Claims (27)
- 生体試料を保管するための容器組立体であって、
底部、側部、及び開口した頂端部を有する容器であって、生体試料を処理するのに十分な体積の試薬を収容する寸法を有する容器と、
該容器の該開口した頂端部に連結させるための閉鎖キャップと、
該キャップに連結され、該容器内に受けられるように配置される試料ホルダであって、生体試料を受ける寸法を有する内部キャビティを有し、該生体試料を該キャビティ内に保持しながら、該キャビティへの該試薬の自由な流れを可能にするように、該キャビティへの複数の流体開口部を有し、該容器の該底部および側部と該キャップとの間に嵌まり、該キャビティを該試薬中に浸漬させる寸法を有し、該試料ホルダの該キャビティは、該生体試料を処理するために、或る量の該生体試料対或る量の該試薬の所定の比を維持するように該生体試料のサイズを制限する体積を有し、該試料ホルダは、開口した頂端部と、底端部とを有する、試料ホルダと、

- 該試料ホルダは基部を含み、該基部は、該試料ホルダを該キャップから離間して配置し、該試料ホルダを該試薬中に浸漬させるために、該キャップに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の容器組立体。
- 該基部は、該容器内の空気及び該試薬の一部を押し退けて、該試料ホルダの該キャビティを該試薬中に浸漬させる体積を定めている軸方向の寸法及び幅を有する環状の壁を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の容器組立体。
- 該容器は内部体積を有し、該試料ホルダは内部体積を有し、該容器の該内部体積対該試料ホルダの該内部体積の比は少なくとも5:1であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器組立体。
- 該試料ホルダの該閉鎖部材は、頂面と、該頂面から延びているハンドル部材とを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の容器組立体。
- 該キャップは、面内にある頂部壁を含む軸方向の寸法を有し、該頂部壁は、該頂部壁から外向きに伸びている本体部分を有し、該本体部分は該容器から或る体積の空気を押し退け、かつ該試薬の上のヘッドスペースを減少させるのに十分な寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器組立体。
- 該頂部壁の該本体部分は、該頂部壁に対して軸方向に延び、該側壁の外端部に連結された端部壁を有する環状の側壁を含み、該試料ホルダは、該本体部分の該側壁に連結された環状の壁を有する基部部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の容器組立体。
- 該試料ホルダの該基部部材は、該容器から該試薬の一部を押し退ける寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の容器組立体。
- 該試料ホルダは、互いに回転可能に連結され、ほぼ球状の形状を定めている第1部材と第2部材とを備え、該第1部材及び該第2部材は、少なくとも1つの液体透過性部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器組立体。

- 該キャップの該本体は凹部を有し、該試料ホルダは、該凹部内に受けられる基部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器組立体。
- 該試料ホルダは、側壁と、該側壁の底端部に連結された複数の脚部とを含み、該基部は、該脚部の外端部に連結され、それにより該内部キャビティが該キャップから離間して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の容器組立体。
