Claims (4)
- エンジンと駆動輪との間に連結された差動機構と該差動機構に動力伝達可能に連結された差動用電動機とを有し該差動用電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより該差動機構の差動状態が制御される電気式差動部と、動力伝達経路の一部を構成する有段の自動変速部とを、備えた車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置であって、
前記自動変速部の変速をすべき旨の変速判断を行う変速判断手段と、
前記エンジンの回転速度が予め設定された下限ガード値未満である場合には前記自動変速部のダウン変速を禁止する変速禁止手段と、
前記自動変速部の一度の変速制御で変速段を低速側へ2段以上変更する飛びダウン変速をすべき旨の変速判断が行われ且つ該飛びダウン変速が禁止された場合において、1段ずつの変速により該飛びダウン変速の変速後の変速段を達成する順番変速に要する順番変速トータル時間と前記飛びダウン変速の禁止が解除された後に実行される該飛びダウン変速に要する飛び変速トータル時間とを比較する変速時間比較手段と、
前記飛びダウン変速をすべき旨の変速判断が行われ且つ該飛びダウン変速が禁止された場合において、前記順番変速トータル時間よりも飛び変速トータル時間の方が短い場合には前記飛びダウン変速の禁止が解除された後に該飛びダウン変速を実行し、前記順番変速トータル時間が飛び変速トータル時間以下である場合には前記順番変速を実行する変速制御手段と
を、備えたことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記順番変速トータル時間は、前記飛びダウン変速をすべき旨の変速判断時から前記順番変速の完了までに要する時間であり、
前記飛び変速トータル時間は、該飛びダウン変速をすべき旨の変速判断時から前記飛びダウン変速の完了までに要する時間である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記飛びダウン変速をすべき旨の変速判断が行われ且つ該飛びダウン変速が禁止された場合に、前記エンジンの回転速度の変化に基づき前記変速判断時から該飛びダウン変速の禁止が解除されるまでに要する飛び変速許可時間を推定する変速許可時間推定手段を備え、
前記変速時間比較手段は、該飛び変速許可時間と前記飛びダウン変速の実行開始から終了までの所要時間との合計時間を前記飛び変速トータル時間とする
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの回転速度の下限ガード値は、前記差動用電動機の回転速度の絶対値を予め設定された許容回転速度以下に抑えるために、該下限ガード値により禁止される前記ダウン変速の変速後の変速段のうち最も高速側の変速段が低いほど、高く設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
