Claims (11)
- 単一の電気コードの天井面への接続部を覆うと共に前記電気コードに固定される天井取付具又はカバーにおいて、
円周形状の上端と円周形状の下端とを有すると共に、全体形状が前記円周形状の上端から前記円周形状の下端に亘りテーパー状に形成された中空本体であって、該中空本体内に形成された内部空間に面する内側面を有すると共に、前記円周形状の下端によって前記内部空間に窓孔が形成されている中空本体と、
弾性曲げ可能な複数の細長い部材であって、各々が前記窓孔の幅より大きい長さを有すると共に各々が基端部と先端部とを有する複数の細長い部材と、を備え、
前記弾性曲げ可能な細長い部材の前記基端部は前記窓孔の上方で前記中空本体の内側面に位置し、前記弾性曲げ可能な細長い部材は、前記窓孔に向けられると共に、前記弾性曲げ可能な複数の細長い部材の前記先端部は、前記窓孔よりも狭い間隔の自由開口を形成している、天井取付具又はカバー。 - 請求項1に記載の天井取付具において、
前記中空本体は対称軸芯を有する対称形状に形成されており、前記弾性曲げ可能な各細長い部材は、前記対称軸芯に対し、90°未満の角度で配置されている天井取付具。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の天井取付具において、
前記弾性曲げ可能な細長い部材は、前記中空本体に一体に結合されている天井取付具。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の天井取付具において、
複数の前記弾性曲げ可能な細長い部材は、前記中空本体とは別体の環状体に一体に結合されており、前記環状体は、前記中空本体の前記内部空間の内側面にスナップ固定式に係合している天井取付具。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の天井取付具において、
前記自由開口の最小幅は、前記窓孔の幅の90%未満に設定されている天井取付具。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つに記載の天井取付具において、
前記弾性曲げ可能な細長い部材の長さは、前記窓孔の幅の2−5倍に設定されている天井取付具。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに記載の天井取付具において、
前記弾性曲げ可能な細長い部材は、前記窓孔の上方に配置されると共に、前記細長い部材の上端と前記円周形状下端との間隔が、前記細長い部材の長さと等しい間隔又はそれより少し大きい間隔となる位置に位置しており、前記間隔は、前記細長い部材の長さの100−200%の間に設定されている天井取付具。 - 請求項7に記載の天井取付具において、
前記間隔は、前記天井取付具の全高の少なくとも10%以上に設定されている天井取付具。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一つに記載の天井取付具において、
前記中空本体は、2つ以上の中空本体構成部材により構成され、前記2つ以上の中空本体構成部材は、協働式の係止要素又は拘束要素によってスナップ固定式に結合されることにより、前記中空本体を構成している天井取付具。 - 請求項9に記載の天井取付具において、
前記中空本体は、二つの同一形状の中空本体構成部材により構成されている天井取付具。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一つに記載の天井取付具において、
前記中空本体と前記細長い部材とは、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリオキシメチレン、アクニロリトリル ブタジエン スチレン又はそれらの組合せからなる高分子材料でできており、同じ材料又は異なる材料から射出成形により製造されている天井取付具。
