fitted to the antenna core 12 of the bar antenna 11 is in pressure contact with the inner surface of the accommodating portion 21a. That is, the elastic member 30 has a structure that is press-fitted into the housing portion 21 a of the main body 21.

In the above description, an example in which the holding portion 22c formed on the cover 22 has a groove shape is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the holding portion 22c may have a claw shape that can hold the lead-out portion 14 of the wire 13 against the cover 22.

As described above, according to the luggage antenna 10 of the present invention, the case 20 holds the bar antenna 11 via the elastic member 30. In this structure, the elastic member 30 reduces the impact and vibration transmitted from the vehicle body panel 9 to the antenna core 12 of the bar antenna 11. Further, since the elastic member 30 is formed of an elastic body such as rubber or elastomer, that is, it is solid when assembled to the antenna core 12, it is always necessary to hold the bar antenna 11 using a potting material (resin). The resin curing time (waiting time) that occurs is eliminated. Thereby, the bar antenna 11 can be held with respect to the case 20 in a shorter time, and the man-hour concerning the assembly work of the luggage antenna 10 can be reduced.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, the lead-out portion 14 of the wire 13 wound around the antenna core 12 of the bar antenna 11 is held by the groove-shaped holding portion 22c provided in the case 20 in advance. Thereby, since the wire 13 wound around the antenna core 12 becomes difficult to unwind, the assembly of the luggage antenna 10 can be performed efficiently, and the assemblability of the luggage antenna 10 is improved.

Further, according to the present invention, the elastic member 30 is provided with the wedge portion 33 and the handle portion 34 in advance, and the case 20 is provided with the attachment hole 22d fitted to the wedge portion 33. Then, after passing the handle portion 34 through the attachment hole 22d, the elastic member 30 is fixed to the case 20 by pulling the handle portion 34 and fitting the wedge portion 33 into the attachment hole 22d. In this structure, since the elastic member 30 and the case 20 are fixed by a so-called snap-fit structure, it is not necessary to separately provide components when the elastic member 30 is fixed to the case 20. Thereby, the number of parts in the luggage antenna 10 is reduced.
