Description
Claims (8)
- 対向させて配置した一対の絶縁基板における対向する内側の面の所定箇所に電極を形成し、前記対向する電極にそれぞれ熱電素子の端面を接合して構成した熱電変換モジュールの一方の絶縁基板を人体の体温を利用して加熱し、前記熱電素子における前記一方の絶縁基板側の端部と他方の絶縁基板側の端部との間に生じる温度差に応じて前記熱電変換モジュールに電力を発生させる体温利用発電装置であって、
前記一方の絶縁基板に、前記人体の皮膚面に沿って変形可能な熱伝導性材料からなる収熱層を設けたことを特徴とする体温利用発電装置。 - 前記熱電変換モジュールの他方の絶縁基板側に、金属からなる放熱用部材を設けた請求項1に記載の体温利用発電装置。
- 前記放熱用部材が、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金で構成され、さらに前記放熱用部材にワイヤ状の放熱部が含まれる請求項2に記載の体温利用発電装置。
- 前記収熱層を、厚みが5mm以下の樹脂層、厚みが5mm以下のゴム層、厚みが500μm以下の金属層またはこれらのいずれかを積層したもので構成した請求項1ないし3のうちのいずれか一つに記載の体温利用発電装置。
- 前記収熱層で、前記熱電変換モジュールの一方の絶縁基板を構成した請求項1ないし4のうちのいずれか一つに記載の体温利用発電装置。
- 前記熱電変換モジュールが発電した電力を蓄電するための蓄電装置を備えた請求項1ないし5のうちのいずれか一つに記載の体温利用発電装置。
- 周囲の音を集音するマイクと、前記マイクが集音した音を音声処理により信号に変えるスピーチプロセッサと、前記スピーチプロセッサの音声処理により発生した信号を送信する送信部と、頭部内に設けられ前記送信部が送信する信号を受信する受信部と、前記受信部が受信した信号に基づいて聴神経を刺激して脳に音感覚を発生させる電極とで構成される人工内耳システムにおける前記スピーチプロセッサに、請求項1ないし6に記載の体温利用発電装置を電源部として含ませた人工内耳システム。
- 前記体温利用発電装置の収熱層を人体の所定部分に密着させた状態で前記スピーチプロセッサを前記人体に取り付けるための取付用部材を備えた請求項7に記載の人工内耳システム。
