Claims (6)
- タイロッドヘッド(1)と、該タイロッドヘッドに固定されるシャフトエレメント(2)とから成るタイロッドケーシングを製造するための方法であって、シャフトエレメント(2)とタイロッドヘッド(1)とから成るタイロッドケーシング素材部分を製造した後に、タイロッドヘッド(1)に機械的な切削プロセスにより最終構成形状を与える方法において、
シャフトエレメント(2)を、抵抗圧接溶接過程によってタイロッドヘッド(1)に結合し、次いで、タイロッドヘッド(1)の外周面とシャフトエレメント(2)の外周面との間に、両構成部分を結合する、溶接過程により生ぜしめられる少なくとも2つの材料集積部(8,9)を形成し、該材料集積部(8,9)をMAG溶接法によって形成することを特徴とする、タイロッドケーシングを製造するための方法。 - 両材料集積部(8,9)を、タイロッドヘッド(1)もしくはシャフトエレメント(2)の直径上で互いに向かい合う面に配置する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 材料集積部(8,9)がほぼ三角形の横断面を有しており、三角形の、結合したい構成部分に面した底辺を越えて突出する制限面(10,11)が、底辺に対して約45°の角度を成して傾斜している、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 材料集積部(8,9)に対して約90°すらされてシャフトエレメント(2)の周面に配置されている部分領域における、抵抗圧接溶接過程により形成された環状の溶接シーム(7)を、切削処理により取り除く、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 切削処理がブローチ過程である、請求項4記載の方法。
- タイロッドケーシング(1)のシャフトエレメント(2)を、完成後に屈曲過程により変形させる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
