本発明は、発泡コンクリート製の軽量壁材に使用する取付金具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のアンカーは、実開平7−6307号の図4、同62−604号の第3図に示されるように、壁材の途中までドリルにより穿孔を行って、その穿孔部分に打ち込んで利用するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
通常のコンクリート製の壁材は強度があり、従来のアンカーを打ち込んで足場その他の支持を行ってもアンカー打ち込み部分が損壊する虞はない。然しながら壁材が発泡コンクリート製等の軽量壁材である場合には、従来のアンカーのように壁材途中までの穿孔部分に配置すると、強度が足りずにアンカーの周囲(特に下側)が損壊してしまい、アンカーの脱落という事態を招く危険がある。

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、上記に鑑み、発泡コンクリート製の軽量壁材に使用しても脱落の危険のない取付金具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の課題は、下記構成によって達成される。
1.先端側に雌ネジが及び基端側に頭部が配置された軸棒は、取り付けようとする壁材の全厚み分長さ以下の長さを有し、この軸棒の前記頭部側外周面に突起部を配設したアンカーと、
該アンカーの先端側雌ネジに係合する雄ネジと鍔部と固定部とをこの順で有する固定金具とから成り、
前記アンカーの先端部側雌ネジは、前記突起部を設けた以外の部分に設けてあり、
発泡コンクリート製の軽量壁材の全厚みに渡って、前記アンカー直径に対応する径の穿孔を行い、この穿孔部分に、前記固定金具を取り付ける側とは反対の側から、前記アンカーの打込みが行われ、このアンカーの先端であって前記突起部を設けた以外の部分に設けられた雌ネジに、前記固定金具の雄ネジが螺合される構成であり、
この固定金具の鍔部と前記軸棒の頭部との間で前記壁材を締め付け挟着すると共に前記固定部に足場等の被固定物を固定できる構成であることを特徴とする発泡コンクリート製の軽量壁材に使用する取付金具。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1において、本発明に係るアンカー10は、発泡コンクリート製の軽量壁材20の全厚みに渡って取り付けられる。取り付けに際しては、従来のアンカーと同様に壁材20の指定された位置にドリルにより穿孔を行う。

図示するように、軸棒11の突端側に雌ネジ13を用意することは従来のアンカーと同様であるが、特徴となるのは、軸棒11の基部の周囲に突起部14を配設する点である。

図1の実施例では、軸棒11の円周部分に4条の突起部14を配置する構成としたが、1条や2条であっても3条であっても、或いは4条よりも多い構成であってもよい。また、突起部14の断面形状は三角形としたが、方形であっても円形であってもよく、要は、アンカー10に、例えば足場用等の固定金具21を取り付ける際に、突起部14の存在により、軸棒11が自由回転しないよう機能する構成であればよい。

突起部14を設ける長さは、軸棒11の長さを約75mm程度とした場合、20mm程度でよいが、この要件は限定的ではない。勿論、軸棒11の全長に渡って配設する態様を排除するものではない。

本発明に係るアンカー10を壁材20に取り付けるには、先ずドリルにより壁材20の全厚みに渡って、アンカー10の直径に対応する径の穿孔30を行い、この穿孔30部分に、固定金具21を取り付ける側とは反対の側から、アンカー10の打ち込みを行う。この打ち込みにより、突起部14が用意されているため穿孔30部分を越えて壁材に食い込みが行われる結果、軸棒11は自由回転(回動)することが阻止される。従って、アンカー10に固定金具21を取り付けるに際して作業者はアンカー10の部分を押える必要がなく、所謂1人工の作業とすることができる。軸棒11が自由回転をする場合には、これを阻止するための補助者を壁材20の向こう側に用意しなければならず、2人工の作業となってしまうのである。尚、固定金具21は、軸棒11の頭部12との間で壁材20を締め付け挟着できるような鍔部22を有する。

【発明の効果】
本発明に係る取付金具によれば、発泡コンクリート製の脆弱な壁材部分に使用しても、壁材の全厚みに渡って取り付けられるので、取り付けたアンカーの周囲が損壊してしまうことを防止することが可能である。また、突起部の存在により自由回転が阻止されるので、1人工の作業とすることができる利点もあり、頭記した課題が解決される。
