Description
そこで本発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、排ガス中の硫酸ミストのミスト径を大きくして捕集の効率化を図ることを目的としている。
さらに熱交換により排ガスを徐冷して凝縮効果により硫酸ミストのミスト径を大きくすることができる。
ここでρgは前記平均温度Ta時の排ガスの比重を示し、Vaは上流側流量と下流側流量の間の排ガス流量の平均流量Va=(Vi+Vo)/2を示している。数式2に示すQ1は煙道170aの上流側及び下流側の排ガス温度(Ti,To)及び流量(Vi,Vo)より求めることができる。
ここで、Sallはバイパス管の表面積を示し、Db,Lbはそれぞれバイパス管の断面径及びバイパス管の全長を示し、αi,αoはそれぞれ煙道内壁及び外壁での平均熱伝達率を示し、dbはバイパス管壁の厚さ、λbは煙道壁面温度Tp時のバイパス管の熱伝導率を示している。数式3に示すQ2は煙道170aの上流側及び下流側の排ガス温度(Ti,To)及び流量(Vi,Vo)と、さらに外気温度TA及び煙道の壁面温度TPの測定値により求めることができる。
Claims (2)
- 乾式電気集塵装置に排ガスを導入して塵埃を除去したのち、湿式脱硫装置に排ガスを導入して脱硫する硫黄酸化物を含む排ガスの処理方法であって、
前記湿式脱硫装置より上流側の煙道の排ガス温度及び流量を測定し、
前記排ガス温度及び流量の測定値に基づいて、前記煙道を流れる前記排ガスの流路を長くして放熱させながら前記排ガスを硫酸の酸露点まで徐冷し、
前記排ガスに含まれる硫酸ミストを前記湿式脱硫装置で捕集することを特徴とする硫黄酸化物を含む排ガスの処理方法。 - 排ガスを導入して塵埃を除去する乾式電気集塵装置と、
前記排ガスに含まれる硫酸ミストを捕集する湿式脱硫装置と、
前記乾式電気集塵装置と前記湿式脱硫装置の間の煙道を流れる前記排ガスの流路を迂回させて前記排ガスを徐冷する放熱手段と、
前記湿式脱硫装置より上流側の煙道内の排ガス温度及び流量を測定するセンサと、
前記放熱手段と前記センサに接続し、前記センサの測定値に基づいて前記放熱手段により前記排ガス温度を徐冷し硫酸の酸露点に制御する制御部と、
を有することを特徴とする硫黄酸化物を含む排ガスの処理装置。
